Abstract

Bagi para atlet olahraga, pakaian menjadi hal utama dalam aktivitas olahraga, memilih bahan yang nyaman dan aman bagi tubuh tidak terlepas dari desain pola pakaian tersebut. Jersey yang dikenakan oleh tim olahraga memiliki fungsi yang penting, selain berguna untuk membedakan satu tim dengan tim lain saat bertanding, juga digunakan sebagai media promosi produk. Dalam proses produksi sebuah pakaian, hal yang paling mendasar yaitu pembuatan pola, teknik pembuatan pola berasal dari pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang dikuasai sebelum membuat sebuah pola, karena dari pola yang dirancang tersebut dapat dikembangkan menjadi bentuk pakaian yang diinginkan dalam menghasilkan produk pakaian. Pola pada dasarnya terdiri dari pola badan bagian atas, pola dasar dan pola lengan. Pola dibuat berdasarkan ukuran seseorang baik dari ukuran badan bagian atas sampai bawah, selanjutnya pola dikembangkan dengan berbagai model dan variasi, sesuai dengan postur badan, maka pola inilah yang akan menjadi patokan dalam membuat sebuah pakaian. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini ditujukan kepada tim putri Jakarta Pertamina Energi yang merupakan tim proliga voli di Indonesia. Karakteristik pola desain jersey pada tim putri voli Jakarta Pertamina Energi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, strategi pengumpulan data dengan cara video observasi, wawancara dan literatur pustaka.

Abstract

Electricity has become basic need must be fulfilled for a better life in community, including public street lighting. Mainly those who live in the alleys and away from the main road. The responsibility for procurement, management and maintenance of Public Street Lighting infrastructure lies with the respective regional governments. However, the capability of each region to fulfil this need varies, as a result there are still areas that do not have adequate public street lighting. Researchers saw this need therefore initiate the establishment of public street lighting in collaboration with the community on an independent basis with PT PLN as the SPLU provider. SPLU lighting and multi-purpose services established to answer the needs of the community, namely the ease of getting electricity for adequate public street lighting in alleys that are not yet reached by PJU and to serve socio-cultural activities in the community. The purpose of this research is to support community need for public lighting without neglecting the feasibility of investment from perspective of finance using the parameters Net Present Value (NPV), Profitable Index as well as calculating the Payback Period (PP). By this research, with initial outlays Rp 49,236,400, this project was found that the NPV is Rp 827,856,656, PI 17.8 which means both positive. The investment cost can be returned/payback period after 4 months only. This means that investing in providing SPLU facilities in the area of Subdistrict Muara Jawa Kukar is feasible

Abstract

The occurrence of a violation of the police professional code of ethics asa reflection of the behavior and attitudes of Polri members in carrying out their main functions and duties as law enforcement, unprofessional, this will have an impact on the image of the Republic of Indonesia National Police Institute in the eyes of the public. The National Police Institute of the Republic of Indonesia, must take law enforcement action against cases of violations of the police professional code of ethics committed by members of the Indonesian National Police through Police Code of Ethics Commission. This study formulates the problem of a what are the causes of violations of the professional code of ethics by members of the Police? and what are the law enforcement actions for members of the Police who violate the Police's professional code of ethics? This research uses normative method. The results of the research show that the cause of violations of the professional code of ethics committed by members of the Indonesian National Police is due to discretionary actions that are not in accordance with the legal norms and professional ethics of the Police. Any member of the National Police who violates the professional code of ethics will be subject to ethical and administrative sanctions.

