Abstract

This study aims to determine effective use of instructional media pocket book on learning Civic Education to foster a culture of love student area. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental methods and research design is pretest and posttest control group. The study used a sample of students in grades 7.1 and 7.2 SMP Negeri 5 Malang. Instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, test, attitude scale, and performance tests. Data analysis technique used is Independent Samples Test. The results showed that: 1) there are differences in knowledge of the love of local culture significantly between the experimental class with a grade control, 2) there are differences in the attitude of the love of local culture significantly between the experimental class with a grade control, and 3) there are different skills love culture that significant between the experimental class with a grade control class.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the impact of peace education program carried out by Peace Generation community as an attempt to develop the civic virtue in the social field. Research method used is a case study with qualitative approach. The research subject are including community administrator, tutor implementers, and attendees program. In the collecting data, the techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The result of this research show that this program can improve social intelligence and creating civic participation in preventing and combating social problems that ultimately citizens building character and personality to have responsibility in social life.

Abstract

Diniyaa Madrasaa as a non-formal educational institutions based on religious activities which are carried out at evening after formal school hours. Diniyaa Madrasaa’s simple curriculum and short period learning activity is not being a barrier for producing educated and intellectual students. Thus, the existence of Diniyaa Madrasaa can be developed into one of the moslem elite schools that can accomodate the education needed of lower middle class people because the tuition fee is cheap. Diniyaa Madrasaa also able to compete with other moslem elite school that has more expensive tuition fees. Therefore, now in the era of modernization, the manager of Diniyaa Madrasaa should avoid the temptation of material and secularism curricullum in the education activity. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini, untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi model pendidikan politik dengan menggunakan komik sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemelekan politik (political literacy) pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri Mojoagung, Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri Mojoagung pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Mojoagung yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes essay yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji normalitas data gain yang dinormalisasi (N-Gain). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan komik sebagai model pendidikan politik terhadap peningkatan melek politik siswa.

Abstract

Problem lingkungan dewasa ini sangan memprihatinkan dan harus segera diselesaikan dengan cepat. Mengingat akibat yang ditimbulkan dari kerusakan lingkungan sudah semakin meluas seperti pemanasan global yang berakibat pada bencana alam. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari perbuatan manusia. Untuk itu diperlukan usaha sadar dari manusia untuk melakukan sebuah upaya konservasi lingkungan. Konservasi lingkungan akan lebih bisa terlaksana apabila disertai usaha sadar dari semua pihak khususnya sejak usia dini. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah pendidikan konservasi lingkungan baik di lembaga pendidikan maupun melalui kampanye lingkungan di masyarakat supaya tercipta sebuah kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Melalui kajian ini diharapkan semua elemen masyarakat mampu mengaplikasikan konsep konservasi lingkungan yang telah termaktub di dalam al Quran yang dimulai dari menjaga keseimbangan jiwa, kestabilan atmosfer, menjaga kestabilan rantai dan jejaring makanan, menjaga siklus hidrologi, melakukan reboisasi dan menjaga kesuburan lahan, dan juga melindungi kawasan konservasi khusus.Empat hal terpenting dalam usaha konservasi di Indonesia, yaitu reformasi kebijaksanaan, keuangan, aspek sosial-budaya, dan manajemen. Salah satu kebijakan yang tepat dilakukan adalah mengintegrasikan upaya konservasi ke setiap tingkat pendidikan serta meningkatkan kepedulian dan pengelolaan sumberdaya alam yang bertanggung jawab sedangkan unit dan fungsi dari berbagai regional sangat diperlukan dalam upaya pelestarian ini, diantaranya sekolah, tempat ibadah, serta sarana untuk meningkatkan kesadaran. Abstract

Jika manajemen merupakan proses, maka organisasi sebagai kerangka, struktur atau wadah orang-orang yang melakukan kerja sama. Dengan demikian, manajemen merupakan langkah mencapai tujuan melalui potensi orang lain yang wadahi dalam organisasi. Oleh karenanya, jelas bahwa hubungan antara manajemen dan organisasi ibarat dua sisi mata uang. Terdapat empat landasan untuk mengembangkan manajemen menurut pandangan Islam, yaitu: 1) kebenaran, 2) kejujuran, 3) keterbukaan, dan 4) keahlian. Lembaga pendidikan Islam mulai bersemi di Indonesia sebelum kemerdekaan pada awal abad 20 Masehi dengan berdirinya madrasah islamiyah yang bersifat formal. Sungguh pun madrasah sudah berjalan dalam rentang waktu lama dan mempunyai sejarah panjang, tetapi dirasakan pendidikan Islam masih tersisih dari sistem Pendidikan Nasional sampai dengan dikeluarkan SKB 3 Menteri pada tahun 1975 yang mengapresiasi kehendak sebagian besar masyarakat agar pendidikan Islam mendapat pengakuan negara. Oleh karena itu, kelola lembaga pendidikan Islam itu yang berbasis manajemen merupakan yang sudah tidak di tawar lagi. Nyatanya, prinsip-prinsip pendidikan dalam Islam secara normatif sama sekali tidak bertabrakan konsep manajemen.

