Abstract

In a service company there are customers who become consumers of the company. Customer satisfaction is formed from the level of performance and company loyalty. If the company does not know about the level of customer satisfaction, the company also cannot develop their services. So from that Pematangsiantar Police Satpas need to know the level of customer satisfaction in order to improve their performance and loyalty. So research is needed to determine the level of customer satisfaction through the Artificial Neural Network method with the backpropagation algorithm which is then predicted and the best results will be searched to be used to give the best results and will display the results of the problems encountered.

Abstract

In the process of developing supply chain management, it is very important for a company that produces it, so that the production can reach the end users. In meeting the demands of consumers, especially companies engaged in textiles, PT. Cemara Agung Mandiri collaborates with raw material suppliers in order to produce equipment that meets customer needs. PT. Cemara Agung Mandiri is a company engaged in the weaving and textile industry with raw materials in the form of threads through machining fabrication to produce the required fabric, but when checking the raw materials at ADM warehouse, there are often irregular in and out of goods then with irregular in and out. Raw materials often occur delays in ordering goods with suppliers, resulting in delays in the production process. The method to be used is to use the Just In Time method, which is a method that has a method of production that determines the amount based only on the number of goods that will actually be sold, needed, produced in each part exactly as needed. In order for coordination and cooperation in the company's supply chain to run smoothly, this research builds Electronic Supply Chain Management software using the just in time method at PT. Cemara Agung Mandiri.

Abstract

Employee is a supporting factor in a company, because with the existence of employees who have company qualification standards then the productivity of the company must be maintained and increasing. To obtain information quickly and accurately the achievement of appropriate employees meet the expected criteria, required a decision support system selection of outstanding employees. To know this, with a multi-criteria decision-making method by solving complex and unstructured situations into sections and arranging them in the hierarchy. By using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method on Decision Support System, the determination of achievement employees can be calculated based on the calculation of each criterion's weight, so it can select the employee achievement in the company quickly.

Abstract

The development of the telecommunications world is developing very rapidly throughout the world and is no exception in Indonesia. The telecommunications business mostly involves companies providing equipment and providing telecommunications infrastructure, in this case, towers. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or also known as Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia. Tbk, which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. In carrying out its business activities, PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi has collaborated extensively with external parties in terms of land use for the construction of telecommunications towers. Land use is currently divided into two land categories, namely private land and government land. The current condition in managing cooperative assets is still done manually or not systematically so that it is not effective and a monitoring information system is needed to monitor the use of assets listed in this cooperation document. The monitoring information system that will be created is web-based which will facilitate the user in monitoring, updating the status of the monetize point quota listed in the employment agreement document with the government. The software used in making this monitoring information system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

Abstract

The Operator Performance Sheet can be used as a standard against which to determine the quality of operator performance. Operator service performance is the spearhead in increasing the number of customers using the product, where the operator is in direct contact with customers to solve and help problems faced by customers. The problem with the telecommunication network agency is the absence of a systemized quality standard for the performance of the 188 inbond caroline officer operator and still uses conventional methods and uses indicators that are unclear and subjective in nature. Where in this way there is a high risk of errors in assessing the performance of the correct operator, plus emotional and familial relationships are often factors that greatly affect the results in evaluating operator performance. From this problem, an operator track record model is needed which is recorded in the Operator Performance Sheet (LKO) as a decision support system model in conducting the performance appraisal process for the operator caroline officer inbond 188 using the AHP and SMART methods. Decision Support System Model with a combination of the application of two methods, namely AHP and SMART, where AHP is used to normalize the weight of the criteria which is used as an indicator in selecting the best operator based on the Operator Performance Sheet which is recorded in the Operator Performance Track Record and the ranking process using the application of the SMART method. looking for utility value based on eleven criteria divided into two parts, namely 2 cost criteria and 11 profit criteria, where the results will be combined with the criteria weights of the AHP method application. This model can be used as a stage or steps and recommendations to agencies, especially leaders, to carry out the selection process for the best inbond 88 caroline officer operator.

