Abstract

To determine teachers’ achievement is the one approach that can be done using fuzzy logic. With such an approach is expected to be able to choose achievement with effective teacher. Constraints faced is the lack of information system that can specifically provide support for decision makers, namely the principal, making it difficult to produce an optimal decision. Criteria determinig the teachers’ achivement is uses modeling based Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System. With the help of software Matlab the made a decision support system in terms of determining the outstanding teacher. The result of this research is where the determination of outstanding teacher at SMK Polimedik Depok more objective and more efficient decision making. Abstract

This research comprise about procedure select and acceptance of employees and also procedure orient and training work applied by field is PT. ' TORAY' ISTEM Tangerang. Rekrutmen is seeking effort a number of certain up to standard labour candidate in number to be done in and by an company. Procedure scope select and acceptance of PT employees. ‘TORAY’ ISTEM define responsibility and activity part of personnel since entry of request of labour from entire/all part of up to work agreement hand sign. In executing its activity of personnel will pursuant to at human resource planning which have been determined previously. From existing job/activity source of power categorized in two faction, that is: internal source and source of eksternal. Things influencing recruitment is employees status, opportunity of promotion, specification of work, recruitment method, regulation of labor, company solidarity, offer of labour. Selection is first effort which must be done/conducted by company to obtain;get employees which with quality and have competence to to take hold of and also partake share in doing all work at the company. Selection executed with a view to get coherence about efficiency, personality, boldness or data considered necessary to get reliable labour. Abstract

Zakat Al-Hakim institutions engaged social mobilization duties, storing, and distribution of zakat funds that require the data muzaki deposit and mustahik charity, and employees who manage to cleanly to improve services to the public charity. In the process of administration of zakat management is currently running as is, and there is no system for gathering and storage and distribution of web-based charity. So this study builds a prototipe Knowledge Management System (KMS) using a web-based Unified Software Development (USDP) object oriented (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) Using Modeling Language (UML). Mechanical testing of the system with a black box testing approach. Quality tested software using Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Abstract

With the growing age and technology advances, easey of access to information is one of the important needs in the communit such as mobile phone and can be used not only to call and send text messages, but also can help daily activities. This led to many mobile phone manufacturers compete by making the operating system used on mobile phones (cell phones), among others, Blackberry OS, Symbian OS, iOS, Linux, and Android. Android was developed by Google, and is used by some vendors that make mobile smartphones like Samsung, Sony, LG, HTC, etc. Lately Android is not only built using the Java language, but the language of HTML, Java Script and CSS. But it was not easy to do if only the Java language using the facilities provided. Hence comes the tool to connect the HTML files, Java Script and CSS to Java Android is PhoneGap. Application information introduction of the ASEAN member countries is built with several stages. Starting with designing UML Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. Then proceed with designing the look, and build a program with program coding on ADT Bundle and Adobe Dreamweaver. Abstract

The purpose of this research study to isolate and identify bacterial soil and water producing IAA (Indole-3-Acetid Acid) Situgunung, Sukabumi potential biofertilizer. This research study method consists of six stages: soil and water sampling, manufacturing pure isolates, gram stain for bacterial identification, testing bacteria producing IAA (Indole-3-3Acetid Acid) with the Salkowski reagent, IAA standard curve creation, and storage of bacterial isolates obtained in IPB Culture Collection. Soil samples taken from the root zone 5 (five) trees Rasamala (Altingia excelsa) around the hiking trail to the waterfall Cimaracun, Sawer, Kembar, Situgunung, and Situgunung lake, of HM 0 HM 2, HM 5, HM 6, HM 9. Isolation of auxin-producing bacteria using media Nutrient Broth (NB) and Nutrient Agar (NA), which both added 0.0204 grams of L-tryptophan (Trp) per 100 mL of distilled water. The results of the purification of pure isolates obtained 26 NA + Trp medium, 15 isolates from soil samples, while 11 isolates from water samples. Has been fully tested with Salkowski reagent and measurement accuracy of a standard curve with a value of 0.972. The test results showed that 9 out of 10 isolates produced IAA exogenous to the value of the highest concentrations of 9.92 ppm produced by isolates A4.01. Keywords. Abstract

