Abstract

The Tabita Women's Association (PW) faces obstacles in determining objective criteria in determining community members affected by Covid-19 for social assistance to be distributed so that they are right on target. This is due to the absence of a systematic and measurable system in determining which citizens are eligible as recipients of social assistance. To help PW Tabita, it is necessary to establish a system capable of providing output recommendations for the selection of the most appropriate community members as recipients of social assistance. The criteria for selecting social assistance recipients refer to the fulfillment of several elements, namely: employment status, monthly income, number of dependents, residence status, electricity tariff status, insurance participants, and PKH (Family Hope Program) participants. The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method is a method applied in this research. The results showed that determining the appropriate weight for each criterion greatly influenced the results of the calculation of the recommendation for providing social funds for people affected by Covid-19. Then in order to obtain more accurate results, it is necessary to test the validity of the criteria to obtain more precise criteria in accordance with the eligibility needs of receiving social funds for community members affected by Covid-19 from PW Tabita.

Abstract

The coding Organization regulated in a government organization, requires a planning for the implementation of activities. Based on the pre-existing Grand Design or based on Principal Tasks and Functions of the positions of each organizational unit, it can be used as a form of making a Roadmap by making milestones the basis for implementation. Roadmap is used in the framework of a Fish Bone Diagram as a causal diagram, as well as with modern methodologies for using Project Management Life Cycles.

Abstract

Humans are facing a non-natural disaster that threatens the entire human population on Earth. Non-natural disaster is called Corona Virus Desease (COVID-19), which is a large family of viruses that can attack humans and animals that are currently a global pandemic. Humans usually cause respiratory infections, ranging from the common cold to serious illnesses such as MERS and SARS. COVID-19 itself is a new type of coronavirus found in humans and in the Wuhan area, Hubei Province, China in 2019. To assist medical staff in early detecting symptoms experienced by patients and facilitate the administration of hospital records, one of them was made an expert system that could detect this COVID-19 early with the Certainty Factor (CF) method. This expert system mimics similar symptoms experienced by COVID-19 patients and will be grouped into several patient statuses. Patients who experience serious symptoms will be grouped into Patients Under Supervision (PDP) and patients who are considered to have milder symptoms will be grouped into Insider Oversight status (ODP) while those who experience symptoms that are outside of the main symptoms will be classified into Non Suspect (NON) status . From 152 patient data inputted in this study, 114 ODP results with an average CF value of 91.38%, 36 PDP with an average CF value of 98.25% and 2 NONs with an average CF value of 40%. CF with system calculation experiments that represent patients get a CF value of 0.998848 or 99.88% to PDP. This expert system can be used to make decisions that can help medical personnel perform actions and administer better before conducting a through test in the laboratory to ensure positive or negative patients COVID-19

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to classify the factors causing the decline in student achievement during the pandemic using the C4.5 datamining method. Sources of research data were obtained by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to 7th semester students of the 2020-2021 school year information system study program. Attributes that used in the classification of the factors causing the decline in student achievement include: Learning Method (C1), Study Time (C2), Material Understanding (C3), Giving Assignments (C4) and Environment (C5). The results of the calculation show that the Material Understanding (C3) attribute is the attribute that most influences the decline in student learning achievement. Testing was also carried out using the help of Rapidminer software and obtained an accuracy of 97.5%.

Abstract

Amikom Yogyakarta University provides various types of scholarships to students, one of which is an achievement scholarship. the selection process requires precision and also fast, so that the results obtained are in accordance with the provisions, if the selection process is done manually then it will take a long time and easy errors occur. Decision support systems using the Tsukamoto fuzzy method can help select scholarship recipients by performing mathematical calculations by the system and produce weighting criteria for each student as a reference in decision makers. Based on the results of the research of each criteria weight, namely GPA, achievement and assessment of parents obtained test results with an accuracy of 80%.

Abstract

Tropical countries have a warm and humid climate are suitable habitat for the lives of reptile animals, especially snakes. Snakes are a type of reptile animal that is widely found in tropical countries, especially in Indonesia. The worst thing that happens when meeting a snake is the bite of snake. If the bite comes from a venomous snake it can cause a more serious problem than the bite from non-venomous snake is, which can cause paralysis, disability, and the worst is death. According to the WHO (World Health Organization) an estimated 5.4 million people are bitten by snakes each year with almost 2.7 million being bitten by venomous snakes and get affected symptoms. Around 81,000 to 138,000 people die every year. This research uses image processing technic to make the identification system of snake bites whether venomous or non-venomous. The method used in this system is Active Contour Model and Support Vector Machine. By using these methods, the highest accuracy is obtained in the best of SVM kernel, on RBF kernel and Polynomial kernel.

Abstract

Prediction is an activity to predict a situation that will occur in the future by passing tests in the past. One way to get sales information in the future is to make sales forecasting. This sales forecast uses the Double Exponential Smoothing method because this method predicts by smoothing or smoothing past data by taking an average of several years to estimate the value of the coming year and this method uses the time series method. The results of this study are the right sales prediction information system, in order to determine the existing inventory of goods in accordance with the demand (demand) so that there is no overstock or lack of inventory in the future

Abstract

Students rank requires several considerations and criteria. Determination of the criteria must be prepared as much as possible because it is related to the selection of outstanding students. However, this ranking is considered less than optimal and requires a long time because it is processed manually by the school. The right Decision Support System is needed to produce quick and accurate ranking decisions. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System. This method will use multi-criteria as the main input in decision making. PROMETHEE will be used to analyze criteria based on alternatives compared to rank according to students' grades and abilities. Based on the research sample data, the highest value was 0.739 for alternative A16. This shows that alternative A16 is the best alternative compared to other alternatives based on consideration of all criteria. The development of PROMETHEE with application-based Decision Support Systems is much better because it produces fast and accurate calculations.

Abstract

Cancer is a dangerous disease that arises from the conversion of normal cells into tumor cells that develop into malignant tumors. According to WHO, cancer is the second deadliest disease in the world. About 70% of cancer deaths occur in low and middle income countries such as Indonesia. Cancer can be detected by recognizing patterns of expression of human genes. DNA Microarray is a technology that can find patterns of gene expression in a variety of different conditions by means of microarray data classification. Microarray data has very large dimensions and needs to be reduced in order to obtain informative genes to detect cancer optimally. In this study, the authors use the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) as a feature selection method to reduce data dimensions and Functional Link Neural Network (FLNN) as a classification method with Legendre Polynomial base functions. With a series of processes that have been carried out, obtained an average accuracy of 86.41% and an average f1-score of 81.83%

Abstract

Promotion and introduction of school buildings still uses media such as brochures or pamphlets, because it requires software that can introduce and provide information about specific school buildings in SMK 25 Jakarta. This study aims to provide an introduction to the Virtual Reality 25 Jakarta Vocational High School building using the VR Box as a medium of information about the rooms to prospective new students. This application utilizes the method of research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, this model serves to carry out periodic assessments in each phase so that the resulting product becomes valid. The validation test results concluded that the system is valid. Testing the level of user satisfaction after using the Virtual Reality application SMKN 25 Jakarta can be concluded that the average user gives a value of 3.4 or enough on the satisfaction of the application menu display, and gives a value of 3.05 on the satisfaction of virtual mode.
