Abstract

Telah dilakukan isolasi dan penapisan aktinomiset yang mampu menghasilkan senyawa antimikroba. Isolasi dan penapisan dilakukan di laboratorium Mikrobiologi Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). Isolasi dilakukan dengan metode pengenceran berseri dan disebar pada media HV agar. Dari hasil isolasi diperoleh total isolat sebanyak 6 isolat. Setelah dilakukan penapisan diperoleh 3 isolat yang mampu menghambat bakteri patogen E. coli, S. aureus, dan cendawan patogen Aspergillus sp, Penicillium sp, dan Fusarium sp. Hasil uji antagonis isolat AK1 mampu menghambat E. coli dengan indek zona hambat tertinggi yaitu 1.3 cm. Sedangkan uji antagonis terhadap cendawan patogen isolat AK2 mampu menghambat Penicillium sp dengan indek zona hambat tertinggi yaitu 1.7 cm. Isolat AK1 dan AK2 merupakan isolat yang potensial sebagai penghasil senyawa antimikrob. Hasil identifikasi koloni, isolat AK1 warna koloninya kuning putih dengan karakteristi koloni rata dan tidak berlendir. Sedangkan isolat AK2 warna koloninya putih gelap dengan karakteristik koloninya rata dan tidak berlendir. Kata kunci: Aktinomiset, penapisan, antibiotik, mikroba patogen

Abstract

Penelitian tentang aktivitas biolarvasida penyulingan minyak sereh wangi (Cymbopogon citratus (DC) Stapf.) Â terhadap larva nyamuk Anopheles sp telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aktivitas larvasida terhadap larva nyamuk Anopheles sp dan menentukan konsentrasi efektif larvasida minyak sereh wangi (Cymbopogon citratus (DC) Stapf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji toksisitas larvasida untuk mengamati mortalitas larva nyamuk Anopheles sp yang dinyatakan dalam LC50. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minyak sereh wangi (Cymbopogon citratus (DC) Stapf memiliki aktivitas larvasida yang ditunjukkan dengan semakin tinggi mortalitas larva seiring meningkatnya konsentrasi minyak sereh wangi. Konsentrasi efektif dari minyak sereh wangi dinyatakan dalam nilai LC50 yaitu pada konsentrasi 7,32% pada waktu kontak 5 menit, konsentrasi 4,52% pada waktu kontak 10 menit, konsentrasi 2,75% pada waktu kontak 15 menit, dan konsesntrasi 0,74% pada waktu kontak 20 menit. Hasil transformasi analisis probit terhadap konsentrasi didapatkan konsentrasi efektif pada 2000ppm pada waktu kontak 5 menit. Abstract

E-Learning merupakan sebuah sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh yang bersifat elektronik yang menggunakan teknologi jaringan dan komputer. Banyak model pembelajaran e-Learning salah satunya menggunakan web conference Kualitas e-Learning dapat diukur menggukan medote webqual. Webqual merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas website berdasarkan pengguna akhir. Webqual disusun berdasarkan penelitian pada tiga dimensi, yaitu usability, information dan service interaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui kualitas web conference sehingga dapat dijadikan media belajar mahasiswa serta mengetahui indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam kualitas e-Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan 90 responden dan 22 pertanyaan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil uji validitas didapatkan r hitung > dari r tabel serta uji reliabilitas didapatkan nilai alpha 0.807 yang lebih besar dari rtabel maka konsisensi kuisioner dinyatakan valid. Pada uji skala likert diketahui dimensi atau indikator usability mendapakan yang tingkat interpretasi puas terbanyak. Sehingga dimensi usability berpengaruh positif kepada kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Kabupaten Tuban dengan luas lahan 183.994,56 ha berpotensi untuk mengembangkan usaha pertanian dibidang pangan, perkebunan dan tanaman hortikultura yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani serta meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi yang akan mendorong kelancaran roda perekonomian. Peruntukan lahan pada sector pertanian seringkali bersaing dengan sektor lain seperti industry, pemukiman dan perdaganga. Meningkatnya kebutuhan lahan pertanian telah menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan lahan. Hal tersebut disebabkan juga oleh kurangnya informasi yang berhubungan dengan produktifitas dan kelayakan penggunaan lahan tersebut. Dalam penelitian penelitian ini, akan dirancang suatu perangkat lunak yang dapat memberikan informasi pemetaan lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Tuban yang digunakan sebagai pengambilan informasi untuk analisa kebijakan bidang pertanian. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan teknologi Webgis yaitu Map Server khususnya paket MS4W dengan menggunakan framework pmapper yang bekerja pada system operasi windows. Kata kunci : Lahan pertanian, Webgis, Map Server, MS4W, Pmapper, Windows

