Abstract

Today, the Islamic campus is being hit by complex problems. The complicated problem is the threat of radicalism and terrorism in the name of religion (Islam), whether carried out by individuals or groups and networks affiliated with certain radical organizations such as ISIS, JI, JAT, and NII. Not only Islamic revival movements but also the tarbawi propaganda movement (PKS), Tahriri (HTI), and Salafi (Wahabi) also pose a serious threat to the integrity of the nation and state. For this reason, it is necessary to internalize Islamic values and nationality as Islam rahmatanlilaminalamin. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the internalization of Islamic values and nationalities in IAIN Samarinda, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research with the type of educational research that is the development of Islamic educational thought. This research is a field research and the data sources in this study are primary data sources in the field, specifically: the actors of Islamic universities, chancellors, lecturers, and students. In this study, the methods used in collecting data were observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation. The results of the study in preventing and counteracting various forms of religious radicalization in PTKI with strategic steps: (1) strengthening Islamic insights and nationality through the campus boarding program; (2) deradicalization through strengthening student organizations; (3) selective in accepting students and lecturers; (4) providing moderate, inclusive and humanist Islamic literature, and (5) establish the millennial peace ambassadors on social media.

Abstract

Di antara model pembelajaran yang diantara model pembelajaran yang kerap digunakan oleh seorang guru bidang studi IPS adalah picture and picture berdasarkan pantauan penulis peserta didik yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran lebih terpacu semangat belajarnya jika seorang guru dapat mengemas materi ajar nya dengan menggunakan beragam model pembelajaran, begitu juga halnya dengan siswa kelas VII-2 di MTs Negeri Balikpapan. Dalam penelitian kali ini, penulis mencoba untuk membuat penelitian tindakan kelas dalam bentuk eksperimental dengan mewujudkan model pembelajaran picture and picture pada materi pembelajaran mobilitas sosial dengan menggunakan media gambar kelas VII-2 di MTS Negeri 1 Balikpapan. Adapun  tujuan dari PTK ini yaitu untuk mengetahui upaya dalam meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa kelas VIII-2 MTs Negeri 1 Balikpapan pada materi mobilitas social dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture.

Abstract

In various sources of historical books it is said that the Abbasiyah dynasty was the peak of the heyday of Islamic civilization. This article, it aims to describe the Islamic educational institutions at that time which indirectly supported the progress of the Abbasiyah dynasty to reach its peak. This type of research is qualitative research, and is included in the category of library research. The data collection technique uses discourse analysis from books, journal articles, magazines, or other information related to the study of Islamic educational institutions during the Abbasiyah dynasty. Than, the writing of this article was analyzed using the Milles and Huberman analysis model, with the flow of data reduction, data preparation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research in this article can be seen from the form and nature of education. Islamic educational institutions that existed during the Abbasiyah dynasty can be categorized into 3 types. Which consists of informal educational institutions; such as the houses of the scholars', non-formal educational institutions; such as Kutab, mosque, qurhur, bookstore, observatory, literary salun, library, ribath and zawiyah and formal educational institutions, for example, madrasas. A lot of educational institutions that exist shows that this is in accordance with the belief in Islam which requires studying and is considered a form of worship. Therefore the place to study is very diverse, not only focused on a particular place.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is one aspect of intelligence in humans that determines a person's performance in his work, especially for an educator when the current education system becomes one of the activities affected by the co-19 pandemic, where spiritual intelligence becomes a benchmark in completing obligations and responsibilities as an educator. So this study aims to determine the correlation between spiritual intelligence with the professionalism of an educator in facing today's global challenges. This research is a Field Research that uses a quantitative approach, data obtained through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research variables are spiritual intelligence and professionalism of teachers, and to find out the correlation between the two variables, then using statistical data analysis in the form of Spearman correlation coefficient with a significance value of 5% of 0.025 through IBM SPSS 20. The result of the study is 0.756 with a significance value of 0, while based on the interpretation table states that the relationship between these two variables is high/strong and the significance value in the correlation is 0 which is smaller than 0.025, in other words these two variables have a very close relationship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak universitas yang menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan pendaftaran ulang pada semester I, II dan III yang menunjukkan ketidakloyalan mahasiswa pada Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang, terutama pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (a) pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepercayaan, (b) pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (c) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, (d) pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap loyalitas, (e) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas, (f) pengaruh kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah berjumlah 119 orang. Seluruh data yang diperoleh selanjutnya digunakan untuk analisis data. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan pemilihan responden dengan random sampling. Populasi yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria adalah mahasiswa aktif pada Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang yang telah melakukan registrasi semester 1 hingga semester 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepercayaan menunjukkan nilai koefisien positif dengan nilai C.R=2.490 dengan probabilitas 0.013, pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai C.R=2.788 dengan probabilitas 0.005, pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan dengan nilai C.R=5.015, pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai C.R=2.649 dengan probabilitas 0.008, sedangkan pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai C.R=2.030 dan probablitas 0.042, dan pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas adalah 2.723 dengan probabilitas 0.006. Bahwa kualitas jasa perguruan tinggi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang.

