Abstract

Traveling is something that has been done by every resident, especially the people of Central Sulawesi province. The people of Central Sulawesi province who travel have a certain purpose either because of their own desires or following others. The number of people traveling from Central Sulawesi Province can be analyzed using the zero inflated negative binomial regression method (ZINB). ZINB regression is a method used to model calculated or discrete data with many zero values ​​on the response variable (zero inflation) and overdispersion occurs. The result shows that the factors affecting the number of people traveling population from the Central Sulawesi Province are age (X1), the people who have jobs in mining and quarrying (X32), the people who have jobs in electricity and gas (X34). The zero inflated negative binomial (ZINB) regression model is better at modeling cases of the number of people traveling in Central Sulawesi Province in 2016 compared to the Poisson regression model because it has the smallest AIC value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The disease that causes the largest number of deaths in Indonesia to date is acute coronary syndrome or called the silence killer. Deaths due to coronary heart disease (CHD) reached 26.4%. Therefore, to prevent the high death rate from CHD, early detection of CHD can be done. One way that can be done is checking the ECG (electrocardiogram / electrocardiograph) record. Then by using the HRV (Heart Rate Variability) method, which is to analyze the ECG signal which can take measurements, physiological interpretation, and clinical use of the ECG signal so that it can find out an arrhythmia (a condition in which the heart beats erratically) a person's heart and take medical steps right. In this article using wavelet transform analysis to identify heart disease. The results are then compared with the fractal dimensions of the heart rate signal. FD identifies heart disease with more than 90% confidence Keywords : Fractal, Heart, Wavelet.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to obtain an the optimal production costs of Klappertart based on the basic ingredients comparing the production cost of Klappertart in Najmah Klappertart with production costs using the simplex method. The result showed that the optimal costs is ,-. This result is equal to the total cost of klappertart by SMEs Najmah Klappertart, so it can be concluded that the cost of production klappertart based on the basic ingredients on SMEs Najmah Klappertart were optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACT The queue is an activity that arises because of the number of services the facility is less than the number who need the service. Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan lelang(KPKNL) Palu is one of the government agencies that implement a queuing system on reconciliation of State Owned Property (BMN) that it held every semester, where they just served the 337 of work units comparethe 700 of work unit within two weeks. This study aimed is to obtain the characteristics of the queue and the optimum number of servers in the service of reconciliation in KPKNL Palu using queues. The results showed the busiest time is on July 21, 2016. The addition of a server from 4 to 8 servers showed a decrease in the queue. It is perceptibly from a queue characteristics decrease in levels of activity server (ρ) from 75% to 20,8%, the number of work units waiting in the queue (Lq) of 1,53 2work units/ hour to 0 work unit/hour, the number of work units waiting in the system (Ls) of 4,53 5 work units/hour into 1,667 2 work units/hour, time waiting in queues (Wq) of 6,11 minutes to 0 minutes, the waiting time in the system ( Ws) of 18,11 minutes to 6,667 minutes and the number of work units that is served in 2 weeks are 700 work units. Abstract

ABSTRACT Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or when the body can not effectively use the insulin that is produced. Diabetes mellitus can be divided into two types: Type 1 diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus type 2. This study aims to detect diabetes mellitus and may predict the development status (Metabolic Syndrome) using Learning Vector Quantization. The data needed to detect type 2 diabetes are blood sugar levels, genetics, age, physical activity, diet, smoking habits, body mass index, gender and abdominal circumference. In addition, the data also used HbA1C and cholesterol levels to detect the status of the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus (Metabolic Syndrome). The classification process is divided into two stages: stage 1 to determine the type 2 diabetes or Non diabetes mellitus, and phase 2 to predict the prognosis of type 2 diabetes into Metabolic Syndrome or Non Metabolic Syndrome (the patient is still in the category of type 2 diabetes) performed on 200 data respectively divided into 80 training data and 120 testing data. Best detection results at stage 1 that is equal to 96.67% can be obtained using learning rate (α) of 0.7, and the rate of decrement (decα) of 0.75.While the best detection results at stage 2 average accuracy rate of 92.5% using a variety of learning rate (α) and the rate of decrement (decα). Error detection in stage 2 occurs only in the Metabolic Syndrome data detected as Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Keywords : Accuracy, Diabetes Mellitus, Learning Vector Quantization