Misalkan G suatu graf berarah dengan V(G) = {1, 2, …, n}. Matriks adjacency dari graf berarah G adalah matriks A = [aij] yang berukuran n x n yang didefinisikan dengan aij = 1, untuk i ? j jika terdapat busur berarah dari i ke j dan aij = 0 untuk selainnya. Pada tulisan ini akan dicari bentuk umum polinomial karakteristik dari matriks adjacency graf kincir angin berarah Qk, yaitu modifikasi dari suatu kelas graf Dutch Windmill yang ditambahkan satu simpul dan busur yang bertetangga dengan titik pusat kincir serta diberi orientasi untuk semua busurnya yaitu menuju ke titik pusat kincir, dengan k adalah banyak kincir dari graf tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the alternative numbers in a multiple choice test on reliability, level of difficulty and discriminatory power. The random technique was implemented to take the sample which consisted of the third year students of MTs N 7 Jakarta. The sample was 150 student. The data were collected through achievement test of mathematics. The one way analisys of variance was used to analyze the data. The result indicated that : (1) the alternative number in a multiple choice test had a significant effect on reliability of the test, (2) The alternative number in a multiple choice test had no significant effect on the level of difficulty, (3) but the alternative number in a multiple choice test had a significant effect on the discriminatory power. Abstract

Improved quality and service mechanisms in the field of education is necessary in order to be more efficient and effective. Current Academic Information Systems at XYZ not supported by satisfying services. Students can not obtain academic information, schedule and score accurately and quickly, slow coordination between the services causing the need for the design of academic information system technology with Short Message Service (SMS). The main objective of this research is to help develop a system of academic information technology with SMS (Short Message Service) in the form of system design that is expected to support the coordination of services and the provision of academic information to students. Method of the research are observation, interviews, literature study, analysis and design of Information Systems based SMS gateway. The results of this study are useful to improve the coordination of campus and student services, output, among other academic information, class schedules, exam schedules, test scores, and students GPA. Keyword:    Academic Information System, Design system, Short Message Service, SMS Technology.

Abstract

In operation in PT TC has a control system in which the materials available material has significant costs each year so that researchers try to examine that it could not happen. In this study were discussed in detail is the A grade material for class A material has a high percentage is 94.29%. A class of materials is the PAC 8C which is one of the materials used every second and for 24 hours non-stop to produce water. Then the author forecasting material needs in coming years carried out by the method of forecasting the moving average (Moving Average) and results tracking signal is positive, it means the material needs of the coming year are greater than they are today. Tracking signal obtained still included within the limits of ± 4 means that the reliability of forecasting acceptable. Comparison inventory system that has been applied in the company with inventory system models Economic Order Quantity, P, and Min-Max do to make it look which system is better. From the comparison of the three models obtained EOQ method is the inventory control system that is the best because it can save the cost of Rp 162,085,358.Keywords: Economic Order Quantity, System P, Min - Max, ABC Classification

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan desain botol minuman yang dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan botol minuman, dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan metodologi untuk mengukur performansi desain botol minuman sehingga dapat dievaluasi desain yang optimal. Dari hasil kuesioner responden didapatkan adjective botol minuman ideal yakni model desain menarik, praktis, harga terjangkau, tahan pecah, kenyamanan, aman, awet dan profil kepala botol. Dengan menggunakan analisis morfologi maka desain botol minuman dapat diklasifikasikan berdasarkan bentuk, bahan dan warna. Kemudian didapatkan delapan alternative desain botol minuman terpilih untuk diseleksi dengan metode Zero One dan Matriks evaluasi. Lalu dihitung biaya produksi masing-masing desain botol minuman sehingga didapatkan desain terbaiknya yakni botol minuman dengan bahan baku import, peformansinya 19,171 dan nilai (value) yang dihasilkan adalah 8,95 dengan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 214.299.622,00. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rekayasa Nilai dapat dimplementasikan dengan hasil baik pada desain botol minuman sehingga terjadi peningkatan nilai tambah pada bentuk, bahan dan warna yang serasi sesuai dengan selera atau minat konsumen serta keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh. Sudah sewajarnya jika perusahaan mempergunakan Rekayasa Nilai dalam merencanakan botol minuman untuk konsumennya. Kata kunci : Rekayasa Nilai, analisis morfologi
