Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence awareness of the taxpayer,the taxpayer stance on the implementation of financial penalties, and quality ofservice tax authorities on tax compliance and building earth. This research wasconducted at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management of Bantulthrough 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linearregression technique which consists of one dependent variable is tax compliance,and three independent variables taxpayer awareness, the attitude of the taxpayer onthe implementation of financial penalties, and quality of service tax authorities. Basedon the analysis performed, it is known that the awareness of the taxpayer, thetaxpayer stance on the implementation of financial penalties, and quality of servicetax authorities simultaneously and partially on tax compliance and building earth.The predictive ability of the independent variable on the dependent variable showedindependent variables are able to explain the dependent variable variation of 33.8%and 66.2% explained by other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan kelas(Classroom Action Research) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui meningkatkan kemampuan bicara anak tunarungu dengan menggunakan pendekatan multisensori dengan media gambar. Subjek dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas II SDLB yang berjumlah 8 orang yang terdiri dari 4 siswa perempuan dan 4 siswa laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa test dan data kualitatif berupa observasi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I guru (peneliti) sudah dapat menerapkan pendekatan multisensoridan media gambar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Bina Persepsi Bunyi dan Irama (BKPBI)dengan baik (75%) dan pada siklus II guru (peneliti) dapat menerapkan pendekatan multisensori dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Bina Persepsi Bunyi dan Irama (BKPBI) dengan sangat baik( 100%). Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa digolongkan dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas siswa meningkat dan digolongkan dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci :Kemampuan Berbicara, Pendekatan Multisensori, BPBI

Abstract

This paper is prepared for a design of a small scales crocodile skins tanning factory, to produce leather for leather goods.The capacity of it will be 10 pieces/day wet salted crocodile skins.This factory will be profitable in the view of techno – economical aspect. The economical calculation are as follows : the total capital is fixed capital + working capital Rp. 138.149.750,78 the total production cost is variable cost a year + fixed cost a year = Rp.140.115.913,40 the variable cost for a year consists of labour salaries, maintenance, capital interest, depreciation and general expences ; the manufacturing cost is the total production cost divided by production capacity = Rp.48.651,36/piece.The profit calculation before taxing is Rp.49.964.086,60 after taxing is Rp.39.971.269,30. The pay out period calculation consists of the percentage of profit to return the capital (rate of return) before taxing is 36,17% and after taxing is 28,93%; the pay out period before taxing 2 years 8 months, after taxing 3 years 3 months.The break even calculation consists of the break even point is Rp.77.306.648,33, the percentage of break even point is 40,67% and the capacity of break even points is 1.171 pieces.

