Abstract

PNS adalah merupakan unsur aparatur Negara yang bertugas sebagai abdi masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan seseorang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat dilihat melalui penilaian kinerja pegawai negeri. Hasil penilaian kinerja digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pembinaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil, antara lain pengangkatan, kenaikan pangkat, pengangkatan dalam jabatan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta memberikan penghargaan. Ada beberapa metode untuk merepresentasikan hasil logika fuzzy yaitu metode Tsukamoto, Mamdani dan Sugeno. Pada metode Tsukamoto, setiap konsekuen direpresentasikan dengan himpunan fuzzy dengan fungsi keanggotaan monoton. Output hasil inferensi masing- masing aturan adalah z, berupa himpunan biasa (crisp) yang ditetapkan berdasarkan ?-predikatnya. Hasil akhir diperoleh dengan menggunakan rata-rata terbobotnya.Pada metode Mamdani, aplikasi fungsi implikasi menggunakan MIN, sedang komposisi aturan menggunakan metode MAX. Metode Mamdani dikenal juga dengan metode MAX-MIN. Inferensi output yang dihasilkan berupa bilangan fuzzy maka harus ditentukan suatu nilai crisp tertentu sebagai output. Abstract

Abstract. Along with the development of technology, also developed a technology that is able to adopt processes and human thinking that technology Artificial Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence. The purpose of this study is to build a knowledge-based system of medicine in the diagnosis of eye diseases in the community that can be displayed in the computer, so the time efficiency reasons and lack of public awareness of health can be resolved. The use of methods grounded (grounded research) on the use of researchers based identification gejal eye diseases and symptoms that caused this study resulted in an application that can identify eye disease based on symptoms that arise as well as providing advice on the treatment and how to cope. Applications built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Abstract

Laboratory Preparation and Analysis PLTR-BATAN to increase competitiveness to competitor hence have to upgrade service and made a pitch for sertifikasi from KAN party/ side ( Committee Accredit National) so that by pocketing certificate from given by school institute is the easiness, hence more interesting to cutomer/ client party/ side to use service from the laboratory. Problems faced by PLTR-BATAN party/ side ( Technological Center of Waste Radioactive - Body Nuclear Energy National) is in order goals laboratory service product marketing for the analysis of examination less / do not reach . Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan struktur data dalam merancang dan membangun sistem parkir otomatis berbasis Radio Frequency Identificartion (RFID). Penulis berharap agar para pembaca lebih memahami pemecahan masalah perparkiran yang lebih terpadu dan terdokumentasi dengan baik serta efisien dalam operasionalnya. Struktur data yang telah dirancang mampu mengidentifikasikan kendaraan yang keluar masuk melalui gerbang parkir yang telah dilengkapi teknologi sistem parkir Radio Frequency Identificartion (RFID). Kendaraan yang masuk maupun keluar diseleksi melalui teknologi aplikasi sesuai dengan data kendaraan yang terrekam dalam  database. Hanya kendaraan yang terdaftar dalam database saja yang dapat melalui gerbang parkir. Adapun untuk melakukan proses seleksi data pada sistem parkir otomatis dengan teknologi RFID ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap perancangan logik, tahap perancangan fisik, dan tahap perancangan interface.Kata Kunci: sistem parkir, RFID, struktur data, database.

Abstract

Pembenihan merupakan fase penting dalam siklus budidaya Lobster Air Tawar, dan salah satu hal yang diperlukan dalam perencanaan produksi benih Lobster Air Tawar adalah bagaimana membuat prediksi hasil produksi benih Lobster Air Tawar. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode logika fuzzy untuk memprediksi produksi benih Lobster Air Tawar berdasarkan faktor umur produktivitas serta ukuran (panjang dan bobot). Metode peramalan tersebut diuji kinerjanya dengan menghitung nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dibuktikan bahwa metode logika fuzzy dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi produksi benih LAT, dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 2.89%.

