Abstract

ABSTRACTQuaternion Linear Canonical Transform (QLCT) is a generalization of the Linear Canonical Transform (LCT) onquaternion algebra which plays an important role in optics and signal processing. QLCT can be seen asgeneralization of Quaternion Fourier Transform (QFT). Based on the fact, this paper propose the formulat ofmodification convolution theorem based on left-sided QLCT by considering the fundamental relationship betweenleft-sided QLCT and QFT. The results showed the modification convolution theorem for left-sided QLCT based onrelationship between left-sided QLCT and QFT as a sum of multiplication of left-sided QFT can be derived.Keywords : Convolution Theorem, Quaternion Fourier Transform, Quaternion Linear Canonical Transform

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to obtain an the optimal production costs of Klappertart based on the basic ingredients comparing the production cost of Klappertart in Najmah Klappertart with production costs using the simplex method. The result showed that the optimal costs is ,-. This result is equal to the total cost of klappertart by SMEs Najmah Klappertart, so it can be concluded that the cost of production klappertart based on the basic ingredients on SMEs Najmah Klappertart were optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACT The queue is an activity that arises because of the number of services the facility is less than the number who need the service. Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan lelang(KPKNL) Palu is one of the government agencies that implement a queuing system on reconciliation of State Owned Property (BMN) that it held every semester, where they just served the 337 of work units comparethe 700 of work unit within two weeks. This study aimed is to obtain the characteristics of the queue and the optimum number of servers in the service of reconciliation in KPKNL Palu using queues. The results showed the busiest time is on July 21, 2016. The addition of a server from 4 to 8 servers showed a decrease in the queue. It is perceptibly from a queue characteristics decrease in levels of activity server (ρ) from 75% to 20,8%, the number of work units waiting in the queue (Lq) of 1,53 2work units/ hour to 0 work unit/hour, the number of work units waiting in the system (Ls) of 4,53 5 work units/hour into 1,667 2 work units/hour, time waiting in queues (Wq) of 6,11 minutes to 0 minutes, the waiting time in the system ( Ws) of 18,11 minutes to 6,667 minutes and the number of work units that is served in 2 weeks are 700 work units. Abstract

PT. Indah Bangunan Sejati Palu is a company engaged in building materials. The company has 4 warehouses and serves the distribution of ceramics in Sulawesi Tengah, precisely in the city of Palu. The problems found in PT. Indah Bangunan Sejati Palu The cost of distributing ceramics requires a large amount of transportation costs and there is no planning for the distribution of ceramics, therefore proper planning is needed so that the distribution costs incurred can be minimized. The purpose of this study is to obtain optimal distribution costs using the least cost method with the optimal test using the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. The results showed that the optimal transportation cost was obtained at Rp 276,297,300. This amount is more efficient, namely Rp 3,002,400 or 1.1% of the company's transportation costs which is Rp 279,297,300.

Abstract

The prevalence of Schistosomiasis cases in Poso Regency specifically in Napu and Bada changes every year and in 2021 there was a significant increase in cases. Therefore it is necessary to predict cases in 2022 or the 13th and 14th semesters using Lagrange extrapolation. The prediction results of the cases number in Napu in 13th and 14th semesters are 461 and 5445 for humans, 12442 and 43045 for snails, and 1370 and 4789 for rats respectively. The prediction results in Bada in the 13th and 14th semesters are 202 and 984 cases for humans, -804 and -2863 cases for snails, and -251 and -890 cases for rats respectively. The Lagrange polynomial errors are −0,16335 × 10−5 and −0,8629 × 10−5 for the 13th and 14th semesters for humans, 0,578 × 10−7 and 0,2288 × 10−7 the for 13th and 14th semesters for snails and rats. Some of the predictions were unrealistic, so the Lagrange extrapolation method is not appropriate for predicting Schistosomiasis cases.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction refers to the response expressed by customers as a result of their evaluation of the perceived difference between their initial expectations before purchase and the performance of the service after purchase. Several specific factors impact the purchasing process and the performance of the product service, such as uncertainty in store operating hours and limited availability of inventory. These related issues have an impact on customer satisfaction, especially at Craft Palu store. The aim of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction and accuracy level using the decision tree method, specifically the C4.5 Algorithm. In this study, the measured variables of customer satisfaction at Craft Palu store are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on the results of this research, it is found that Reliability is the most influential variable with an index value is 80,6% of respondents satisfied with the 5th statement, and accuracy test results using the C4.5 Algorithm in python software show an improvement with a decent final accuracy is 90%. Therefore, the C4.5 Algortihm is suitable for measuring customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Stress is a form of psychosocial risk, those physical and mental responses due to an imbalance between demands and abilities. Apart from job factors, stressors can be form in individual, social, and family factors. The are many people who not realize their psychosocial symptoms arise. The study aims to analyze factors associated with psychosocial risk in the workplace. This study is a systematic review with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta Analyses (PRISMA) method. The database used to search data and information is PubMed and Science Direct. The keywords used during the search process are work stress, job stress, mental health, occupational stress, work conflict, and psychosocial risk. There were 244 studies in the initial search, but only 25 studies met the criteria. Factors associated with psychosocial risk of workers are gender, education level, work pressure, social support, physical activity, working hours, job satisfaction, and family-work conflict.