Abstract

Hudoq for the Bahau Dayak tribe was carried out with the aim of inviting the spirits of kindness from heaven to provide fertility to the plants, so as to obtain abundant yields at harvest. This research has the formulation of the problem of how the religious meaning in the myth of the hudoq Dayak Bahau traditional caremony in Ujoh Bilang, Long Bagun Subdistrict, Mahakam Ulu Regency. The aim of the study was to describe the religious meaning in the myth of the Hudoq Dayak Bahau traditional caremony in Ujoh Bilang, Long Bagun Subdistrict, Mahakam Ulu District. This research was carried out in the village of Ujoh Bilang, Long Bagun District, Mahakam Ulu District. The type of research used is a type of qualitative approach method that describes a problem in accordance with the problems in the study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done from recording the results obtained in the field, the clarifying and analyzing the data. Whereas the presentation of data used note taking techniques to clarify data. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the Hudoq traditional caremony contains elements of religios that can be classified 1) View of the universe, 2) Easily sacralize certain objects, 3) a magical attitude of life, 4) live with religiosity from the four points above, it can open the views of the Bahau Dayak community about the universe which can provide a view that in addition to the concrete word, there is also a non-concrete word. This becomes the basis for human beings to respect the environment. Hudoq bagi Suku Dayak Bahau dilakukan dengan tujuan mengundang roh-roh kebaikan dari apau lagaan (kahyangan) agar memberikan kesuburan pada tanaman sehingga mendapat hasil melimpah saat panen. Penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah bagaimana makna religiositas dalam mitos upacara adat Hudoq Dayak Bahau di Ujoh Bilang, Kecamatan Long Bagun, Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan makna religiositas dalam mitos upacara adat Hudoq Dayak Bahau di Ujoh Bilang, Kecamatan Long Bagun, Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Ujoh Bilang, Kecamatan Long Bagun, Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif yang memaparkan suatu masalah sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada pada penelitian. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dari mencatat hasil yang didapat di lapangan, kemudian mengklarifikasi dan menganalisis data. Sedangkan penyajian data menggunakan teknik catat untuk mengklarifikasi data. Berdasarkan analisis data yang sudah dilakukan maka upacara adat Hudoq mengandung unsur religiositas yang dapat digolongkan 1) pandangan tentang alam semesta, 2) mudah menyakralkan objek tertentu, 3) sikap hidup serba magis, 4) hidup penuh dengan upacara keagamaan. Adapun makna religiositas dari keempat poin di atas mampu membuka pandangan masyarakat Dayak Bahau mengenai alam semesta yang dapat memberikan pandangan bahwa selain dunia yang konkret, terdapat pula dunia yang tidak konkret. Hal ini menjadi salah satu dasar manusia tetap menghargai alam sekitarnya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembentukan humor Stand Up Comedy One-liner yang dilakukan oleh Indra Frimawan, juara 3 dari kompetisi Stand Up Comedy Indonesia Season 5 (SUCI 5) Kompas TV. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pembentukan humor sehingga mudah untuk dipelajari oleh orang awam yang memiliki latar belakang komedi yang minim. Tujuan tersebut didasarkan atas kesadaran bahwa tertawa merupakan sesuatu yang penting dalam kehidupan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pemaparan deksriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah tuturan humor Indra Frimawan selama berada di kompetisi SUCI 5 Kompas TV. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 1 Januari ? 30 April 2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode simak dengan teknik sadap, rekam, dan catat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode padan dengan teknik PUP pragmatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada dua jenis penyimpangan praanggapan yang digunakan untuk membangun joke, yaitu: penyimpangan praanggapan struktur dan umum. Ragam penyimpangan praanggapan struktur yang ditemukan di dalam pembentukan joke adalah satu kali penyimpangan pada satu tuturan joke, dua kali atau lebih penyimpangan pada satu tuturan joke, penggunaan properti, dan penggunaan act-out. Ragam penyimpangan praanggapan umum yang ditemukan di dalam pembentukan joke dibedakan melalui pengetahuan masyarakat yang disimpangkan mencakup tentang kebiasaan masyarakat, dunia artis, fenomena khusus, iklan, dan lagu. Kata kunci: stand up comedy, one-liner, SUCI 5, pragmatik  ABSTRACTThis research is conducted to know about humor establishment of Stand Up Comedy One-liner which performed by Indra Frimawan as the third champion from Stand Up Comedy Indonesia season 5 (SUCI 5) Kompas TV competition. This research is also conducted to find out pattern of humor establishment to give the knowledge for the people which have low knowledge background about comedy. Those purposes mean that people must realize that laugh is important thing in our life. The research method which is used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The data source of this research is Indra Frimawan?s perform when he was in the competition at SUCI 5 Kompas TV. This research started from 1 January ? 30 April 2018. Data collection method which used in this research are watch, record and taking note.  Data analysis method is equivalent method with PUP pragmatic technique. The result of this research shows that deviance presupposition that is used to establish joke there are two types of, they are structure deviance presupposition and the common one.  Types of structure deviance presupposition that found to make joke is once deviance on an utterances of joke, twice or more deviance on an utterances in joke, using properties and act-out. Types of deviance presupposition in commonly that found in make joke is divided throughout people?s knowledge which have deviance about people?s habit, entertainment, special phenomenon, advertisement, and music. Keywords:  stand up comedy, one-liner, SUCI 5, pragmatic

