Abstract

Indonesia is the one of banana biodiversity center in the world. Genetic diversity of this plant is large. Thus, it is important to conserve these genetic resources to support banana breeding program. Collection of banana germplasm is more important due to over exploitation in the natural habitats in Indonesian forests without sufficient culture or replacement efforts. Studies on cytology and morphological characters of plants are required to avoid duplications of germplasm collections. This research would be explored 30 accession of Indonesian banana germplasms from East Borneo, Banjarmasin (South Borneo), field germplasms from Cibinong, Yogyakarta, Rembang, Purworejo, and Subang. There were 20 accession of germplasms collections that would succeed to collect in vitro. Chromosome analysis revealed different ploidies: diploid (2n=2x=22) and triploid (2n=3x=33). Related similarity in dendogram from ten accessions of banana (Rotan, Telunjuk, Emas, Hutan, Lampung, Api Merah, Api Hijau, Morosebo, Tanduk, and Barangan) based of vegetative and generative characters divided into four groups at 88.75% similarity; group I were accessions of Emas, Telunjuk, Rotan, and Hutan;accessions of Lampung and Morosebo were group II; group III was accession of Tanduk; and the last group were accessions of Api Merah, Api Hijau and Barangan. Result from in vitro experiment, induction of banana bud was depending of fenolic acid that results from specific variety, growth hormone concentration, and genome. Banana with A genome (diploid AA or triploid AAA) had the best growth because the result of fenolic acid was lower. Culture media with 5 ppm BAP was elevating in vitro bud of banana germplasm that have more number of A genome. The banana whose have more number of B genome was need higher concentration of BAP. Ambon Kuning whose have AAA genome had the higher multiplication of bud rather than Api Hijau and Api Merah whose have AAB genome or Kepok Kuning with ABB genome. Abstract

Garden andfountain elementhave important roleto be one of the landscape aestetic determinat. Fountain element gives aestetic value, improves the quality, andenhance the garden character. The shape of fountainalso influence the aestetic of garden and gives higher value to visual aestetic. To rate the aestetic beauty, this research method used Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE ) andSemantic Differential (SD) analysis. The aims of the researchare : 1) to observe and 2) to evaluate the visual aestetic quality from different viewpoint of fountain in a garden. The result showed different viewpoint that influence the aestetic assessment of an object. From the eight (8) different viewpoints give different impression and also different aestetic score. Three (3) category are obtained  SBE assessment are : 1) the highest score from photo 6 (score 70.657), 2)The medium score from photo 2 (score 42.328), and 3) the lowest score from photo 5 ( score 43.819). From Semantic Differential, the lowest aestetic score also showed from photo 5 viewpoint.It showed the narrow, dark, disorientation, closed, vague, invisible, and random impression. It is matching with our expectation because the lowest SBE score also from landscape viewpoint of photo 5.

Abstract

Di era teknologi dan komputerisasi seperti saat ini, komputer mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam segala bidang. Sehingga dapat membantu pekerjaan agar menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat, termasuk juga dalam bidang studi matematika yang pada penulisan ini dikhususkan membahas tentang komputerisasi dalam derivative (turunan). Di dalam penulisan ini, penulis membahas tentang pencarian derivative dari sebuah persamaan, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java versi J2SDK1.4.2_04. Persamaan-persamaan yang akan dicari penyelesaiannya adalah persamaan polinom, logaritma, trigonometri dan eksponen berdasarkan rumus dasar. Derivative yang dihasilkan akan disajikan dalam dua bentuk jawaban yaitu jawaban dengan uraian dan jawaban secara langsung. Ini akan mempermudah kita mempelajari materi derivative. Abstract

Cultural diversity-owned nation Indonesia is a form of wealth that belongs to the nation. However, due to advances in technology and low public awareness about it, slowly disappearing as the nation's culture by outside cultural influences. This study presents the solution to increase public awareness of the nation's culture through a system of location-based service application with a mobile device, where the person with this application will be able to know the local culture based on the location of its existence and also give you information about some places that may not have been registered in the system. Locating by utilizing GPS facilities contained on android mobile devices. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam perpustakaan menciptakan peningkatan kualitas serta variasi layanan. Peningkatan kualitas layanan tercermin dari pelayanan yang semakin cepat karena pelayanan tidak lagi dilakukan secara manual, tetapi dilakukan dengan menerapkan komputerisasi perpustakaan yang merupakan wujud dari pemanfaatan kemajuan di bidang teknologi dan informasi. Dari hasil analisis sistem perpustakaan pada Lembaga X, penulis menemukan bahwa aplikasi yang digunakan pada perpustakaan Lembaga X kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan sulit dipahami oleh pengguna, yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses pelayanan informasi untuk anggotanya. Untuk itu penulis memberikan saran agar aplikasi yang digunakan pada Lembaga X disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan mudah dimengerti oleh pengguna, serta dapat diakses oleh anggota untuk memudahkan pencarian data buku. Hal ini untuk memudahkan seluruh pihak baik petugas perpustakaan maupun anggota sehingga proses kerja dan pelayanan informasi perpustakaan pada perpustakaan Lembaga X dapat lebih cepat dan efisien. Abstract