Abstract

Herding behavior dapat didefinisikan sebagai perilaku individu yang memutuskan untuk mengikuti orang lain dan meniru perilaku kelompok daripada mengambil keputusan secara mandiri berdasarkan informasi yang mereka punya. Analisis kali ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan herd behavior yang dipengaruhi oleh investor attention. Dalam penelitian kali ini, Google Search digunakan sebagai proxy dari investor attention dengan dugaan bahwa ketika investor attention meningkat, maka jumlah investor yang menggunakan Google Search untuk mencari informasi akan meningkat sehingga nantinya investor akan memiliki informasi yang serupa dan kemudian membuat keputusan perdagangan serupa sehingga terbentuk herd behavior. Penelitian kali ini juga menganalisis pengaruh investor attention dalam pembentukan herd behavior pada periode market return negatif dan pada periode Pandemi COVID-19. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah metode cross-sectional absolute deviation (CSAD). Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah data berupa return harian dari IHSG pada periode Juli 2012-Juni 2022 yang diambil dari Refinitiv eikon dan data berupa frekuensi pencarian kata kunci terkait Pasar Modal Indonesia pada periode Juli 2012-Juni 2022 yang diambil dari Google Trends. Hasil dari penelitian kali ini adalah ditemukan keberadaan herd behavior yang dipengaruhi oleh investor attention, tetapi tidak ditemukan keberadaan herd behavior dalam periode market return negatif dan dalam periode Pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses have a high risk of burnout, due to high work stress, workload, risk of COVID-19 infection, through close contact with patients. This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace factors and stress management on burnout in UPT Tarogong Health Center nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a verifiative descriptive research, with a census sampling method or whole sampling, namely all nurses at UPT Puskesmas Tarogong. Primary data were collected through interviews and surveys using the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire, Quick Burnout Assessment questionnaire, and stress management questionnaire. The workplace questionnaire for aspects of workload, control, reward, and fairness is at a sufficient level, while community values and values are at a high level, meaning that improvements are still needed in workload management, decision making, communication, and a more transparent reward system for nurses at UPT Puskesmas Tarogong. Nurses tend to use individual stress management methods, primarily using personal relaxation techniques as well as discussions with spouses or families to manage work stress levels. Burnout is at a considerable level that is characterized by a degree of depersonalization and a mild decrease in performance. Workplace and stress management affect the burnout of nurses UPT Puskesmas Tarogong, and the effect of workplace on burnout is greater than the influence of stress management so that improvements are needed in workload management, decision making, and effective communication with nurses, also workplace intervention and stress management are needed in Puskesmas to reduce the level of burnout, so management needs to implement a stress management program, both organizationally such as holding recreation for nurses, and it is necessary to divide the distribution of workload fairly and actively discuss with nurses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is, "How are the efforts of the Principal to improve the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans through In House Training (IHT)". In House Training (IHT) is a training program that is held at the training participant's place or at school by optimizing the potentials that exist in the school, using the trainee's work equipment with relevant material and the problems being faced, so it is hoped that participants can more easily absorb and apply the material to solve and overcome the problems experienced and be able to directly improve the quality and performance. In House Training (IHT) is carried out to improve teacher performance in accordance with their field of work by utilizing the potential that exists in an organization or institution. The results of InHouse Training (IHT) in compiling lesson plans in cycle I were still low, the teacher's score percentage reached 53.63. It is still far from the target planned in the research of 80. Even though there are actually only two aspects that have not been filled in, the aspects that have been filled in are not complete. For this reason, the research was continued in cycle II with several improvements. After conducting In House Training (IHT) in cycle II, there was an increase in competence in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, and implementing process assessments (preparation of lesson plans) in accordance with Permendiknas Number 41 of 2007. Of the three aspects that were the focus of InHouse Training (IHT), all teachers who were the subject of the study experienced an increase.

Abstract

Rekam medis elektronik merupakan jenis rekam medis yang saat ini sudah banyak digunakan di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. Tenaga kesehatan seperti dokter dan perawat sangat berkaitan erat dengan rekam medis elektronik. Selain dampak positif seperti memudahkan pelayanan kepada pasien dan data pasien menjadi lebih aman, rekam medis elektronik ternyata juga memberikan dampak negatif bagi tenaga kesehatan yang menggunakannya. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review ini didapatkan 24 jurnal artikel penelitian dari total 343 artikel yang didapatkan dari website JAMA network dan Pubmed menggunakan kata kunci tertentu. Pencarian dibatasi berupa jurnal atau literatur yang terbit dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir yaitu sejak 2018-2023. Tujuan dari Systematic Literature Review ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh negatif penggunaan rekam medis elektronik terhadap tenaga kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dari penggunaan rekam medis elektronik terhadap bertambahnya beban kerja dan tingkat stress tenaga kesehatan terutama dokter dan perawat. Hampir seluruh artikel penelitian yang ada menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan metode ini, berbagai fakta yang ada pada objek penelitian dapat dijabarkan dengan baik dan lebih detail. Hasil publikasi jurnal yang ada juga signifikan dimana setiap tahunnya dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir terdapat jurnal penelitian yang diterbitkan terkait topik penelitian ini.

