Abstract

Technology development makes influences the way to access the internet, which generally uses Desktop and Notebook computers, giving to other alternatives, namely accessing the internet using Tablets and Smartphones. The problem is that the majority of web layout designs cannot adjust the layout size automatically for these devices, because the resolution size of each device is different. To overcome the existing problems, we need a responsive web design method and technique in order to produce web layouts that can adjust the size of screen resolution automatically. The method used by applying the concept of Responsive Web Design (RWD), so that web layouts can adapt to screen size. Responsive web design techniques can be done in several ways, including using manual techniques using CSS Media Query and implementing CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap CSS. The test results showed that the implementation of responsive web layouts using Bootstrap was very effective and efficient because web designers only needed the main library from Bootstrap, which was then combined by modifying according to the wishes of the user.

Abstract

A based information system is a system that can be used for the dissemination of information through internet services. In this case, the internet is becoming the provider of a set of information that is posted or uploaded, so that the public can see it every time. Therefore the presence of the internet makes it easier for people to be able to implement the results of the analysis of a system so that the formation of web-based information systems. Government services were supposed to use web-based information systems, it is used in order to obtain maximum work achievement. As an example, a case study a Government Ministry was having some complaints from the community is a service of recording E-ID CARD that is experiencing such a long queue. Therefore this web-based information systems within the scope of the reservation Recording E-ID CARD can reduce prolonged queue numbers so that people feel not satisfied against the Government. On this research produced a design of web-based information systems that can be implemented on the Booking process of recording E-ID CARDS in each Government Ministry offices.

Abstract

Layanan Cashless adalah Layanan kemudahan donasi yang diberikan kepada donatur dengan menggunakan layanan donasi non tunai melalui perbankan atau channeling lainnya. Kemudahan adalah bagian dari komitmen layanan dari lembaga RZ sebagai sarana untuk donatur atau mitra yang ingin berdonasi. Upaya untuk mengembangkan organisasi ke arah yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kepuasan para donatur terhadap proses pelayanan yang diberikan merupakan suatu keharusan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengenalan dalam prediksi terhadap transaksi donatur yang loyal dan tidak loyal, agar bisa diketahui akses kemudahan donasi yang telah di terapkan. Dengan demikian, peneliti menggunakan dua model perbandingan yaitu: model algoritma C4.5 dan model algoritma C4.5 berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Setelah dilakukan pengujian nilai akurasi yang di dapatkan untuk model algoritma klasifikasi C4.5 sebesar 83,91 % dan algoritma C4.5 berbasis PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) menghasilkan nilai AUC 0.889 dari nilai akurasi algoritma klasifikasi C4.5 berbasis PSO, dengan nilai diagnosa Good Classification.

Abstract

Public service is an activity of service for every citizen and resident for goods, services, and / or administrative services provided by public service providers, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Brebes Regency. The quality of public services must have the principle of openness or transparency, easily accessible, accountability and cling to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. But in fact the current information and reporting of disasters is still conventional. This study aims to reflect and build a Web-Based Disaster Geographic Information System using Extreme Programming method. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques. Data obtained by observation and interviews. The benefit of this application is to improve services to the Brebes Regional Disaster Management Agency also useful for internal from the Implementing Party or Admin who can manage Disaster Area data online, accurately, and quickly. As well as greatly helping the community to obtain maps of information on disaster-prone areas, the latest disaster information and the community can report directly on disaster events so that the Regional Government can directly handle the disaster.