Abstract

Problems could hamper the child to achieve the goals or ideals. One of these problems was due to low motivation to learn children. Motivation could affect a person to perform a certain activity. Activities would be meaningful and successful if a child was motivated to learn. One alternative to foster motivation to learn was by self-regulated learning. The purpose of writing this article was to examine the role of self-regulation learning in the motivation to learn, especially for children aged 5-6 years. The method of writing this article was through the study of literature by searching several sources of literature relevant to the purpose of writing the article. From several literature were synthesized to see the relationship between learning motivation and self-regulation learning. The results of these discussions show that self-regulation learning with a learning technique that emphasized self-reliance and responsibility of children to regulate their own learning process that include analysis of tasks, planning, setting strategy, and reflection. Through self-regulation, the encouragement contained in the child both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation would be stronger so that it could assist in realizing the goal achievement in learning activities. Learning self-regulation could also transform the mental abilities of children aged 5-6 to be able to learn independently.

Abstract

process of producing the expected personal qualities, is certainly necessary effort is not easy and the sacrifice that is not cheap. Here is an institution that houses must be capable of being the support and encouragement to spur an increase in the personal qualities of the employees both educators and its educational staff because essentially that's the institution itself that will harvest the quality of the individuals. MI Al Illahiyah are educational institutions at the elementary level (elementary school) located in Redjoagoeng village Ngoro - Jombang district that has stood for a long time and belong to the old school were less significant development even stagnant from year to year. Therefore, it is necessary to undertake actions that can upgrade quality of the institutions in order to grow significantly. Personal qualities or quality of each individual human being is different to find, analyze and then needed of increasing human resource management (HRM) is good and accurate. Human resource management is a process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the procurement of energy, development, compensation, integration, maintenance, and termination of employment with the human resources to achieve the goals of individuals, organizations working, institutions, and communities. The main purpose of human resource management is to increase the contribution of its human resources to the organization or institution in order to achieve the goals of the organization or institution in question The Supporting faktors and inhibitors a personal quality improvement is : a. Leadership b. Regulatory rules c. Reward and Punishment and d. Personal motivation. Then The things that must be done to improve the Personal Quality is: a. Following courses and training. b. Discussion subjects teacher (Teacher Meeting) c. Questionnaire feedback from students d. Recording a learning process that has been done. e. Conducting Study Tour. To improve the personal qualities of an institution should at least be able to do things as follows : Motivating , Acknowledge individual , Giving Opportunities for positive activities for self-development . Periodically conduct training , conduct Job Performance Assessment (Performance appraisal ) , Gives Compensation , and Creating Effective Working Relationships.

Abstract

Learning an activity undertaken by teachers in a way that student behavior changed for the better. In this case the behavioral changes include changes in behavior of the intellectual, religious and sosial. Habituation themselves bershodaqoh This is one sosial learning has an important role in shaping the personality of the child. Among them are self habituation bershodaqoh able to nurture the soul concerned with the environment in children. Therefore, activities in the sosial learning in particular habituation bershodaqoh themselves should not be underestimated and overlooked. Reality is what has driven education practitioners to solve these problems, the goal of researchers such as to know the concept of sosial learning in school bershodaqoh habituation themselves and the implementation of sosial learning in school bershodaqoh habituation themselves in shaping the personality of the child. This research uses qualitative (Grounded) Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. The form of the data are the words, notes, reports, and documents obtained from the principal, teachers, and students MI College Mu'allimat. Data analysis is done by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. From this research, it was found that sosial learning through self habituation bershodaqoh d MI College Mu'allimat ,. Based on these studies the researchers discovered a proposition that if the school is able to construct a sosial learning tool, it will form the desired child's personality through self-bershodaqoh habituation. The authors suggest that to obtain optimal results in doing any activity, hence the need to shape the personality of the child learn sosial mainly self bershodaqoh habituation. Because this research is still far from perfection, therefore it is expected to examine more deeply to serve as a reference for further research.

Abstract

In learning activities, evaluation is an important component that must be taken by the teacher to know efektifias learning that has been done. The importance of evaluation in the classroom learning system aims to determine the various issues related to the development, progress, setbacks of a study, to be followed up as a learning-oriented development measures to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. In addition, the results obtained from the evaluation can be used as feedback for teachers in improving and learning activities.In this case, the evaluation or assessment should be viewed as one of the important factors that can give an idea to the teacher about the condition of learning activities they have implemented. These activities continue to be carried out so as to provide information to teachers on learning activities, both in terms of process and output of activities that have been carried out.