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to obtain the optimal transport costs in the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in PT. GCS and PT.PPI. This research was done in two steps is to create a transport model of the data obtained and determine its solution initially with Least Cost method, and determine the optimal solution with ModifiedDistribution (MODI) method. Based on research that obtained the initial solution is Rp. 65.040.000 and optimal solution is Rp. 64.950.000. While the cost of transportation from the company is RP. 70.500.000. This shows that both distributors can optimize the total cost of transport for the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in January 2017 with the distribution cost savings of Rp. 5.550.000. Abstract

ABSTRACT Rice field plants (Oryza sativa) is one of the main food crop that very essential for common poeple. On the other hand, rice become as the main commodity of the common poeple. According to Badan Pusat Statistik ( BPS ) data, the consumption of it in 2011 reached 139 kg of due to 237 million of Indonesian resident. The cultivation of rice field production obstacle is the pest attack. The able prime pest that caused the rice production damage is field mouse pest (Rattus argintiventer) and rice stem pest (Nilaparvata Lugens). Both types have a very high reproduction rate. This research studies mathematically the damage of rice field plants population control at vegetative phase. That designed to minimize the number of vegetative rice population phase. A logistic Competing Species model is built to describe the interaction between both the pest at the vegetative phase rice growth. The Pontryagin minimum principles is used to determine the optimal control solution. The solution is solved from the state and co-state equation that stationery evaluated using the indexed performance with optimal control and . The research result of indicate that the optimal control just optimalize the vegetative rice phase damage while the pest is not optimalized yet. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tungro is a disease of rice plant (Oryza sativa) caused by tungro rice plant virus called Rice Tungro Baciliform Virus (RTBV) and Rice Tungro Spherical Virus (RTSV). Those viruses are transmitted by green planthopper vector (Nephotettix virescens). Rice tungro virus, that attack at vegetative phase, could make the rice plant tiny. This research governs a tungro transmission model that consider the rate of growth, natural mortality and virus infection as parameters. The interaction between green planthopper vector and spider as the predator of it is also considered. The other one is the probability of successes contacts between the green planthopper vectors with the susceptible rice population and tungro infected rice. The model, that modified from Susceptible-Infected model, has two critical endemic points of, and The stability of both points are analyzed using linearity and Routh hurwitz criteria. To reach their stability, the first critical point requires the values of natural death of green planthopper vector that must bigger than natural death of rice plant and the second critical point requires the natural growth rate of the spider predator must smaller than its natural death. Abstract

ABSTRACT Meatballs are foods made from meat, shrimp, fish chopped and crushed together with starch and egg white, usually formed roundly. Meatballs have health benefits for the human body because of the content contained in animal protein, vitamins and fat. However, in the manufacture of meatballs for the benefit of many, sellers often use the wrong way by using borax chemicals on meatballs. Therefore, this study aims to build a design tool in the form of borax detection on meatballs based on android. The tool works by processing the input data obtained from a color sensor coupled with an LED (Light Emitting Diode) to the microcontroller on Arduino Uno R3. The data is processed by implementing the Mamdani fuzzy logic method as a decision to state the output output of borax detector on meatballs. Furthermore, the output output displayed on the device using a sample of 12 meatballs obtained tool accuracy of 75%. Keywords : Boraks, Color Sensor, Fuzzy Logic, Microcontroller, Meatball.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries where has not been free from diphtheria outbreak. During 2017-2019, there were 2870 diphtheria cases with 96 deaths. With the mortality rate 5-20%, makes studies regarding diphtheria prevention and management strategies become important to do. In this study, a SEIQR mathematical model was constructed by considering the factor of natural immunity rate in exposed individuals. Then, by considering the complete basic immunization coverage and the proportion of the number of individuals with natural immunity rate as control variables, the optimal control problem is formulated to minimize the number of infected poopulation. Optimal control using DOTcvpSB toolbox obtained that the number of exposed population in the model decreased from 4.9% to 0.75%, and the number of infected population decreased from 3.1% to 0.32%.