Abstract

Pada setiap kegiatan Organisasi pasti membutuhkan sumber dana baik dari luar maupun dari dalam untuk mempermudah proses pelaksanaannya, dan pada setiap kegiatan yang terealisasi mempunyai laporan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan sumber dana yang disepakati, dan laporan tersebut dituntut untuk setransparan mungkin agar tidak ada perbedaan dalam pemikiran. Â Dengan demikian dibuatlah Siistem Informasi untuk mempermudah membuat laporan secara tepat dan terperinci disetiap alokasi dana yang dilaporkan. Abstract

Early-age children live in the world of a play because that's needed a learning medium that is not only interactive but also interesting or more game. Age 4-6 years is a stage of age in an early age range (so-called pre-school age) in which the child is being prepared to enter a formal learning process. Expected in this age range, children have a more focused attitude of learning, not just playing, but began to recognize the learning process behind the game. The result of this research is that Game can be a tool in practicing arithmetic as well as with this game, children who follow numeracy lessons can practice counting by using existing computer facilities. Abstract

Every human being has an interest, and a different talent. Interest is a strong impetus for a person to do something he wants. Talent itself is an existing ability or innate or the ability that can be trained to master the things that interest. The potential of the child should be stimulated in advance so that it can be seen as a skill, knowledge and skillfulness that becomes the provision of his life. One way to recognize the child's talents and interests requires a test to understand the temperament and personality of the child, to understand multiple intelligences and to recognize the direction of the child's interest. The test is applied to an expert system using the Forward Chaining method to help determine the type of intelligence in the child. Each type of child intelligence has several potential talents and special interests of the child. The expert system is implemented in a Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The results of this study in obtaining an alternative decision to recognize the type of intelligence of children who show potential talents and interests of children. Abstract

Problems that occur in MI Negeri Kampungbaru Nganjuk current is the length of time to search for data that is archived in the map & must open the sheet per sheet to find the desired data, the data sought sometimes incomplete and even missing data. This is because the data has not been stored in the database. The purpose of this study is to make the information system of accreditation archiving in MI Negeri Kampungbaru Nganjuk regency, where the archiving information system that was still manual to be a computerized information system.The formulation of the problem is how to design an information system of school accreditation archiving at MI Negeri Kampungbaru Nganjuk regency, and can make application program of school accreditation filing system at MI Country Kampungbaru Nganjuk regency.In the implementation phase, the system uses PHP programming language, as well as MySQL as its database.Based on the conclusions of the research results, the purpose of this program is Designing an application of an accreditation archiving system to help make it easier for schools to recover the necessary data. Abstract

Leaf blight disease is one of the most dangerous diseases of maize plant. This disease be able causing loss of maize harvest up to 40-70%. The cause of the leaf blight disease is Helminthosporium turcicum fungi. Biological control with endophytic fungi potentially used to control the pathogens as well as increase the resistance of plant induction to disease. Research was conducted in PT Bisi Inernational area, Tbk Farm Ngantang Malang Regency, Laboratory of Mycology Department of Plant Pest and Disease, Faculty of Agriculture Brawijaya University and Bioscience Laboratory Brawijaya University on December 2016 until July 2017. The exploration result of endophytic fungi of three varieties of maize were obtained 30 isolates, consisting of 14 non-pathogenic isolates and 16 pathogenic isolates. Based on the power inhibition percentage to the highest growth of H. turcicum is a fungi with NuII2, NuII4, PuIII3, DuIII3, NuII3 and PuIII1 isolates code. The most prevalent inhibition mechanism is pathogens and endophytic fungi competition. The 30 isolates identified were Colletotrichum sp, Fusarium sp, Curvularia sp, Acremonium sp dan Paecilomyces sp, meanwhile the other endophytic fungi is only found sterile hyphae thus difficult to identify up to the genus level. Abstract

Organic material decomposition is the reorganizing process of the organic material by microbes in the controlled circumstances. The microbes which were used in general such as fungi, bacteria or yeast. Aerobic yeasts is one of the microbes needs oxygen to work. Yeast was obtained by the exploration of the rice straw, maize straw and cane straw in Dau, Malang, East of Java. By the result of the microscopic exploration and observation through the microscope, it was obtained 9 yeast isolates and 3 fungi isolates. 2 yeast isolates and 1 fungi isolate from the rice straw, 2 yeast isolates and 1 fungi isolate from the maize straw, and 5 yeast isolates and 1 fungi isolate from the cane straw. The identification results were obtained Candida parapsilosis, Bellera oryzae, Kluyveromyces thermotolerant, Candida tropicalis, Debaryomyces hansenii, Wickerhamomyces anomalus, Pichia membranfaciens, Cryptococcus wieringae. The highest potential yeast as an organic fertilizer decomposer is Cryptococcus wieringae and the lowest is Bullera oryzae.
