This study discusses the competence of teachers in implementing and managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi. The purposes of this study were to determine the competence of teachers in managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi and to know the efforts of teachers in managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method while the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation, and the analysis of data by compiling the data, organizing the data, then describing systematically. The results of the competency of teachers in implementing and managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi've started well although still have problems, all the planning and implementation process of learning have applied maximally by teachers at Darul Ponpes Mursyidi. Then, the efforts are being made in the establishment of the competency of teachers by suggesting continuing education to a higher level, following the seminars, training, or workshops, and reading relevant books to broaden the knowledge and competence.

Abstrak: Counselling is guidance on holistic personal development in an effort to foster the human personality in accordance with the values in the society and culture and religious norms. The more advanced or modren a society more and more of life guidance that must be met and the more complex mental life, with the growing need for guidance and counseling Islamic. In the process of implementation of the counseling Islam, of course, leads to an increase in faith, worship and way of life in ridhoi Allah. With the guidance and counseling has an important significance to develop the human personality including also depraved. Islamic counseling geared towards the realization of a healthy life, with a healthy soul will develop its own individual character, because the healthy condition of the soul lies in minds that terpinpin and illuminated by divine light, that life developed and mentored students with a way of life that is filled with kataqwaan, it will evolve into a moral person. To foster personal morals do need some method counselor among other methods conversational method, metodepembiasaan, methods of Quranic and Prophetic stories, exemplary methods and so forth.Keywords: urgency, Islamic counseling, coaching MoralsÂ Â Abstrak : Konseling adalah panduan tentang pengembangan pribadi holistik dalam upaya membina kepribadian manusia sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam masyarakat dan budaya dan norma agama. Semakin maju atau modern masyarakat semakin banyak bimbingan hidup yang harus dipenuhi dan kehidupan mental yang lebih kompleks, dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan bimbingan dan konseling Islam. Dalam proses pelaksanaan konseling Islam, tentu saja, mengarah ke peningkatan iman, ibadah dan cara hidup di dalam ridho Allah. Dengan bimbingan dan konseling memiliki makna penting untuk mengembangkan kepribadian manusia termasuk juga bejat. Konseling Islam diarahkan pada terwujudnya kehidupan yang sehat, dengan jiwa yang sehat akan mengembangkan itu karakter individu sendiri, karena kondisi sehat jiwa terletak pada pikiran yang terpimpin dan diterangi oleh cahaya ilahi, bahwa kehidupan berkembang dan dibimbing siswa dengan cara kehidupan yang penuh dengan ketaqwaan, itu akan berkembang menjadi orang yang bermoral. Untuk membina moral pribadi perlu beberapa konselor metode antara metode lain metode percakapan, Metode pembiasaan, metode Quran dan Nabi cerita, metode teladan dan sebagainya.Kata kunci : urgensi, konseling Islam, pembinaan Akhlak

