Abstract

Self Evaluation is part of qualty assurance proses of high education institution. The objective of self evaluation is continous improvement. There are two kind evaluation that is internal evaluation and external evaluation. Internal evaluation done by civitas academica inside department. External evaluation done by Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). Internal evaluation is preparation for external evaluation. Self evaluation need three years academic record. That data must be collected from BAAK (Badan Administration Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan) , IT deparment, staf and human resource department. It is difficult, because sometimes data is not consistent. Self Evaluation Information System would be a solution. It can make self evaluation process more easier also complitness of acreditation standard, because data already prepared. This Information System is development of Academic Information System PCR, with another data adds on such as facility, lecturer, quality assurance, alumni etc. That data appropriate with standar acreditation(borang akreditasi)  which used as reference Self Evaluation Information System design. Information System will be build using My SQL and PHP. Hopefully, Self Evaluation Information System can make the proses of self evaluation internal or external more effisien, so the continous improvement will be reached faster.  Keyword : Information System, Sel Evaluation, Acreditation Standard, My SQL, PHP

Abstract

Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah (Jamkesda) is a health care program developed by the local government in Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar, in order to serve the public health Kampar. To determine the data collection Jamkesda Participants then deliver the data to the public from the village health centers, and health centers to check, channeling data to the Department of Health and Health Department to collect data on the verification and validation of the data to the village. This causes the length of the process of determining pesetas Regional Health Insurance, as well as in the selection process participant data manually Jamkesda frequent mistakes, including inaccuracies in determining participants underprivileged or poor.Decision support system (DSS) needed to be able to provide ease in the determination of the participants Jamkesda ranking results. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method to supports the assessment criteria and weighting. The criteria used are based on income, dependents, family size and poverty letter.The ranking results of sorted from the highest total score to lowest point total. With the decision support system will be beneficial to Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kampar in the determination of the participants Jamkesda based on desired criteria.Keywords: Jamkesda, Ranking and Weighting ,SAW, SPK.

Abstract

Based on the strategic issues of the development of rock and hill districts Siak Kecil as Industrial Zone, Port and Agribusiness demand developments, improvements and fixtures public roads. Road equipment that is needed is a street lighting (PJU). PJU condition mounted in the district of Bukit Batu and Siak Kecil using AC lamps with high wattage power thus increasing the burden of payment of electricity accounts PJU. This study makes setting brightness lamp LED 60 watts using Programble Logic Control (PLC). Adjust the brightness level control (Illumenation) based on time. Hours 1830WIB - 2200 WIB illumenasi used 100% and hours 2200 WIB - 0600 WIB illumenation only 70%., Then to electrical energy efficiency but does not reduce the comfort of road users, forming an industrial area that is energy efficient.Keywords: illumination, LED, PLC

Abstract

Widespread circulation of adulterated meat and based on the word of Allah which confirms the prohibition of pork to eat, it needs to be made of a system that can distinguish between beef and pork to avoid cheating merchants and keep halal meat we eat. This study makes a system for identifying the image of beef and pork and meat adulterated with the color feature extraction HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) and texture feature extraction GLCM (Grey Level Co-occurent Matrix) using classification LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization). A result of image identification adulterated meat pig is considered as a pork class. Image data on the image of the study consisted of 107 primary and 13 secondary image. Identification testing conducted on the distribution of training data and test data are different. Accuracy of the highest success with an average of 94.81% on the distribution of the 80 training data and test data 20 and the accuracy of the lowest success with an average of 82.22% on the distribution of training data and test data 50 50 with Learning Rate of 0.01, 0.05, 0.09. More increase the distribution of training data and more decrease division of the test data, so more increase the accuracy of success in identifying the image.Keywords: beef, GLCM, HSV, Learning Rate, LVQ, pork

Abstract

The Newton-Steffensen’s method is iterative method that using for solving a nonlinear equationsresulting from the modification of the Steffensen’s method. In this paper, the author developed theNewton-Steffensen’s method written by Sharma [10] using by the quadratic interpolation. Based on thestudy results obtained the new iteration equation with six-order convergence that involving five evaluationfunctions with efficiency index 1,43097. Besides, numerical simulations performed on some functions withdifferent initial guess value and obtained that performance of the new method is better than the Newton’smethod, Steffensen’s method and Newton-Steffensen’s method.Keywords: efficiency index, Newton-Steffensen method, orde of convergence, nonlinear equation

