Abstract

Monopoly check is a monopoly that was taken from the owner and authority vehicle that was registered in their territory. Android is operation system for a mobile phone with the basic linux to reserve opening platform for advance to make their application. The researcher using research method to make the last report is observation with the data to use in his report. Interview with the session asking question for the official samsat gresik to get more detail payment. The researcher are getting reference from the books that can applied in this research.From the result findings that was the researcher doing, the researcher make “Check Application Of Monopoly Payment Vehicle Through The Basic Android”. His research applied counting of monopoly check vehicle into sets agency media android. Besides that tools was used into make application is android studio as IE legality to develop android and java application as language program that was used. For the expectation, into the result finding is to make user of this application they are getting easy to get more information about the payment of monopoly vehicle. Keyword : monopoly, vehicle, java, android

Abstract

Tracer study is a mean to gather information of the alumni on regards to learn about their progress in career, their implementation of skills they learn in their study, and opinion about them from people who work alongside them. The importance of tracer study lies in the processing data from the alumni and producing information that can be used to increase the learning materials, learning methods, motivation of the current students, and quality of service given by the university. Collecting data from graduated University students is not an easy task. The major issue in the data gathering is the distance between the University and the data givers’ location because most of them are not grouped in areas near the campus which make them unable to directly submit the questionere to the faculty they studied. Other dificulties faced by the university which conduct tracer study are the alumni’s ocupation which prohibit them for going to University, time limit given for the alumni to submit their form, cost used for buying and printing papers, more over the form’s layout and content that consist of things that need to be skipped based on options the participant’s choice which make it confusing and dificult to gather valid data.The result of this research is an aplication that can handle the inputs of tracer study by the alumni and produce information about alumni’s progress from those inputs, especialy for those who had graduated from their alma mater for more than six months.  Several improvement that can be achieved by this application caompared to the previous hand in form method are instant collecting as soon as the user press the submit button, automatic processing which can eliminate submision due date because the user can fill the form any time there is a change in their data, and automatic text and graphical reporting which can be seen anytime with real time update which can be used for producing data for decision making in the university where this application is used.Keyword : angket, alumni, UNWAHA, tracer study, online

Abstract

It is known in the selection of the scholarship will certainly experience difficulties because of the many criteria for scholarship applicants and the number of criteria used to determine the grantee's decision as expected. Therefore the need for a system of decision-makers to take into account all the criteria that support decision making by using rule-based and forward chaining, because the rule-based and forward chaining will implement a counting system for certain that the admin just entering data and will gain value in accordance with the criteria.In this study, the author tries to analyze the main points of the discussion and the results are intended to develop information systems that can be used in AMIK Jombang. System decision makers have preferred to build a decision matrix, decision making matrix is normalized, weighted normalized decision making matrix, determine the positive and negative ideal solution, calculate separation, calculate the relative proximity to the positive ideal solution, rank the alternatives. Abstract

One of the computer-based testing is the Computerized Adaptive Test (CAT), which is a computer-based testing system where the items were given to the participants adapted to test the ability of the participants. Assessment methods are usually applied in CAT is Item Response Theory (IRT). IRT models are most commonly used today is the model 3 Parameter Logistic (3PL), which is about the discrimination, difficulty and guessing. However 3PL IRT models have not provided information more objectively test the ability of participants. The opinion of the test participants were tested items were also to be considered. In this study using CAT in combination with IRT model of 4PL.In this research, the development of CAT which uses about 4 parameters, namely the discrimination, difficulty, guessing and questionnaires. The questions used were about UAS 1 English subjects. Samples were taken from 40 students answer with the best value of the total 172 students spread across 6 classes to measure the parameter estimation problem. Further testing using CAT application 4PL IRT models compared to CAT 3PL IRT models.From research done shows that the CAT application combined with IRT models 4PL can measure the ability of the test taker shorter or faster and also opportunities participants correctly answered the test items was done tend to be better than the 3PL IRT models. Keywords : Ability, CAT, IRT, 3PL, 4PL, Probability, Test

