Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan ini digunakan untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan bank syariah dan konvensional di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 dapat berbeda-beda tergantung pada studi yang dilakukan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka ( library reascrh ). Yang mana datanya nanti akan didapatkan dari berbagai sumber buku maupun dokemen serta artikel yang berkaitan dengan yang diteliti lalu dikumpulkan melalui metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara bank konvensional dan syariah pada tahun 2022. Beri saran untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan bank syariah dan konvensional di masa depan.Analisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan antara bank syariah dan konvensional di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja keuangan yang telah ditentukan; data keuangan harus dikumpulkan dari kedua bank, dan data harus dianalisis dengan metode dan metode evaluasi sebelumnya, memahami hasil analisis.

Abstract

Abstract Financial technology is a new innovation that combines technology and financial services which aims to provide solutions related to financial intermediation so that the existence of these financial services can make it easier for the community. The development of sharia fintech in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly so that it can be an opportunity to continue to grow. This study aims to determine the opportunities and obstacles of Islamic fintech in this modern era. The type of research conducted in this research is qualitative, with a descriptive analysis strategy. This study seeks to review all scientific literature published within the last five years, this is done because to keep data and analysis up to date. Acquisition of data sourced from secondary data and literature review. The results show that Islamic fintech has a large market share because it is supported by a large Muslim population, but data security, regulations, and so on are still obstacles to the development of Islamic fintech today. According to the author, it is necessary to have a page that contains information, references, and also recommendations that present updated material on sharia fintech so that it makes it easier for people to carry out financial literacy. The uniqueness of the study, even though it was carried out as a descriptive study, is that not many have studied the topic of discussion so that the research we wrote can provide information about fintech Islamic financial literacy in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 by identifying and formulating it in detail, so that it sufficiently explains the topics discussed. However, the first step that must be taken is to make all members of society aware of technology literacy and always update it to make it easier to access fintech. Referring to the results of this study and the limitations found, the advice that can be given is to examine other related objects such as sharia fintech users.AbstrakFinancial technology merupakan inovasi baru yang menggabungkan teknologi dan jasa keuangan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terkait intermediasi keuangan 2 sehingga dengan adanya layanan keuangan tersebut dapat memudahkan masyarakat. Perkembangan fintech syariah di Indonesia saat ini berkembang pesat sehingga dapat menjadi peluang untuk terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peluang dan hambatan fintech syariah di era modern ini. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan strategi analisis deskriptif. Studi ini berupaya mengkaji semua literature ilmiah yang terbit dalam waktu lima tahun terakhir, hal ini dilakukan karena untuk menjaga keterbaruan data dan analisis. Perolehan data bersumber dari data sekunder dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah memiliki pangsa pasar yang besar karena didukung dengan populasi muslim yang besar, namun masih keamanan data, regulasi, dan sebagainya masih menjadi hambatan perkembangan fintech syariah saat ini. Menurut penulis, perlu adanya sebuah laman yang berisi informasi, referensi, dan juga rekomendasi yang menyajikan materi terupdate pada fintech syariah sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan literasi keuangan. Keunikan studi sekalipun dilakukan secara studi deskriptif, adalah masih belum banyak yang mengkaji topik Pembahasan sehingga penelitian yang kami tulis dapat memberikan informasi mengenai literasi keuangan syariah fintech di era revolusi industri 4.0 dengan mengidentifikasi dan dirumuskan secara terperinci, sehingga cukup menjelaskan topik yang dibahas. Namun, langkah awal yang harus dilakukan adalah menyadarkan seluruh kalangan masyarakat untuk melek teknologi dan selalu update agar memudahkan dalam mengakses fintech. Mengacu pada hasil studi tersebut dan keterbatasan yang ditemukan, maka saran yang dapat diberikan adalah mengkaji objek lainnya yang berkaitan seperti pengguna fintech syariah.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi dan jaringan komputer di dunia saat ini mempunyai pertumbuhan yang semakin pesat, begitupun di Indonesia. Internet merupakan komponen terpenting dari kemajuan teknologi modern, hampir setiap aspek kehidupan tidak terlepas dengan teknologi internet. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi digunakan oleh industri perbankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan pada nasabahnya. Adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin baik memunculkan suatu teknologi baru yang dinamakan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standart) yaitu alat untuk bertransaksi secara digital untuk menghindari physical distancing, dan untuk mempermudah pembayaran dengan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

AbstractPaylater is increasingly popular among millennials along with the development of technology. These technological advances have had a very significant impact on the survival of society, especially the millennial generation, who will become more consumptive through the arrival of electronic or non-cash payment instruments, without cash, this will form impulsive shopping behavior where a person buys products without planning. This research was conducted to see the effect of SPaylater on consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State University of North Sumatra. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of SPaylater on FEBI UINSU students influenced consumptive behavior. Keywords: SPaylater, Consumptive Behavior

Abstract

AbstractThis article discusses risk management in Islamic insurance companies. Sharia insurance in general is not much different from traditional insurance. In insurance, there are similarities between the perspective of Islamic sharia and conventional insurance, namely that the insurance company is only an intermediary in the structural relationship between the premium payer (insurer) and the claimant (insured) and determines how the risk should be managed. Recognizing company problems and, where possible, minimizing risks creates efficiency and effectiveness, which ultimately contributes to achieving company goals and facilitating them. It can take the form of operational risks such as bankruptcy, legal risks and reputation risks. In addition, a decrease in morale also often occurs, because the constraints faced by the company come from external and internal companies.keywords: sharia insurance, risk management, Prudential Life Assurance Binjai.

