Abstract

The implementation of eco-friendly technology has been become an interesting field for sustainability. No exception with the implementation of wireless technology that used for developing networks infrastructure, it is necessary for saving the usage of energy. As a data forwarding protocol in a computer network, commonly there are two protocols that used for, which are routing and bridging protocol. Technically routing protocol has been confirmed that it is more effective and efficient than bridging protocol. However bridging protocol still becomes the popular protocol for data forwarding because it is easy to use. This research tried to test the energy consumption of the wireless network device that implementing between routing or bridging protocol. The wireless network device that used for this research was MikroTik router RB 433Ah. The data forwarding protocol that was tested consists of bridging, static routing, and RIP routing. Data traffic scenario that used for this research consisted of two scenarios which were HTML data access with packet size 256B and video streaming data access with packet size 1518B. Measuring the energy consumption referred to three parameters which were power consumption, CPU usage, and processor temperature. The result showed that for HTML data access scenario, the RIP routing protocol become the lowest energy consumption with power consumption reached 7.460 W, CPU usage 4.6 %, and processor temperature 38.133^C. While for video streaming scenario, generally the RIP routing protocol still become the lowest energy consumption with power consumption reached 7.567 W, CPU usage 7.33 %, and processor temperature 36.727^C.

Abstract

Basis path testing is a method used to identify code defects. The determination of independent paths on basis path testing can be generated by using Genetic Algorithm. However, this method has a weakness. In example, the number of iterations can affect the emersion of basis path. When the iteration is low, it results in the incomplete path occurences.  Conversely, if iteration is plentiful resulting to path occurences, after a certain iteration, unfortunately, the result does not change. This study aims to perform the optimization of Genetic Algorithm performance for independent path determination by determining how many iteration levels match the characteristics of the code. The characteristics of the code used include Node, Edge, VG, NBD, and LOC. Moreover, Naïve Bayes is a method used to predict the exact number of iterations based on 17 selected code data into training data, and 16 data into test data. The result of system accuracy test is able to predict the exact iteration of 93.75% from 16 test data. Time-test results show that the new system was able to complete an independent search path being faster 15% than the old system.

Abstract

This paper describes the academic base of an openly Indonesian dataset in Mendeley Data with DOI: 10.17632/d7vx5cc92y.1 [1]. The dataset is an Indonesian language expansion of Microsoft research video description corpus, an open dataset contains about 120 thousand sentences. The dataset is a useful resource because the sentences are a set of roughly parallel descriptions of more than 2,000 video snippets of 35 languages. Both paraphrase and bilingual relation are available but Indonesian description is not available in the dataset. Therefore, this paper describes the research effort to expand the dataset for the Indonesian language. The research collected 43,753 description texts of 1,959 short videos, parallel with Microsoft’s dataset. Adding more value to the dataset, similarity metrics calculations of the texts were done. The metrics were Cosine, Jaccard, euclidian, and Manhattan with average results were 0.22, 0.33, 2.38, and 6.08 respectively.

Abstract

Elektro-hidrolik merupakan jenis aktuator yang kompleks dengan ketaklinieran yang tinggi dan mengandung unsur ketidakpastian di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu untuk mendapatkan performa terbaik dari sistem elektro-hidrolik diperlukan pemodelan yang lebih akurat dan sistem pengaturan yang tepat. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan pemodelan sistem secara tak-linier dan dilanjutkan dengan perancangan sistem pengaturan tak-linier yang robust untuk sistem elektro-hidrolik. Dalam tulisan ini pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan System Identification Toolbox pada Matlab dari sepasang data input-output yang diambil dari sistem sebenarnya. Model dari sistem ditampilkan dalam bentuk tak-linier, karena mengakomodasi ketaklinieran, ketidakpastian dan gangguan dari sistem elektro-hidrolik. Sistem pengaturan menggunakan Sliding Mode Control (SMC) yang dikombinasikan dengan pengaturan Fuzzy dalam format Adaptif Sliding Mode Control (ASMC) untuk mengkompensasi perubahan parameter, ketaklinieran, ketidakpastian dan gangguan pada pengaturan SMC. Stabilitas sistem pengaturan dijamin dengan fungsi Lyapunov. Hasil pemodelan tak-linier menunjukkan nilai best-fit sebesar 94.65 %. Sementara pengaturan ASMC menghasilkan performa lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pengaturan SMC, hal ini dibuktikan menggunakan metode Sum of Squared Tracking Errors (SSTE) menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,0121.

Abstract

Decision support system, basically used to help choosing some solution for stakeholde to take the best decision in manufacturer. In manufacturer company using Enterprise Resource System (ERP)  that has Work Oder (WO) modul as request maintenance from user. But many of data from WO still didn’t use to help decision making and only as warehouse data about infrastructure maintenance from last time. Because that, author use that data to help technician to take decision making by using association rule as pattern processing. This is because WO has unique pattern that has problem (p), symptom (s), and root cause (r). Previous research (Sukmana, Rozi, 2017) was proved if association rule can use to help people to take decison making, it is just involved two variable, that is symptom (s), root cause (r) and using apriori algorithm as association rule. And focussing in this research is using that three variable and eclat algorithm as association rule methode. Result of this research has purpose to take the best pattern when using eclat algorithm.

