The speed at which information is transmitted is indispensable in current technological developments. Information is a message or a collection of messages or a data that has been processed so as to produce something needed by the party in need. Information can take the form of various data formats, including text, video or images. The problem of the speed of information delivery is often slightly inhibited due to the large file size of the information. In addition, the security factor is also very important, as many irresponsible parties will try to steal the information and may harm the stolen information when it is misused. The process undertaken in this study is to analyze the process of encryption and decryption algorithm El Gamal and compression algorithm Unary coding then designing security and compression applications using design tools such as Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 to simplify the making of applications. After completion of the design, then the file will be encrypted and compressed using applications that have been designed. Then, the result of the process is a text file that can not be understood and has a size smaller than the original.

Software defects are one of the main contributors to information technology waste and lead to rework, thus consuming a lot of time and money. Software defect prediction has the objective of defect prevention by classifying certain modules as defective or not defective. Many researchers have conducted research in the field of software defect prediction using NASA MDP public datasets, but these datasets still have shortcomings such as class imbalance and noise attribute. The class imbalance problem can be overcome by utilizing SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) and the noise attribute problem can be solved by selecting features using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), So in this research, the integration between SMOTE and PSO is applied to the classification technique machine learning naïve Bayes and logistic regression. From the results of experiments that have been carried out on 8 NASA MDP datasets by dividing the dataset into training and testing data, it is found that the SMOTE + PSO integration in each classification technique can improve classification performance with the highest AUC (Area Under Curve) value on average 0,89 on logistic regression and 0,86 in naïve Bayes in the training and at the same time better than without combining the two.

Screenshot is a display image taken from a monitor screen such as computers, tablet PCs and smartphones. The image results from the screenshot have a low level of sharpness and smoothness. If this image is enlarged, the quality becomes low like blur. To improve the quality of the image so that it is not blurred when enlarged, then the process of sharpening and smoothing. This process will improve the quality of the image to be better. The image that is processed in this research is the image screenshot. Furthermore, the image is processed using digital image processing using Matlab software. The processing stages are crop, image enhancement and unsharp mask. The image of the image enhancement and unsharp mask results are collaborated to increase and increase the sharpness and smoothness of the image in the results of the screenshot image being tested. The results of testing on this method with better sharpness quality with a comparison of images using the mean square error of 0.0627.2404%. The image of the test results can be concluded that the value of the pixels sought has a larger image size than the original and has a resolution greater than the initial image and sharpness and smoothness so that the unsharp mask method can improve the sharpness and smoothness of the image. But the changes produced using the method have not been significant enough.

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. Ease and support for cloud-based data storage It has supported an increase in the number of cloud services. The increasing number of uses for cloud services also increases the number of digital-based criminal actions related to the addition of facilities to cloud services. The cloud service feature designed to store data to support the smooth running of business processes can be misused by criminal assistance to store crime data. Accurate digital evidence is one way to prove a digital crime, which can then be used as supporting evidence in the trial. This study discusses the analysis of digital evidence from a cloud service. The analysis process using the NIST 800-86 method is carried out on digital evidence from 5 previously prepared scenarios related to the use of cloud service features that use being misused. Data acquisition techniques use the method of direct acquisition and physical imaging to obtain digital evidence. The experimental results showed that after scenario 1 and scenario 3, information on the file name and directory of the paths downloaded by client 1 and client 2 were obtained with information on the IP address, mac address, user name, password and time stamp. After scenario 2, digital evidence has been obtained that contains information on the name and location of the folder on the cloud server. After scenario 4, information on the name of the file and the shared folder is successfully obtained, equipped with client information that has the right to access the files and folders. After scenario 5, information about the file name and directory of the file path is successfully obtained.

Safety deposit box areusually used to protect valuables stuff from fire and theft using analog or digital keys or a combination of both. This research makes android based electronic lock application for safety deposit box to automate safe opening and closing keys with the help of a microcontroller using Bluetooth. The Workflow of these application is an Android application will activate Bluetooth on the cell phone and send input to the arduino network microcontroller to activate the Solenoid door lock so that it can open or lock safely. The purpose of this research is to design and build an Android application for electronic keys in a safety deposit box so that it has a high level of security and has a history (log) feature to find out the user's application activities. The system development life cycle that will be used to build this application is the Waterfall method. This application will be built using Java programming language with the Basic4Android editor, the database is stored using SQLite. The conclusion of this research is that after testing concluded that the integration of network microcontrollers such as Solenoid door locks, ATmega 328, Bluetooth HC-05 and testing Android applications as electronic keys into the application security system in safety deposit box has high security, simulation tools in safety deposit box can respond which is good for users when performing commands from Android via Bluetooth in less than 5 meters, the security system has high security because it has an authentication and LOG feature to find out the user's last activity (in and out)

Soil moisture and temperature are parameters needed by plants in terms of plant growth. In determining soil moisture and temperature according to plants, a control system is needed. This control system uses the Raspberry Pi as an input data processor to output. This control system is designed using fuzzy logic as a decision-making method to maintain soil moisture and temperature that is good for plants. Fuzzy logic is one of the decision support systems that is suitable to be applied to the control system. Fuzzy logic consists of fuzzyfication, formation of fuzzy rules and defuzification. This fuzzy logic uses two inputs and two outputs. The two inputs are soil moisture level and temperature degree. The desired output is the time needed to maintain soil moisture and temperature to keep it in accordance with the needs of the plant

The stone that many people today know is Agate, agate has its own uniqueness and privileges, so many agates that many people want to have. Agate which is now commonly found by the wider community, it affects the desire of agate traders to increase their sales turnover. The main problem faced by sellers is that the system used is still manual, such as making reports, there are often errors in the sum of prices and stones sold, so the number of stones sold at the total price often does not match the actual results. With these main problems, a web-based sales application will be built using the waterfall model software development method with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing and data collection methods that include observation and study of literature. The application that will be built consists of a flow system that includes managing goods orders, stock items, payments, delivery of goods and sales reports. It is expected that with this system the operational activities of agate sales can be more effective and efficient so that it is expected to provide more financial benefits for business owners and facilitate customers in making purchases online without coming directly to the store.