Abstract

The development of the business world is increasingly rapid, so it needs a special strategy to increase the turnover of the company, in this case the retail company. In increasing the company's turnover can be done using the Data Mining process, one of which is using apriori algorithm. With a priori algorithm can be found association rules which can later be used as patterns of purchasing goods by consumers, this study uses a repository of 209 records consisting of 23 transactions and 164 attributes. From the results of this study, the goods with the name CREAM CUPID HEART COAT HANGER are the products most often purchased by consumers. By knowing the pattern of purchasing goods by consumers, the company management can increase the company's turnover by referring to the results of processing sales transaction data using a priori algorithm

Abstract

Used of the Internet technology superbly proven to not give huge benefits to users, both in terms of deployment and exchange of information, entertainment, freeware software, even to the readings in various forms especially a lot of readings that can be obtained through online channels by the internet without having to purchase in the form of free as well be articles, newspapers, books, and magazines are all in electronic form and can be obtained by the internet. Until recently published magazine in print already behind, because so many turned to the magazine in electronic or digital form is called the e-magazine. With the existence of an intermediate stage in the form of an e-magazine needs assessment of the readership to choose the best performance of any e-magazine published, even many technologies that can support progress towards processing features such as e-magazine like 3D Thumbnails, Podcasts, and RSS. Assessment of the e-magazine readership seen from the goal, multicriteria, and alternative, while the method used is the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP). The process of analysis set forth in the acquisition phase synthesize the results of alternative priority e-magazine is e-the largest environmental gain with the value of 0.488 points, followed by RSC studio with acquisition value 0.284, and the smallest synthesize the results obtained e-magazine aksarayana the value 0.229. While the results of the ranking criteria biggest readership want and needs are the ease with criteria further value 0.270 0.235 interfaces with value, quality value 0.179, satisfaction with the value of 0.175, and the smallest are the benefit criteria with a value of 0.142.

Abstract

Urban road congestion and rising fuel prices make transportation mode users think hard to deal with this situation. This problem makes motor vehicle manufacturers, especially motorbikes, make superior products called scooter matic. This vehicle has the shape and capacity of the engine that is not too large and automatic coupling so that it is fuel efficient and very agile to maneuver in dense urban areas. At present each manufacturer of two-wheeled motorized vehicles has superior scooter matic products to attract consumers. This certainly can confuse ordinary consumers who want to have an automatic scooter. This study aims to give consideration to consumers so that they can help take the right decisions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of the research are described in the form of percentage values adjusted to general objectives, criteria, sub-criteria, and strategic alternatives.

Abstract

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that causes 4.5% of the global disease burden. Hypertension is a major risk factor for heart problems and can be said as the "silent killer" because there are no specific signs and can cause serious illness if left untreated for a long time. Decision support system for hypertension can be used to obtain the results of the decision of the cases, one of them using the decision tree method. Hypertension data will be processed using the method of decision tree algorithm C4.5 through software RapidMiner and will result in a decision support rules, the value of accuracy, and AUC than the rule. After testing the accuracy of the values obtained on the C4.5 algorithm by 76.6%, AUC values for 0862 with a good level of diagnostic classification.

Abstract

Short-term electrical load prediction is one way that can be used to generate and distribute electrical energy economically so that the provider can determine the load and power demand for some time to come. Many researchers who examined the short-term electric load by the method of Neural Network. However, the use of the data set that a lot of the neural network can result in an excessive number of neurons so that can cause over generalizes phenomenon so that the necessary process of feature selection to reduce attributes in the data set that much. This research begins with the ability to process data loads daily system time series per-30 minutes. The method used is a Neural Network based on Backward Elimination with the input data used is the data in January 2012. Several experiments were conducted to obtain the optimal architecture and generate accurate predictions. The results showed an experiment with Neural Network-based methods Backward Elimination produces a lower RMSE is 0,018 compared to RMSE produced by the method of Neural Network is 0,035.

Abstract

The project is an activity using our resources. A successful project needs to have a good plan, including for the schedule, budget, and raw material used by this project. Project management needs to establish by a project manager who responded with the project. A project meager has to manage the project with a great calculation. The research tried to find out, the application of the PERT method at the company. The result of the research is the company need to establish another way or strategy to create a plan with minimizing cost The company could try the PERT method to raise its efficiency plan.