Abstract

Alat berat (beko) atau excavator merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaan pembangunan suatu struktur bangunan. Alat berat (beko) merupakan faktor penting di dalam proyek, terutama proyek-proyek konstruksi maupun pertambangan dan kegiatan lainnya dengan skala yang besar, tapi adakalanya alat seperti ini bisa saja mengalami kerusakan. Kerusakan mesin alat berat (beko) perlu di sistem pakarkan karena tidak semua operator mengetahui atau paham mengenai kerusakan mesin alat berat (beko) atau excavator. Di dalam sistem pakar terdapat metode teorema bayes yang penafsirannya menggunakan dua teorema yang berbeda, teorema ini menjelaskan probabilitas dua kejadian. Atau dapat di artikan teorema ini di gunakan untuk menghitung peluang dalam suatu hipotesa. Dengan demikian alat berat (beko) atau excavator dapat disistem pakarkan menggunakan metode teorema bayes karena dapat menekan biaya operasional agar tidak membengkan dan kegunaan waktu yang efisien.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly so that it enters various fields, the need for fast, accurate and accurate information is needed. But the fact is that high information needs are not balanced by the presentation of adequate information. Business development and competition are increasingly complex because consumers are very perspective making business people have to be smart in reading situations. So that business people can make a prediction of consumer interest to be used as a prediction of the company in making a decision, and change a strategy that is most appropriate for consumers. Decision makers try to utilize the available data warehouse, this encourages the emergence of new branches of science to overcome the extraction of information in very large amounts of data. To find out which Honda cars are most in demand by consumers, Data Mining techniques are required using the Apriori Algorithm method, and supported by the Tanagra Application by examining sales data for 1 year. Data Mining is an amalgamation of data analysis techniques, while Apriori Algorithm is the most frequently used method because it is very simple, easy and most widely proposed by some researchers, because there are two parameters namely Support Value and Confidence Value. Then the prediction results of the study found that Honda's car sales that most demanded by consumers were Brio Satya, HRV, Mobillio, Jazz, and CRV

Abstract

Water quality management plays an important role in catfish maintenance including piping, changing water, and using water filters. Temperature is a factor that affects the metabolic rate and solubility of gases in water. Higher temperatures will increase the metabolic rate of the fish so that respiration occurs faster. This can reduce the oxygen concentration in the water so that it can cause stress and even death in fish. The impact of stress causes the fish to decrease and then death occurs. A good temperature for the growth of catfish ranges from 25-32 degrees Celsius. The pH scale is 0-14 with a normal pH of 7, non-acidic and non-alkaline. The relationship between water acidity and fish life is very large. The point of death of fish at acidic pH is 4 and at alkaline pH is 11. In this study, a system for monitoring the quality of catfish culture water using Internet of Things (IoT) technology is proposed. The sensors used are Waterproof DSB180 temperature sensor and pH meter sensor. The results of temperature and pH measurements of catfish water will be displayed on the website and smartphone, making it easier for catfish farmers to control pH and temperature

Abstract

Islam has 25 prophets as guidelines for human life, documents containing information about the stories of the lives of the prophets during their lifetime. This study aims to build a more specific question and answer system by generating relevant answers not in the form of documents. Question Answering System is able to overcome problems in the Question and answer system, information retrieval systems where the answers issued are correct with responses to requests submitted, not in the form of documents that may contain answers. This study uses the Pattern Based method as extracting sentence pieces which are the answers to find answers that match the patterns that have been made. The selection of datasets causes a number of questions that can be submitted to be limited to information stored in the data itself. Besides that, questions are also limited in the form of Question words that are Factoid, namely Who, when, where, what and how. Accuracy results obtained using the Pattern Based method on Question Answering System are 39.36%.

Abstract

Heart disease is a disease with a high mortality rate, there are 12 million deaths each year worldwide. This is what causes the need for early diagnosis to find out the heart disease. But the process of diagnosis is quite challenging because of the complex relationship between the attributes of heart disease. So it is important to know the main attributes that are used as a decision making process or the classification process in heart disease. In this study the dataset used has 57 types of attributes in it. So that reduction is needed to shorten the diagnostic process, the reduction process can be carried out using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The PCA method itself can be combined with data mining calcification techniques to measure the accuracy of the dataset. This study compares the accuracy rate using the C5.0 algorithm and the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm, the results obtained both after and before the reduction are Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithms that have better performance than the C5.0 algorithm