Abstract

Decision tree method is a classification method that has been widely used for the solution of problems of classification. Decision tree classification provides a rapid and effective method. The approach has been proven decision tree method can be applied in various fields of life. Capability classification is indicated by the decision tree method is what encourages authors to use decision tree methods approach to measure the performance of civil servants.  To build a decision tree induction algorithms used. In this study, the ID3 algorithm method is used to construct a decision tree. Starting with the data collecting training samples and then measuring the entropy and information gain. Information Gain value will be used as the root of a decision tree. And translates it into a decision tree classification rules.The results show that the decision tree method is used to produce classification rules into groups employee performance Good and Bad. The resulting rules are used to measure the performance of employees and classifying employees into two groups.The result to assist management in making more objective assessment process. Keywords: ID3 Algorithm, Decision Tree, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Development of department and study program can not be seperated by its internal factors which is influenced number of candidate of students it self direct or indirectly.  In this case we need a method to know the condition in each internal variables that will be evaluated in the department itself.NBC method is kind of simple Bayesian Network that comes with assume statement that all features are similar one with another. Nbc shows the great work completely in accuracy and failed classification level. NBC could predict some assume for prediction needs.This research generally made to use for evaluating department and study program internarly by clasifying some variables which can influence to know about the condition of the deprtment and the study program itself. This is also one 8f best strategy to develope number of new cndidte of students and this method will shows about the study program to the new candidate of students.Key words : NBC, study program evaluating.

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya air di Indonesia sangat melimpah, tetapi ketersediaan air sangat bervariasi berdasarkan dimensi ruang dan waktu. Adanya perubahan iklim, kerusakan ekosistem dan perubahan penggunaan lahan di Daerah Tangkapan Air (DTA) mengakibatkan terjadinya krisis air di musim kemarau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komposisi dan struktur vegetasi pohon dalam peranannya sebagai salah satu bentuk konservasi air. Analisis vegetasi secara ekologis yaitu Jenis tumbuhan, Densitas, Frekuensi, Luas basal area, INP, dan Indeks Keanekaragaman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2015-April 2016 di DTA mata air Geger. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode kuadrat plot secara acak. Penentuan DTA yaitu berdasarkan Citra Quikbird untuk pembagian kelas vegetasi. Selain itu, dilakukan pengukuran kadar lengas tanah dan fisiko kimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas area DTA mata air Geger secara keseluruhan berdasarkan kelas vegetasi yaitu 9875.26 ha. Jumlah individu spesies terbanyak yang ditemukan dari masing-masing kelas vegetasi secara berturut-turut yaitu Swietania mahagoni, (L.) Jacq; Tectona grandis, L. Acacia auriculiformis A. Cunn Ex Benth; Tectona grandis, L. dan Gnetum gnemon, L. Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) tertinggi dari masing-masing kelas vegetasi yaitu Swietania mahagoni, (L.) Jacq (110,84%) untuk kelas I; Tectona grandis, L. untuk kelas II, III, IV secara berturut-turut yaitu (85,71%), (72,52%), (115,19%); dan Gnetum gnemon, L. (182,21%) untuk kelas V. Hasil analisis indeks keanekaragaman jenis (Shanon winner) menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman spesies sangat berkorelasi dengan jumlah spesies dalam suatu wilayah DTA, sedangkan nilai indeks kemerataan atau evennes menunjukkan bahwa distribusi spesies termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.  Kata kunci: Analisis Ekologis, vegetasi Pohon , DTA, Geger

Abstract

Karakteristik geokimia organik (biomarker) memberikan informasi tentang asal usul, lingkungan pengendapan dan kematangan minyak. Karekterisasi Minyak mentah diekstrak dengan pelarut n-heksan dengan perbandingan n-heksan: minyak mentah (50: 2) selama 24 jam untuk memisahkan asphaltene dari minyak mentah. jika endapan tidak terpisah dengan sempurna maka disentrifugasi dengan kecepatan 2400 rpm dalam waktu 20 menit. Hasil ekstrak minyak mentah murni difraksinasi dengan menggunakan kromatografi kolom metode McCharty. Hasil ekstrak dari pengoloman diperoleh fraksi netral, fraksi asam dan fraksi polar. Fraksi netral dipisahkan dengan metode KLTP dan ekstrak difraksinasi menjadi komponen hidrokarbon yang terdiri dari fraksi alifatik dan fraksi aromatik, selanjutnya dianalisis fraksi aromatik dengan GCMS. Hasil analisis GCMS pada fraksi aromatik diperoleh senyawa alkil benzene, naftalena,  fenanterna dan kadelan, senyawa –senyawa yang diperoleh dianggap sebagai informasi turunan dari produk alami tanaman tingkat tinggi, bakteri, penanda asal usul lingkungan pengendapan dan kematangan minyak. Kata kunci - Biomarka, Juwata, minyak mentah, GCMS.