Abstract

Software development process highly relates to analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation processes. Testing process becomes imperative process to maintain a quality product running well. Testing process can be conducted both for structural and object-oriented software. However, the method utilized for structural and object-oriented software is significantly different. Testing structural program can utilize White Box, Black Box, or Gray testing methods. This study White Box Testing has been employed to test a simple application. The testing process using White Box Testing employs some testing techniques based on path testing consisting of some processes, namely testing independent path, developing flow graph, calculating cyclomatic complexity, and developing graph matrices. Hence, the testing process employing White Box method with basis path testing technique can be executed.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemanfaatan modul termoelektrik sebagai pembangkit listrik di masyarakat sering diakibatkan energi yang dihasilkan cenderung tidak stabil.  Sehingga diperlukan sebuah rangkaian penstabil tegangan yang dapat menaik dan menurunkan tegangan menjadi tegangan tertentu. Tujuan proyek ini adalah merancang sebuah rangkaian penstabil tegangan DC skala pico berbasis boost converter. Pengujian dilakukan dengan 3 tahap, yaitu pengujian rangkaian penstabil menggunakan sumber adaptor yang mempunyai tegangan masukan 3-9 V, pengujian kinerja pembangkit termoelektrik pada beberapa ∆T tertentu dan pengujian rangkaian penstabil menggunakan sumber termoelektrik dengan ∆T yang sama dengan pengujian sebelumnya. Hasil pengujian pertama, saat diberikan tegangan masukan 3 hingga 9 V maka menghasilkan tegangan keluaran 5,07 hingga 5,08 V sehingga memiliki persentase ketepatan 98,55% terhadap tegangan 5 V yang diharapkan. Pada pengujian kedua, yaitu saat ∆T bernilai 30, 50 dan 70 °C  menghasilkan tegangan keluaran 2,5, 3,04 dan 3,39 V. Sementara pada pengujian ketiga dengan ∆T yang sama menghasilkan tegangan keluaran 5,08 hingga 5,09 V. Namun, saat ∆T bernilai 12 °C mengeluarkan tegangan 0,8 hingga 0,9 V baik pada pengujian kedua maupun ketiga, hal ini disebabkan tidak memenuhi tegangan kerja sistem penstabil yaitu 2 hingga 24 V. Hubungan antara ∆T terhadap Tegangan Keluaran (V), Arus (I) dan Daya (P) yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai R positif 0,76 hingga 1, yang berarti adanya hubungan berbanding lurus. Sehingga, semakin besar nilai ∆T maka akan berdampak pula pada semakin besarnya nilai V, I dan P yang dapat menjadi indikator kualitas pembangkit termoelektrik yang sedang diuji.

Abstract

As a part of the food insecurity early warning system based on local participation, a robust and scalable database service is required. This necessity caused by the large area of services which include 34 provinces, 416 districts, 7,215 sub-districts and 80,534 villages in Indonesia. The abundant number of the expected daily transaction might not be handled properly using the traditional model. In this research, we design, implement, and optimize the NoSQL database to create scalable, dynamic, and flexible database service for the early warning system. The cohesion of the model is then measured, resulting in 5 entities with high cohesion, 16 with moderate cohesion, and 3 with low cohesion. After refactoring, we reduced the number of the low-cohesion entity into one and increased the average cohesion from 0.62 to 0.67. An empirical experiment was conducted to compare the response time before and after the refactoring. As the results, the average response time is decreased from 11.0 ms to 7.99 ms or equal to 1.38 in speedup. The experiment results suggest there is an impact of the logical data model improvement, by increasing their cohesion, to the performance of the NoSQL database.

Abstract

Speech one of the biometric characteristic owned by human being, as well as fingerprint, DNA, retina of the eyes and so not the two human beings who have the same voice. Human emotion is a matter that can only be predicted through the face of a person, or from the change of facial expression but it turns out human emotions can also be detected through the spoken voice. Someone emotion are happy, angry, neutral, sad, and surprise can be detected through speech signal. The development of voice recognition system is still running at this moment. So that ini this research, the analysis of someone emotion through speech signal. Some related research about the sound aims to have process of identity recognition gender recognition, Emotion recognition based on conversation. In this research the writer does research on the emotional classification of speech two classes started from happy, angry, neutral, sad and surprise while the used algorithm in this research is SVM (Support Vector Machine) with alghoritmMFCC (Mel-frequency cepstral coefficient)for extraction where it contains filter process that adapted to human’s listening. The result of the implementation process of both algorithms gives accuracy level ashappy=68.54%, angry=75.24%, neutral=78.50%, sad=74.22% and surprise=68.23%.
