Abstract

Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) adalah teknologi 3G yang telah ditetapkan oleh International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Dalam penelitian ini dibahas perencanaan dan analisis base station untuk jaringan sistem komunikasi bergerak berbasis WCDMA di wilayah sub urban Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur.Dari sisi perencanaan dilakukan estimasi jumlah pelanggan potensial, estimasi kebutuhan trafik, perhitungan link budget perangkat, dimensi sel, jumlah sel yang dibutuhkan per wilayah untuk mencakup area layanan, dan perhitungan path loss maksimum tiap base station. Dari sisi analisis penempatan base station, dilakukan perhitungan dan simulasi agar mendapat area cakupan yang optimal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan topologi areanya. Untuk mempermudah analisis penempatan base station, maka digunakan software Google Map, Google Earth dan RadioWoks.Penempatan base station dengan mempertimbangkan daerah sub urban berdasarkan data kepadatan penduduk dan struktur bangunannya. Setelah didapat perkiraan penempatan pada Google Map, maka hasil penempatan tersebut akan diplot ke dalam Google Earth. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendapat alamat dan plot bangunan di sekitar site. Setelah didapat plot bangunan di sekitar site, maka dilakukan simulasi dengan RadioWork, agar diketahui besarnya path loss maksimum di setiap daerah tidak melebihi MAPL sebesar 141,9 dB (untuk voice) dan 133,8 dB (untuk data).

Abstract

This research has a purpose to create a program aids Brodatz texture recognition using Euclidean distance-based Matlab so by inserting a new object (image texture pattern that had never stored in the file), it can be determined that the texture pattern similar to the pattern of the test texture. Euclidean Distance can be used in a statistical approach for texture feature extraction, to calculate the value of contrast, homogeneity, entropy, energy and the correlation. Matlab is a programming application that has been known for manufacturing applications supporting research. Matlab is a programming application in digital image processing that provides a variety of tools that will shorten the time of writing the program so that researchers focus more on results and innovation research. The result is the use of Euclidean Distance for texture pattern recognition is quite good and depending on the color intensity values, on average, entropy, energy, and homogeneity. Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada SMK Tamansiswa 3 Jakarta adalah dengan menentukan guru berprestasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah belum ada format baku mengenai penilaian guru pada SMK Tamansiswa 3 Jakarta, penilaian guru yang selama ini dilakukan hanya dengan mengamati langsung. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam menentukan guru prestasi. Sistem penilaian guru berprestasi diperlukan untuk membantu manajemen dalam menentukan guru dengan kinerja terbaik, serta memberikan saran membangun guru berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh. Penilaian guru berprestasi ini menggunakan dua metode yang dikomparasi, yaitu metode fuzzy dan AHP(Analytical Hierachy Process) dengan 11 kriteria, antara lain : kesiapan memberi materi, penggunaan media pembelajaran, objektif, memeriksa dan membahas soal latihan, mengembangkan kurikulum, menguasai materi, mengaitkan materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, hadir tepat waktu, pengendalian kelas, dapat memotivasi siswa, dan menciptakan suasana kelas yang menyenangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah akurasi metode fuzzy sebesar 97.99% dan akurasi AHP sebesar 86.66%. Sehingga penilaian guru berprestasi dapat dibuat model sistem pendukung keputusan dengan pendekatan fuzzy dengan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

The concept is known as e-Learning brings the influence of conventional education in the transformation process into digital form, both contents (contents) and the system. Nowadays the concept of e-Learning has been widely accepted by the world community, as evidenced by the widespread implementation of e-learning in educational institutions. E-learning enables learners to access information that is accurate and up-to-date without the barriers of space and time. Ease of access to E-learning makes students can learn from anywhere and at any time origin have adequate internet connection. The conclusion is: (1) Students can easily take courses anywhere without being confined again to the constraints of the institution and the state, (2) Students can easily sit and discuss with experts or experts in the field of interest, (3) Course materials even can easily be taken in various parts of the world without depending on the college in which students learn. Abstract