Abstract

Distress is a negative form of psychosocial conditions that may be caused by work, family, social, and individual factors. Several incidents occurring at PT X have indicated the presence of distress among mechanics who work in the company, which is apparent from the physiological, psychological, behavioral, and cognitive symptoms experienced by these workers. This study aims to analyze the level of work-related distress, as well as factors influencing the level of distress experienced by mechanics at PT X. This was a cross-sectional study on all mechanics (n=37) working for PT X. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test and logistic regression. Factors identified to be linked with distress level were organizational culture and function, interpersonal relations, work pressure, work-family conflict, task design, work schedule and working hours, exercise intensity, anxiety, emotional control, and smoking habits. Various factors have been identified as influencing the distress level among mechanics at PT X, with the emotional control factor as the factor with most influence on distress (Exp(B)=0.34). These factors require actions to reduce the risk of distress, such as providing better arrangement of overtime schedule and training.

Abstract

Pengenalan software Geogebra dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah menengah memungkinkan untuk mendukung kemampuan literasi numerasi mereka. Pada kegiatan ini Geogebra dikenalkan kepada siswa-siswa SMA-SMK Kartini Palembang. Penguasaan tentang konsep dasar matematika seperti sudut, garis sejajar, garis tegak lurus, garis singgung, lingkaran, persamaan, pertidaksamaan, dan fungsi merupakan pondasi dalam mempelajari materi lebih lanjut guna menunjang kemampuan litersi numerasi. Selanjutnya pengayaan diberikan kepada khalayak sasaran dengan mengenalkan Geogebra. Uji beda rata-rata kedua kelompok nilai pra-test dan post-test dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 % menunjukkan bahwa kedua kelompok memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil ini juga menginfomasikan bahwa rata-rata nilai post-test belum secara signifikan mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi khalayak sasaran belum cukup memuaskan. Hasil rata-rata post-test yang mencapai nilai 70.80 dari semua peserta/khalayak sasaran juga menunjukkan bahwa kriteria dan indikator pencapaian tujuan yaitu lebih dari 80% khalayak sasaran berhasil mengerjakan semua soal pada post-tes, namun rata-rata hasil tes khalayak sasaran lebih dari 80 belum tercapai. Artinya kegiatan sejenis perlu lebih banyak lagi diadakan di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi berdampak positif pada berbagai kehidupan masyarakat. Berbagai aktivitas yang dilakukan secara konvensional kemudian berubah menjadi sebuah aktivitas berbasis teknologi yang menjadikan penggunanya dimudahkan dalam mengakses berbagai informasi yang diberikan. Salah satu aktivitas penting yang sangat terdampak adalah administrasi perkantoran. Aktivitas administrasi perkantoran melibatkan berbagai pihak agar dokumen yang dibuat bisa terverifikasi dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Administrasi perkantoran konvensional memiliki banyak kekurangan. Salah satu yang mencolok adalah waktu pengerjaan yang tidak efektif karena membutuhkan verifikasi secara tatap muka dan disusun setiap kali dibutuhkan. Digitalisasi administrasi merupakan salah satu solusi nyata yang dapat membantu efektivitas pelayanan di berbagai tempat khususnya di sekolah-sekolah. Ada berbagai macam aktivitas terkait kebutuhan para Guru, siswa, alumni, serta orang tua yang harus difasilitasi oleh pihak administrasi sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan dalam lima tahapan yakni pengumpulan kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan prototype sistem, menguji dan mengevaluasi sistem serta mengimplementasikan sistem. selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan kepada staf sekolah agar bisa langsung dapat digunakan oleh pihak sekolah. Kegiatan ini nantinya akan menghasilkan sebuah administrasi sekolah digital yang dibuat dalam sebuah aplikasi berbasis Django 3.2.
