Abstract

Soybean is one of the strategic commodities, it is constituted in terms of benefits and terms of consumption increases with the increase of population. But in terms of local production can not meet the needs of soybean, so it issued a policy to import. One reason is the lack of local soybean production soybean prices fluctuated and the price of soybeans is not attractive compared to other food commodities, while the selling price is also affected by the length of the marketing chain soybeans.

Abstract

Development of small scale agro industrial is strategic effort. Through agroindustry there will be constructed the increasing value-added. The aim of this study was to design model strategic alliance for small scale ‘tahu’ agroindustry. Data analysis methods for small scale ‘tahu’ agro industrial strategic alliance developments were: system analysis by need analysis, problem formulation and system identification; system structuration by interpretative structural modeling (ISM); internal and external factor by SWOT analysis; institutional performance analysis. The result of system structuration shows that key components in the objective element are capital access.

Abstract

Agro-industry is an industrial activity that process agricultural raw materials into another form of the more interesting and adds value, be efficient and have a high selling value. This study aims to assess the relative efficiency of agroindustry enterprises Banda nutmeg using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) concept which is a measure of efficiency that are free value (value-free) because it is based on data available regardless of the judgment (judgment) of the decision makers responsible for using a number of inputs to obtain an output targeted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze export volume trend of Indonesian CPO in International market for the next 3 years and to analyze competitiveness of Indonesian crude palm oil in International market. To analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian crude palm oil in International market used Revealed Comparative Advantage analysis (RCA) to analyze comparative advantage and Trade Specialization Index (ISP) to analyze competitive advantage. Mean while, to analyze the export volume of Indonesian crude palm oil in the international market for next 3 years used least squares method.

Abstract

Rice in the agricultural sector is still a strategic commodity, as it is a key ingredient to meet the food needs of the community in Indonesia. Therefore the need of rice must be fulfilled so as not to cause a problem. Food shortages will lead to socio-economic impact of the broader, even going to have an impact on politics. In relation to the above is needed to increase rice production to meet the needs of the community. One solution to increase production to support government programs towards self-sufficiency in rice could be through the introduction of new rice varieties. VUB rice is an essential element for the success of rice farming.

Abstract

This research aim to know the level of Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu (PTT) of paddy field in Subdistrict of Kebasen Banyumas Regency. Research conducted by using description method. Location of the research choice by purposive sampling with the consideration that research location represent the first area multiply to apply PTT in Banyumas Regency. Sample taken as much 60 farmer by using method of simple random sampling. Research data obtained through by interview to the sample. Hereinafter research data analysed by using percentage calculation to existing indicator of PTT. Result of research indicate that the level of applying PTT paddy field as a whole equal to 76,67%.

Abstract

This research underlines several issues concerning the empowerment of poor women through family-based entrepreneurship towards creative economy. The research was intended to explore the potentials, constraints, opportunities and policies dealing with the empowerment of poor women, and to formulize a model for the empowerment. Data collection consisted of site observation, interview, focus group discussion, and document study. The techniques of analysis employed in this research included interactive analysis and gender analysis by Sara Longwee. The results of this research was a model named “Pro-poor Capacity Improvement”which highlights several components including poor women’s potentials, constraint,opportunities, interventions in the form of family-based entrepreneurship, and welfare.

Abstract

Community development program needs high synergy of various parties, included program of SLPTT of non hybrid rice. This research has aimed to evaluate such program such as level of farmer participation in group meeting, evaluate non hybrid rice productivity in farmer group and evaluate the strong and weakness factor of its program. The result shows participation level of farmer group member on this program is various, where farmer group of farming is highest.

Abstract

Central Java is one of the producers of the national rice with1.427.101Ha harvested area and production amounted to 8.021.511 ton milled rice. Rice is the major crop in Central Java as well as the principal livelihoods. Despite the shift of labor from agriculture to other sectors, total employment in Central Java who works in the agricultural sector reached more than 37%.