Antiadjacency matrix is one of the ways to represent a directed graph . Let G be a directed graph with V(G)={v1, v2, . . ., vn} . The adjacency matrix of G is  a  matrix A=(aij)  of order n x n , with aij=1 if there is an edge from vi to vj , for i not equal j , otherwise aij  will equals 0. The matrix B= J - A is called the antiadjacency matrix of G, with J  is a matrix of order n x n   with all entries equal to 1. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya melalui jaringan internet. Kebutuhan akan konsep maupun mekanisme dalam proses belajar mengajar berbasis IT menjadi penting Konsep yang kemudian terkenal dengan sebutan e-Learning ini membawa pengaruh terjadinya proses transformasi pendidikan. Pengertian dari E-Learning sendiri merupakan suatu pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance Learning) yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputer, jaringan komputer dan/atau Internet. E-Learning bisa mencakup pembelajaran secara formal maupun informal.Dalam membuat sebuat e-Learning memerlukan perencanaan yang sangat matang, seperti layaknya membangun sebuah lembaga pendidikan konvensional. Sistem Learning Management System (LMS). Sering disebut LMS ini disebut dengan dengan platform e-Learning atau Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Seperti aplikasi lainnya, LMS ada yang bersifat proprietary software dan ada yang open source. Dalam penelitaian ini mengunakan LMS open source seperti ATutor (http://www.atutor.ca), Moodle (http://moodle.org), Dokeos (http://www.dokeos.com) Banyak metode yang bisa digunakan dalam sistem pengambilan keputusan. Salah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan bantuan software Criterium Decision Plus 3.0, diperoleh peringkat untuk dapat diajukan sebagai LMS yang open source sebagai platform e-Learning yang terbaik. Abstract

The performance appraisal is important for every employee and is useful for companies to define the next policy action. In RS Roemani performance ppraisal is used to process a promotion, performance evaluation, Haj subsidy, employee certificates of achievement and adjustment, while the criteria used by 4 criteria and 13 sub criteria and their implementation is still done_by_hand. The method used in this study using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) due to a complex problem can be easily simplified to speed up decision-making process by way of preparation of the hierarchy, giving the comparative value of each criterion to determine a value criteria. The criteria used are considered honest commitment, loyalty, responsibility and discipline. Management assessed in management leadership, planning, organizing and directing. Cooperation is considered communications, adapt and share information. The work is judged is the quality and quantity. Performance appraisal decision support system designed by using AHP method can be used for all the assessment process while determining the criteria and sub criteria can change in accordance with management agreements. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the minimum range tree of Central Java province by using sollin algorithm. This was research study by using literature study. Tree range minimum is a tree range which has minimum point from a graft. Looking for minimum range tree of Centre Java Province by using algorithm sollin with the solution by using matlab (matrix laboratory). Sollin algorithm is a combination between algorithm prim and kruscal. The way of working was choosing the left side from one point. Every point was identified. After identification process. Next step was checking cutset sides, and the most minimum cutset, so one tree with another tree was connected. After doing the identification by using algorithm sollin so it was got point of minimum tree range was 1251 km. Keywords: graf, minimum spanning tree, algoritma sollin.

Abstract

NFC is a wireless technology that has a high frequency (13.56MHz), which has a data transfer rate of 424 Kbits / second with a short distance or close range. This tool can be used to exchange data with a distance of about 10 cm. NFC technology is a combination of smartcard and smartcard reader embedded in the device, the device is generally a mobile device like a cell phone. The purpose of the design of this system is to build attendance system attendance following absence management faculty lecturer, as well as introducing alternative wireless technologies such as Near Field Communication (NFC), contactless transactions that are made. Software development methods used include three main parts, namely the method of analysis, design and literature. The method of analysis involves collecting data using samples, learning in the existing system, and analysis of the results of the interview devoted to the parties concerned. The design method using the approach of the Unified Modelling Language (UML). The result is a design lecturer attendance system used at the time lecturer teaching (check-in) and after teaching (check-out). And lecturer attendance management application used to manage attendance data lecturers and printing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Keywords: Wireless, Smartcard, NFC
