Abstract

Today's nurses are in charge of helping the performance of a doctor and interacting more directly with a patient. Patients who come to health facilities have different health problems, including those with the cardiovascular system. When there is a disturbance or blockage in the two parts of the body, it will interfere with blood circulation in the patient's body and cause a dangerous impact on the patient. However, it is not uncommon for a nurse to make mistakes in concluding a diagnosis due to a lack of focus. Therefore, one of the applications of technology in the world of health is applying artificial intelligence technology to help nurses determine the diagnosis accurately. With the Certainty Factor method, the nurse will determine the diagnosis based on subjective and objective data. The use of Forward Chaining algorithms to analyze thoughts and decide on this system will later predict whether a patient is diagnosed with a cardiovascular system. In addition, the use of the Laravel framework makes this system web-based, which is certainly easy to operate by all nursing personnel and is accurate in helping the diagnosis process to patients.

Abstract

This article contains a local e-government master plan with a case study in a village in Malang district. The master plan referred to the Ministerial regulation regarding the Organizational Structure and Work Procedure of Village Administration. This research method will begin with data gathering (literature study, observation, interview), analysis of SRS (Software Requirement and Specification) documents for synchronization with division of work tasks, creating focus groups, making Master Plan. This article also will present a focus group diagram on the division of labour results based on the 2015 ministerial regulation. Then proceed with a master plan diagram based on the requirement of the actor system in the village office. Namely the village head, village secretary, 3 heads of affairs (administration, finance, planning) and a section head. This article will present 13 names and descriptions of applications needed to support the administrative system at the village office. This article also provides 58 tables needed for a Master Plan of Local E-government for village office information system refer to ministerial regulations on work procedures

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 virus pandemic which has the long name Corona Virus Disease-19 hit in many countries, which is Indonesia, their government is currently making various efforts and steps to prevent the transmission of the Corona virus in our homeland by avoiding crowds, Therefore, the government carried out instructions to deal with the crowd by closing or resting or carrying out all activities from home, this method was to avoid the spread of Covid-19. This study use the K-Means Clustering method. The purpose of making this journal is to find a solution to evaluate the existing online learning system based on Student Learning Behavior Segmentation During the K-Means-Based Covid-19 Pandemic. Survey technique will be used in this research, a survey is used to obtain data or information from a number of respondents regarding the existence of an issue or topic. The data is obtained from filling out questions that have been shared with all respondents through a google form which will be processed later. The data that has been collected based on the data will use effective clustering regarding online learning in 4 clusters. The researchers report that the K-Means algorithm can be used to detect patterns from the data. Segmentation of student learning behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic based on K-Means based on the levels of "very good", "Good", "enough", "Poor", "very poor" on Student Learning Behavior During the Covid-19 Pandemic based K-Means.

Abstract

The security system is one of the crucial factors in sending data. Cryptography is a security system with a working system that converts data into passwords that are difficult to understand. This studycompares the results of the transposition optimization performance on the classic algorithm, Hill Cipher andVigenere Cipher. This research aims to find out the best algorithm suitable for the transposition technique and improve the image encryption results. Optimization performance is assessed visually and tested using the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) method, then testing the encrypted image using the MSE methods. Thisstudy used three image samples with PNG format measuring 200 * 200 and 220 * 220 pixels. The average value in the first image sample of the original Hill Cipher algorithm and with transposition optimization is 24.79% and 24.77%. The original Vigenere Cipher algorithm and transposition optimization, respectively, are 26.54% and 26.75% in the image. It shows that transposition optimization is more suitable to combine with the Vigenere Cipher algorithm because randomness increases.

Abstract

The process management of goods contained in PT Agility International's warehouse do manually, where each employee will enter item SKU data into the enterprise resource planning system. The recording process takes a long time and requires many workers who have to do the work. Recording the goods will include the processing entering the warehouse (inbound), monitoring the number is good in the warehouse system, and the process of goods leaving the warehouse for the delivery process. By utilizing the RFID tag in each item used as the serial number of the item, this study will apply the Internet of Things technology to automate the management system in the PT warehouse. Agility International. The process of reading data from each RFID tag that is in each item will later utilize an RFID UHF Reader device with a data reading radius of around 10 meters. With this, the process of recording incoming goods (inbound), asset monitoring, and recording goods that will come out of the warehouse can do automatically. It is undoubtedly very beneficial for the sustainability of existing business processes in a warehouse.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country makes Indonesia prioritize infrastructure development. One of them is the highway. The provision of good road infrastructure is very important especially in Malang Regency. Programs for road repair and maintenance are often not well targeted, of course this can be detrimental, especially to the budget provided by the government. In this case, the government must have a system to determine road repair priorities. There are 5 criteria in consideration of decision making, namely 1) the percentage of good, 2) the number of sub-districts traversed, 3) access to roads, 4) daily traffic and 5) the number of residents per sub-district. The methods that can be used in the decision support system are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). These methods will be combined where AHP is used for the weighting of the criteria and TOPSIS for the ranking of alternatives. In the calculations carried out by the system that has been successfully designed and built, the system has functioned properly and can determine road repair priorities based on alternative rankings.