Malware has existed for more than 40 years, according to the report from Panda Security on it’s annual report, only within 3 months there’s been about 205.000 until 225.000 new variants. Malware does not only attack the PC (Personal Computer), but also a mobile phone which has an operating system. The enterance of malware into gadget is caused by users when doing activities such as social media, download, open email attachments or even when accidentally press the advertisement which containing malware. This study discusses about the process of making a web-based application which can be used to detect malware using CURL as a trigger in the process of scanning that can give orders to the AVG Theard Labs to check the URL. Keywords: malware, malware scanner, CURL, PHP, web

Abstract

Hukum yang paling dasar dialam semesta ini adalah hukum kekekalan energi, dimana mengenai hukum-hukum lainnya hanya merupakan turunan dari hukum dasar tersebut. Berdasarkan sifat ini penulis mencoba untuk mendayagunakan hukum-hukum kekekalan energi sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi kepentingan kehidupan umat manusia (teknologi) khususnya membuat pesawat pengangkat beban berat seperti konstruksi katrol dibawah ini. Abstract

Prototype Smart Sensor for Measuring Temperature Monitoring System Smart Building Management System. The sensor is an electronic device that is extremely important in the field of instrumentation and industrial control. The sensor is an input device in the measurement and control of an automation system. Device sensor has now developed into a Smart Sensor. Smart Sensor means a sensor to be more easily applied and integrated with other electronic devices, supporting the latest technology, size is getting smaller, and has a higher sensitivity value. In this study created Smart Sensor Smart Sensor Temperature is in the form of a Prototype. Prototype Smart Temperature applied in measuring and monitoring the temperature of a building. Building and monitoring system is called the Smart Building Management System (SBMS). SBMS has the goal of keeping a building can be regulated, controlled and monitored easily, quickly, effectively, economically and efficiently. Prototype Smart Sensor will measure and monitor the temperature inside the building. Temperature is a measure of a building needed to the building occupant comfort, energy saving, fire prevention and building maintenance. This research has succeeded in making a prototype Smart Temperature Sensors for measuring and monitoring the temperature of a server room. Temperatures were measured by an average of 20-22 0C. The result of this will be used as reference and evaluation for the team management system to manage the building and maintenance of industrial automation equipment.

Abstract

Telah lebih 20 tahun Sistem Manajemen Mutu Standar Internasional seri ISO 9000 digunakan pada dunia industri, sejak edisi pertama diterbitkan pada tahun 1987 sampai edisi terakhir tahun 2000. Di Indonesia sendiri penerapan standar ini baru dimulai pada awal tahun 90-an. Bagi perusahaan yang sudah kental dengan konsep normatif bahwa ISO 9001 adalah identik dengan sertifikasi akan sulit untuk merubah kebiasaan para pelaku sistem ke arah penciptaan nilai ekonomi dan budaya. Walaupun diyakini demikian, masih banyak perusahaan, terutama di Indonesia masih belum mengerti tentang sistem manajemen ISO 9000 dan TQM, juga belum dapat mengerti bagaimana kedua sistem tersebut dapat meningkatkan mutu dan produktivitas perusahaan. Akibatnya banyak perusahaan yang tidak berminat untuk menerapkan TQM dan sistem manajemen kualitas ISO 9000 tersebut, karena merasa tidak perlu dan malah merepotkan dan banyak mengeluarkan biaya. Abstract

Kebutuhan konsep pembelajaran yang efektif dan interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat diatasi dengan penggunaan E-Learning berbasis web sehingga siswa dapat belajar kapan saja dan dimana saja tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah diatas, maka penulis membatasi permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan sistem e-learning di sekolah menengah pertama menggunakan model waterfall dengan kepala sekolah sebagai pemangku kepentingan sehingga membutuhkan pendekatan khusus seperti metode elisitasi untuk menganalisa kebutuhan pada tahap analisis dan menggunakan framework codeigniter (CI) untuk tahap pengkodean serta pengujian menggunakan International Organization for Standardzation (ISO) khususnya ISO 9126.