Abstract

Morbus Hansen atau kusta merupakan penyakit lama yang penyebarannya disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium lepraei. Morbus Hansen menyerang kulit, saraf tepi dan sistem pernafasan. Penyakit ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah diantaranya dari medis, sosial, ekonomi budaya dan mental. Penyakit ini memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan peradaban manusia penyakit ini ditulis dalam kitab- kitab kuno misalnya kitab Sushrat Samhita dan Kashilya's Arthashastra pada abad ke-6 SM dan bukti arkeologis di Afrika dan Asia pada masa prasejarah juga memberikan indikasi bahwa penyakit ini sudah ada sejak lama. Pada masa sekarang Morbus Hansen masih eksis di Indonesia dengan menduduki posisi nomor 3 dengan 16.825 kasus dengan angka kecacatan 6,82 orang per satu juta penduduk. Morbus Hansen merupakan penyakit yang tidak diwariskan atau diturunkan. Namun informasi terbaru menyebutkan adanya tujuh versi mutasi gen yang muncul pada orang-orang penderita kusta. Lima gen diantaranya terlibat dalam pengaturan sistem kekebalan tubuh yang dapat meningkatkan kerentanan terkena kusta dan studi tersebut membuktikan bahwa hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetik.

Abstract

Kacang tanah (Arachis hypogea L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia dan memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, di Provinsi Riau produksi kacang tanah pada tahun 2016 mencapai 913 ribu ton, namun produksi menurun pada tahun 2017 menjadi 798 ribu ton sedangkan kebutuhan pangan untuk komoditas kacang tanah di Riau meningkat pada tahun 2018, mencapai 6.474 ton. Penurunan luas panen kacang tanah antara lain disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan petani tentang manfaat pupuk hayati. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi kacang tanah adalah dengan menerapkan pupuk hayati untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah (Arachis hypogea L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lenggadai Hulu, Kecamatan Rimba Melintang, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam waktu 4 bulan dari April hingga Juli 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Completely Randomized Design (CRD) yang meliputi 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 5 sampel observasi sehingga diperoleh 60 unit observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi pupuk hayati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semua parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah polong, persentase polong berbuah, bobot polong, bobot biji dan bobot biji 100. Perlakuan terbaik pada konsentrasi pupuk hayati 90 ml/l air.

Abstract

Promotion is a way companies use to communicate with consumers to convey information about the products they sell to attract consumers to buy their products; Richeese Factory also does this on Instagram social media by creating an Instagram account named @ richeese_factory. However, the high enthusiasm of consumers for the products promoted by Richeese Factory on Instagram is, in fact, not in line with the points that occur when consumers visit these fastfood restaurant outlets. This research analyzes how Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK) provides legal protection if business actors carry out inappropriate and incorrect promotions and what Richeese Factory's responsibility for wrong promotions is. This study uses a normative method by analyzing a literature study in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and other relevant sources. The UUPK has regulated the prohibition of carrying out promotions/advertisements containing inaccurate information and the prohibition of carrying out promotions as if the products being traded have discounted and special prices. So in this research can be concluded that UUPK can provide legal protection to consumers and ask business actors to carry out their obligations in fulfilling promotions carried out to protect the rights of consumers who are harmed by inappropriate promotions, and business actors can be subject to administrative sanctions if proven to have deliberately violated UUPK.