Abstract

Shari'a is a rule or law that is sourced from Allah Ta'ala to be a guide to human life so that it impacts on the benefit of life, both personally and socially. The Shari'a of Allah Ta'ala, everything is benefit and there is no evil, although sometimes it is considered bad by humans, but in essence is good for humans themselves. This study aims to explore the harmony of Islamic law on the benefit of humans in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. The details are aimed at giving explanations and religious insights that are washatiyah (moderate) from a number of suggestions in the form of a prohibition or restriction by the government regarding religious activities and education carried out face to face when the Covid-19 outbreak occurred. The research method used is the library research method with a phenomenological and normative approach. The issues studied are sourced from literacy which has a relation to the focus of the research, obtained from reading turats, research results and others. The results showed that the government's prohibition on termination and restriction in religious and educational activities during the Covid-19 period, such as: restrictions on religious and educational activities carried out face-to-face, were cases permitted in the Shari'a for human benefit.

Abstract

Having a specific excellence that is different to other educational institutions can be an attractiveness of madrasah. This excellence needs to be managed properly to attract societies and as one of benchmarks of educational institution qualities. Educational institutions in East Kalimantan such as MAN 2 Samarinda, MAN 2 Samarinda, MAN 2 Kutai Kertanegara, and MAN Balikpapan have implemented strategic management in managing their excellence. This research aimed to find out the excellence of each madrasah and strategic management to manage the excellence in MA in East Kalimantan. This is Field work Research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentations. Data analysis techniques used a qualitative analysis technique consisting of data reduction, data model (data display), and conclusing drawing/verification. Based on data, the strategic management considering the madrasah excellence in East Kalimantan is as following: 1) Skill Program based Madrasah has an excellence in the curriculum contents as elective programs for students such as culinary art skills, fashion (sewing skills), light vehicle automotive, computer science, and welding skills. The strategic management implemented is cooperative strategy to build cooperation with and credibility from business field and industry, 2) Religious Program based Madrasah has an excellence in academic by strengthening religious matters, sciences and technology, foreign languages and yellow book. The forms of strategic management used are cooperative strategy and competitive strategy, 3) Excellent Program based Madrasah has an excellence in the students’ achievements from extracurricular activities, particularly martial arts and scientific writing competition. The forms of strategic management are the combination of cooperative strategy and competitive strategy, 4) Regular Program based Madrasah has excellent achievements in scientific writing competition and Syiar Anak Negeri program. The strategic management developed is professional extracurricular coaching by implementing strategic management of cooperative and competitive.

Abstract

Abstract Religious learning in the era of information technology development, especially in formal education institutions, faces serious challenges, if the teaching materials used are the majority of printed teaching materials and teacher teaching strategies are more dominant in applying a teacher-centered approach. Thus, in this millennial era, teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in developing and designing teaching materials, media, and student-centered learning strategies to increase motivation and interest in learning. This study aims to design an electronic-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching material model to increase student interest in elementary school (SDN) in Indonesia. Theories related to this design are the characteristics of the content and teaching materials of Islamic Religious Education, constructivist learning theory, technological and humanistic curricula as well as the characteristics of lower grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students. The type of research used is research and development with data collection techniques, interviews, and observations. The research findings show that the results of limited trials and extensive trials of the design of the electronic-based teaching material model of the development results indicate a significant increase in the learning interest of low-grade Public Elementary School (SDN) students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) after the treatment. Dengan demikian, era milineal ini, guru dituntut lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan dan mendesain bahan ajar, media dan strategi pembelajaran yang terpusat pada siswa untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain sebuah model bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis elektronik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar (SDN) di Indoneia. Teori terkait dengan desain ini adalah karakteristk isi dan bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam, teori belajar konstrukvistik, kurikulum teknologis dan humanistik serta karakteristik siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) kelas bawah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa hasil uji coba terbatas dan uji coba luas atas desain model bahan ajar berbasis elektronik hasil pengembangan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan minat belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) kelas rendah dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) setelah perlakuan.