Abstract

This article is a simple text which aims to find a strategy or the other term is to anticipate the additional space requirement. Conditions that completely narrow and small in our house, can be optimized size, that is in many ways, one of which is to increase home. However, there are some things to consider, in order to obtain results that truly fit with our desire, which is from government regulation, IMB, architecture, structure, and utilities. Establish, develop, and improve the house should consider the local government regulations in accordance with the location of the house, such as the Coefficient of Association Building (KDB), Coefficient Floor Building (KLB), Line Sepadan Building (GSB), this is to preserve the "breath" aristektur local. Abstract

Image is two-dimensional images generated from analog images into a continuous two-dimensional discrete image through the sampling process. Image processing can be easily processed, then the image will be split into segments in order to get the desired image only. Image segmentation is the process of separating objects with other objects in an image into objects based on certain characteristics. The segmentation process stops when objects have been observed. Variety of approaches have been developed to solve the problem of image segmentation. One of them with ant colony optmization (ACO). ACO was first introduced by M. Dorigo (Dorigo et al., 1996). One of the basic ideas of the ACO approach is to use the counter part of the trail pheromones used by ants as a medium of communication and as an indirect form of memory solutions previously found. To image segmentation, ACO algorithm is applied in the phase of a complex line change detection on phase change thermography. This section we apply the (Active Countur Models / ACM) based on ACO algorithm for segmentation of sub-images, which converts image segmentation searching for the best path problem in a restricted area. The results of this experiment will show that the algorithm changes the contour phase, will produce a phase of active contours and good so get a better image segmentation. Abstract

Applying of blue ocean strategy at group wings a group peripatetic big company in all area effort for retail especially at requirement products of household in general. Group wings stands up the year 1948 with location in Kota Surabaya, in implementing sale strategy of its (the product inculcating image and also motto that consumer considering of product yielded by company group this wings. Peripatetic wings products in the field of majoring basic necessities which is easy got where just is of all [by] Indonesia region with the price of reachd, product with quality, design, feature (the facility and usefulness), brand-name, packaging, measure, service, warranty and replacement if happened damage. Including one of blue ocean strategy done by group wings is price what covers price list elements, cutting, bonus, duration of payment, credit order. Sales promotion, advertising, sales force, public relations direct marketing, all the things has covered a strategy doing no emultion in red ocean. Wht causes indisposed emultion and red blood generating retrogression of effort for the industry. In the case of special of company group wings which I do research has far from red Ocean and executes Blue Ocean strategy. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Monosodium Glutamat (MSG) terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dengan konsentrasi MSG 0gr, 3gr, 6gr, 9gr dan 12gr dan masing-masing 5 ulangan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi penyediaan benih A. hypogeae L, penyediaan media tanam, penanaman, pemeliharaan, dan pemberian perlakuan. MSG diberikan pada hari ke-21 (minggu ke 3 setelah tanam) dan hari ke-28 (minggu ke 4 setelah tanam). Pengamatan dilakukan 2 minggu setelah tanam hingga panen. Pemberian MSG tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman, usia tanaman saat mulai berbunga, jumlah bunga, jumlah daun) dan produksi (jumlah polong, berat basah polong, berat kering polong, berat 100 biji per tanaman) A. hypogaea L, namun perlakuan B (3 gr) dan C (6 gr) meningkatkan kualitas A. hypogaea L. Kata kunci: Monosodium Glutamat (MSG), Arachis hypogeae L

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode LSB untuk menyisipkan pesan gambar ke gambar grayscale. Hal ini diperlukan karena sering terjadi bahwa pesan gambar dikirim adalah pesan rahasia yang tidak boleh diketahui sembarang orang. Metode LSB bekerja dengan mengganti bit biner gambar kode biner terakhir kode dengan pesan. Keuntungan dari metode ini adalah ukuran gambar yang berisi pesan tidak berubah, sementara di sisi lain kapasitas pesan yang disisipkan terbatas. Alasannya adalah karena penggunaan gambar grayscale citra adalah bentuk digital yang lebih sederhana dari gambar RGB. Matlab adalah aplikasi pemrograman pengolahan citra digital yang menyediakan berbagai alat yang akan mempersingkat waktu penulisan program sehingga peneliti lebih fokus pada hasil dan penelitian inovasi.