Abstract

Dinas Bina Marga of Riau Province is a governmental organization dedicated to the development and improvement of ongoing projects and maintenance of transportation roads and bridges. The problems is Dinas Bina Marga difficulty to control / monitoring on a weekly , and reports are often too late and cannot easily be seen what problems occurred in the implementation of projects, and led to the slow completion of problems. Based on these problems is a computerized system that can be used as consideration in the decision-making process, the control and monitoring of the project proposed. The indicators in the monitoring of time, scope and cost of use. The system is connected to the object-oriented concepts and design of the system is described using UML. The design of the system is implemented in a web environment based on PHP and MySQL database. Abstract

Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) bekerja dengan cara mengukur kemiripan citra dengan semua citra yang ada dalam database sehingga ketepatan pencarian berbanding lurus dengan jumlah citra dalam database. Pencarian citra yang paling mirip mempunyai tingkat lamanya pencarian dengan melakukan klasifikasi citra yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu pencarian lebih singkat dan akurat pada CBIR.Implementasi Shape Base Thresholding untuk klasifikasi citra serta mengukur tingkat akurasi dan waktu klasifikasinya. Penelitian ini, dirancang aplikasi perangkat lunak dengan pemograman java JDK, aplikasi klasifikasi citra CBIR yang akan mampu mengekstrak fitur warna dan tekstur dari sebuah citra dengan menggunakan Shape Base Thereshold Color Histogram dan Entropi Base Histogram. Hasil dari proses ekstraksi fitur kemudian digunakan oleh perangkat lunak dalam proses learning dan klasifikasi dengan metode Shape Base Threshold. Perangkat lunak dibangun dengan metode analisis dan perancangan terstruktur kemudian diimplementasikan dengan Java JDK. Adapun Citra learning yang terdapat pada 8 kelas citra fitur yang di simpan quary database yaitu 596 citra bmp dan jpg dengan ukuran 400x400, sebagai sample pengujian dan masing masing citra yang terdapat pada quary data base yaitu Color Histogram dan Shape Base Thereshold Histogram yang berbeda.Aplikasi klasifikasi citra CBIR yang dihasilkan kemudian diuji dengan parameter tingkat akurasi dan waktu klasifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi fitur warna dan tekstur memberikan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan klasifikasi berdasarkan fitur warna saja atau tekstur saja namun membutuhkan waktu klasifikasi yang lebih lama.Kata kunci : Klasifikasi Citra CBIR, Ekstraksi fitur, Shape Base Threshold, Entropy Base Threshold

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang metode iterasi baru untuk mencari akar-akar persamaan nonlinear dengan variabel tunggal yang merupakan kombinasi metode doubel-Newton dengan metode Kou et al. menjadi metode iterasi tiga langkah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa metode iterasi baru yang diperoleh mempunyai orde konvergensi delapan dengan tiga evaluasi fungsi dan dua evaluasi turunan pertama pada setiap iterasi, sehingga indeks efisiensinya adalah 1,5157. Komputasi numerik untuk beberapa contoh yang digunakan menunjukkan metode iterasi baru lebih efektif jika dibandingkan dengan metode lain yang didiskusikan.

Abstract

 Artificial neural network (ANN) is one branch of artificial intelligence that mimics the workings of the human brain nerve. ANN is able to predict of output from the input data set that previously had done the learning process. In the event of an earthquake, a building will suffer damage either safe, moderate, or collapse. After an earthquake, a building need to be audited to determine its status or damage index if it is safe (Immediate Occupancy), moderate safe (Life Safety), or damage (Collapse Prevention). In the manual system, it takes a long time because the building experts will gather data before determining the condition of the building that is it still worth or not. This paper explains the design and testing of neural networks application to predict the condition of the building using the data obtained from the simulated earthquake on a building using Finite Element Analysis software. The ANN architecture was designed using feed forward and back propagation algorithm to decrease the error and set the weight in specific iteration, furthermore it is trained with 835 data. The results show that the prediction accuracy of ANN application to the 100 testing data is 92 % with 16 input neurons, 32 hidden neurons, 1 output and 0.1 learning rate.   Keywords: ANN, Building, Prediction, damage index