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research problem is the variation of language in the interaction of students and teachers of Indonesia is a sosiolinguistic study. The problem in this research is the form language variation in term of formality and the factors that influence the use of language variation. Methods of observasion (observation) and skills (interview). Qualitative research forms. Data collection techniques, tapping techniques, free conversation skills, note taking techniques, video techniques. The tools is data cards and camera. Based on the results of research on language variation in the interaction of students and lndonesia language teachers in SMPN 18 Pontianak, variations of the language used in interaction are variations of language term of formality, formal variations, consultative variations, casual variations, familiar variations. Casual variations is the most widely used language variations, casual variations is 26 utterances, formal variations 17 utterences, consultative variations 12 utterences, familiar variations 14 utterences . factors influencing the use of language variations in the interaction of students and Indonesia language teachers in class VIIA in junior high school 18 Pontianak. Sosial factors there are 5 data, social status, level of education, age, gender. Abstract

Abstract Case Study of Learners Who Often Skipped Class VIII in SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. The general problem of this study is How to help students who play truant in class VIII 19 Pontianak Junior High School, The general objective of this study is to reveal the assistance efforts given to studentsin Pontianak 19 Junior High School who play truant, The theoretical benefits of this research are useful for developing the concept of science guidance and counseling, especially in individual counseling for students who often play truant in school, this research method is descriptive witha case study research form. The case subjects in this study were two people. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentaries and home visits. The data collection tools of this study are observation guidelines, interview guides, and reports on the results of home visits. The counseling model used to help case 1 subjects is the REBT counseling model and the counseling model used to help case 2 subjects is the Behavioral counseling model. The results of the change are that in one month the case subjects were absent. Keywords: Case Study, Students who play truant

Abstract

AbstractEvery individual will requires confidence every day in various ways, including students in following the teaching and learning process in school. The good level of confidence is making good decision and easy to have a new friend, good relationships, and help individuals maintain the success. A common problem in this research is "How increasing students? confidence with socio-drama techniques in the classroom VIII SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak in 2019?". The method in this research was descriptive method. Based on the results, before socio-drama was 61% it means, in the medium category and after it was given socio-drama technique is 90% with a high category. It can be concluded that socio-drama technique to increase student confidence class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak was good. The suggestions (1) Teacher Guidance and Counseling is expected to improve the process of implementing Engineering Socio-drama by carrying out the Socio-drama Technique two or three times in one semester. (2) Students are expected to be more active and more confident in the implementation of the Socio-drama Technique. (3) For researchers is expected to be able to make students more explore the role being played by students participating in the Socio-drama Engineering activities. Keywords : Socio-Drama Technique, Self-Confidence

Abstract

AbstractIsolated is a child who does not have friends in the association because he or she does not have the interest to participate in group activities as a social process. This happens because of the lack of social attitudes of isolated students. Every student in MAN 2 Pontianak is expected to have a social attitude but there are still isolated students. In general, this study aims to obtain a picture of “Isolated Students in Man 2 Pontianak in 2019”. (1) Internal factors that affect students who are isolated in MAN 2 Pontianak. (2) External factors that affect students who are isolated in MAN 2 Pontianak. (3) Impacts that occur from students who are isolated in MAN 2 Pntianak. (4) Assistance that has been done by guidance and conseling teacher for students who are isolated in MAN 2 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is survey research. The subjects in this study were five students and their close friends and one guidance and counseling teacher. This study used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation and sociometry. Based on the results of the study, the internal factors of isolated students are (1) Students cannot adjust themselves, (2) Reserved, (3) Introverted. External factors, namely (1) Rejection from groups, (2) Neglected from groups. The impacts of isolation are (1) Always alone, (2) Students’ value decreased, (3) Cannot socialize properly. Assistance provided by guidance and counseling teacher in dealing with isolated cases are (1) Providing Classical Services, (2) Providing Invidual Counseling, (3) providing group guidance (4) Providing Group Counseling.Keywords: External Factors, Internal Factors, Isolated Impacts, Students
