Abstract

One of the main factors making up the basis of civilization or Madani society or civil society, which is also part of the social capital, is the confidence (trust) both horizontally and verticallyamong individuals between individuals and institutions so as to create an effective partnership. Islamic Economics is an economic system based on Islamic principles. Inside there is a contract ofMudharabah contract based on the belief that investors give full trust to capital manager with the agreement of the losses in the initial contract. In this study concluded that the higher the level of consumption in society Mudharabah contract is higher level then the level of civilization of society. This is because Mudharabah is directly proportional to the level of public confidence. This study uses library research both from the perspective of historical and economic, using critical-descriptive.

Abstract

Waqf is an instrument for the welfare of the people who first performed by Umar ibn Al Khatthab permission of the Prophet. At that time, Umar had a garden plot of fertile and productive in Khaibar dei to there is a passion for helping others and for the welfare of the people, then Umar bin al Khatthab consult to the Prophet. How you can donate the garden ?. The Prophet suggested that the estate remains substantially and well run and the results are donated to the community. That is, just to be maintained and managed, while the results are donated for the benefit of the people. Similarly, when the bi Ali Abi Talib and Uthman bin Affan donated part of his fortune to be managed and the results are donated for the benefit of society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), location (X3), and promotion (X4) and the variable sharia (X5) against the decision to become customers of BMT Sahara Tulungagung. The sample in this study was 100 respondents customers financing . Data processing techniques of customer savings and customer data analysis using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. As for testing the instrument using validity, reliability test and classical assumption. The results showed that simultaneous product variable (X1), price (X2), location (X3), promotion (X4) and variable sharia (X5) significantly influence the decision to become customers of BMT Sahara Tulungagung (Y). While based on the t test calculation only partially known that the price variable (X2) and promotion (X4) which have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Business model innovators (BMI) earned an average premium that was more than four times greater than that enjoyed by product or process innovators. Furthermore, BMI delivered returns that were more sustainable; even after ten years, business model innovators continued to outperform competitors and product and process innovators (BCG, 2009). Innovation is done using a device management such as: Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the design thinking approach (DTA). BMC used to mapping the Bank Muamalat through the 9 building blocks for later in-design a new business model to conduct the interview process to collect ideas and find an innovative solution.

Objectives of this research are: (1) to determine the variables of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) significantly simultaneously (together) on customer satisfaction at PT. BPRS Mitra Mandiri Success in Gresik; (2) determine the variables of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) significantly partially (in part) on customer satisfaction at PT. BPRS Mitra Mandiri Success in Gresik and (3) determine the variables of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) are the dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. BPRS Mitra Mandiri Success in Gresik.

Abstract

The activity of livestock village Nusantara “Kampung Ternak Nusantara” is focused on the empowerment to the poor cattleman by utilizing zakat funds. This research is aimed to determine the empowerment pattern of the poor cattlemanas well as the supporting and obstacle factors. It is a descriptive qualitative research. The data are collected by doing interviews, observations and documentations. The results show that the pattern empowerment to the poor cattleman, are dividedinto 3 stages. They are 1) the empoweringgoal setting,2) the process implementation of the empowerment 3) the resultsimplementation of empowerment. The empowerment supporting factors include; society environment, hard work and the cattleman effort. While, the obstacle factors include: the difficultyfeedingto the livestock whenthe dry season, knowledge and the skill of the cattleman who have not been optimized yet