Abstract

AbstractInsurance is a protection mechanism between the insurance company that binds itself to the insured where the insurer receives several premiums paid by the insured in the event of a loss or risk in the future.  With the official payment paid every month, it will make it easier for the insured (customer) to carry out insurance activities.  However, in its activities, not every insured person meets the requirements to receive compensation at the time of filing a claim.  From this background, there is a formulation of the problem, namely the factors that cause rejection or failure of claims made by the insured and what solutions the company can provide to the insured.  This research was conducted at PT.  Prudential Life Assurance Binjai branch using a qualitative approach.  The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data.  Primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through journals, articles that match the object.  The results of the study show that the causative factors for failed claims to customers are due to insurance policies that have lapsed so that companies refuse to submit claims.  Meanwhile, to get compensation, the insured's policy must remain active so that claims can be made against the insured.Keywords : Factors, Claim Failure, Insurance

Abstract

ABSTRACTInsurance is a means of disseminating the „âqilah system to the government, companies, institutions and professional institutions. There are verses of the Koran instructing Muslims to prepare for a better tomorrow by investing in sharia life insurance. Unit Link is a favorite product for tax regulation. If you buy mutual funds/shares directly according to United States law, you will be directly subject to income tax from the profits of the mutual funds/shares and this benefit does not exist in Indonesia. In Indonesia, purchases of mutual funds/shares are not subject to tax so that the tax difference between unit link purchases and mutual fund purchases has not been felt. From this background, there are several problems which are formulated as follows: how is the law investing in unit link-based sharia life insurance? This research uses a qualitative type of library research. The data collection method uses the documentation method, the approach method uses analytical normative juridical and conceptual (concept approach). Methods of data analysis using descriptive method. Analyzing the problems that the researchers have tried to bring out, it can be concluded that the concept of investing in unit-link-based sharia life insurance is the activity of investing assets in the form of assets as tabarru' with an effort to protect each other and help a number of people or parties who provide return patterns facing certain risks through contract in accordance with sharia principles where the unit link becomes an investment instrument; Sharia life insurance is a new type of contract that has never existed during the development of Islamic fiqh, where there are differences of opinion among scholars who prevent and forbid life insurance; and with its current status, life insurance has an intolerant premium, so a life insurance contract is more of a speculative contract that contains elements of gambling (gambling) and betting.Keywords: Syariah Life Insurance, Unit Link

Abstract

                                                        Abstrac  Business correspondence has a very important role to convey information, ideas, and requests that support activities. The exchange of information and ideas is the key to the smooth running of business activities. Correspondence also functions as a filing system as well as an important source of information to support their duties as intermediaries between exporters and importers. This writing method is obtained from scientific journals and also reliable books which contain some material about correspondence and business presentations and handling customer complaints, this research uses the method of literature and analytical studies. The purpose of this journal is to understand more broadly about "business correspondence and presentations and handling customer complaints". So the conclusion from this discussion is that business correspondence is a correspondence activity carried out in the business world, whether in the form of letters, memos, agendas, proposals, or business reports. In a business, a company must learn about how to understand business presentation and good handling of customer complaints so that a business or business can be peaceful and smooth.   Keywords: correspondence, business presentations, customer complaints.

AbstrakAsuransi Allianz sebagai perusahaan  perusahaan global terbesar yang bergerak di bidang layanan asuransi dan manajemen aset. Dan untuk Setiap perusahaan memiliki prosedur dan stardart masing-masing. Demikian halnya dalam hal prosedur klaim asuransi tentu berbeda antara perusahaan yang satu dengan yang lain. Maka dari itu agar dapat mempermudah prosedur penanganan klaim, Asuransi Allianz memberikan prosedur yang mudah agar calon nasabah dapat dengan segera mengklaim asuransi yang digunakan. Abstract

Abstract            In today's business world, insurance or coverage is very much needed in the business world. While the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the public's knowledge of personal accident and surety bond insurance products at PT. BUMIDA Insurance Medan Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine literacy in public knowledge about personal accident and surety bond insurance products. This research was conducted at PT. BUMIDA INSURANCE 1967 Medan Branch, which is located at Jl. Prof. H.M Yamin No. 41-V, Sidodadi, Kec. Medan Timur, Medan City, North Sumatra 20234. In this study the authors determined 2 (two) variables to be examined, namely the independent variable is a product of knowledge (X) while the dependent variable is (Y) = interest in coverage . The resulting regression equation: Y = 10.843 + 0.904X, and the coefficient of determination is 0.528. Product Knowledge is 52.8% while the remaining 47.2% is explained by other variables outside the research variables. From the t test, the t value for the Product Knowledge variable is 7.171 with a significance value of 0.000, while with a significance limit of 0.05 and in the direction of the positive regression coefficient, the t-table value is 2.013. By comparing the two values obtained, it can be seen that tcount > ttable, so that a decision can be taken to reject H0 and accept H1. The conclusion is that product knowledge partially has a significant effect on personal accident and surety bond insurance products at PT.