Islamic education of curriculum is soft ware humanist mindset of Indonesian society which must be organized and perfected. Islamic education of curriculum given to each learner even educators in order to create a pleasant learning aqidah, syariah (Iman, Islam, Ihsan) and appreciate, that education in the XXI century reached the meaningfulness and even heat balance and the cruel demands of a globalized world. In the context of globalization, education should be able to maintain the cultural and national identity in the midst of the incessant onslaught of diverse cultures and civilizations of other nations. For this the policy makers must do the hard work to make education a format value and a reflection of civilization. Political Islamic education must play in order to manifest the demands of the XXI century. Political Islamic education spawned new policies in Islamic education that represents the ideology and philosophy of a nation so that the people educated and motivated to face the XXI century as evidence of their efforts and ways of thinking of the nation's most beautiful quality. Political Islamic education should be raised and echoed in every activity of life, especially in taking any educational policy. Pursued education policy serve as an instrument in addressing any educational activity that is easily understood and implemented education of every citizen education. Political Islamic education serve as the basis of philosophical and ideological education in carrying out activities to develop Islamic education of curriculum. Abstrac: This study is an attempt to correct Islamic education (PAI), improving the competence of teachers and supervisors. This study used qualitative methods. To analyze the data used descriptive analysis. Based on the result of the research that the material content of Islamic education Junior hight School aspects of Fiqh for classes VII, VIII, and IX class semester of odd and even do not incorporate the principles of sound multicultural. As well as in academic supervisory planning document (RKA) PAI supervisor Academic Year 2013/2014 of odd and even semester still focused on the learning process and the administration of teacher.Keywords: Academic plan supervisory (RKA), Aspects of Fiqh at PAI, and MulticulturalAbstrak: Penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk memperbaiki pendidikan agama Islam (PAI), meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan pengawas. Hasil penelitian bahwa isi materi pendidikan agama Islam SMP aspek fiqih untuk kelas VII, VIII, dan kelas IX semester ganjil dan genap tidak memuat prinsip-prinsip yang berwawasan multikultural. Abstract: Marital status is one of the partners or switching religious apostate in view of ordinance No.1 1974 is different from the view of fiqh. In view of the law does not necessarily decided in a marriage, but must go through the court process. while fiqh see if one partner occurs automatically lapsed ruptureÂ marriage after one partner has stated that he or she lapsed without waiting for a trial. Because ordinance No.1 1974 states that: Divorce can only be performed in front of the trial court. next on Article 39 paragraph (2) mentioned, to make divorce Â there must beÂ sufficient reason, that between husband and wife Â not be able to live together as husband and wife. Surprisingly in the case as of this writing, the stairway remained harmonious and peaceful as husband and wife. Dalam pandangan UU tidak serta merta terjadi putusnya perkawinan, akan tetapi harus melalui proses pengadilan.Sementara fiqh memandang jika salah satu pasangan murtad otomatis terjadi putusnya perkawinan setelah salah satu pasangan menyatakan bahwa dianya telah murtad tanpa menunggu adanya proses pengadilan. Sebab UU No.1 tahun 1974 menyebutkan bahwa: Perceraian hanya dapat dilakukan di depan sidang Pengadilan. Selanjutnya pada pasal 39 ayat (2) disebutkan, untuk melakukan perceraian harus ada cukup alasan, bahwa antara suami istri itutidak dapat hidu rukun sebagai suami istri. Nowadays people’s lives in region of South Tapanuli district, as well as in other regions are facing a number of challenges of dakwah; such as the influence og other religions, secularism, capitalism and liberalism, the negative impact if information and communication technology, and a variety of social deseases. Therefore, the conditionof the dakwah Islam with the problems and the solution needs to be mapped. Data were taken by using interviews and obsevation. Then, researchers found that the dakwah of Islam in this region has not run optimally, as expected. The Routine dakwah in the communities has not been found yet, except in several villages, and generally the dakwah just only happens on the anniversary of the great days, such as Isra’ Mi’raj or Maulid Nabi. It has found that the weakness of public interest to follow dakwah, and less of preacher with limited knowledge and skill. It is also found that the community chiristian from Nias tribe had inhabited as long as Bukit Barisan in Middle Tapanuli to South Tapanuli, and they opened their estatesand from their own community and built a church in the hills. This can lead to ethnic and religious conflict (SARA) when their harmony with the lecal population of Muslims ignored. Alternative solution that can be implemented is to establish coordination among preachers, Islamic organizations, MUI and Local Governments for impruving management of Dakwah Islam as well as increasing brotherhood and unity in the community

Abstract: The Concept of Â the government has given a serious dialogue among Muslim thinkers and caused a variety of perceptions and not only in the theoretical, conceptual, but also entered the area of practical politics that they often bring discord and disunity among Muslims. In Islamic political thought, talking state and government by Islamic political theorists lead to two goals. First, to find the ideals of Islam on the country or establishing government (emphasizing the theoretical and formal aspects) is by trying answering the question "what kind of country is according to Islam?â. Second, to do the idealization of the Islamic perspective on the process of implementation of state or government (emphasizing practical aspects and substantial) is by trying answering the question "how are the contents of the state according to Islamic paradigm? If the first approach is based on the assumption, it means that Islam has a particular concept of state and government. The second approach is based on the assumption, it means that Islam does not carry a particular concept of the shape of a country or a government but only carry the basic principles in the form of ethical and moral values. The above explanation encourages scholars to continue to assess the Islamic political system that can regulate peoples lives and the state in accordance with the principles contains in the teachings of the quran -justice, consultation, equation â tradition (Sunnah), consensus and analogy. Because by nature, a man is a zoon politicon.Keywords: kekuasaan, politik Islam,Â Abstrak: Peraturan pemerintah telah memberikan dialog serius antara Cendikia Muslim dan menyebabkan berbagai persepsi dan tidak hanya di teoritis, konseptual, tetapi juga memasuki wilayah politik praktis yang sering membawa perselisihan dan perpecahan di kalangan umat Islam. Dalam pemikiran politik Islam, berbicara negara dan pemerintahan oleh ahli teori politik Islam menyebabkan dua Tujuan. Pertama, untuk menemukan cita-cita Islam pada negara atau mendirikan pemerintah (menekankan aspek teoritis dan formal) adalah dengan mencoba menjawab pertanyaan "apa negara ini menurut Islam?". Kedua, untuk melakukan idealisasi dari perspektif Islam pada proses pelaksanaan negara atau pemerintah (menekankan aspek praktis dan substansial) adalah dengan mencoba menjawab pertanyaan "bagaimana isi negara menurut paradigma Islam? Jika pendekatan pertama didasarkan pada asumsi, itu berarti bahwa Islam memiliki konsep tertentu negara dan pemerintahan. Pendekatan kedua didasarkan pada asumsi, itu berarti bahwa Islam tidak membawa konsep tertentu dari bentuk sebuah negara atau pemerintahan, tetapi hanya membawa prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam bentuk nilai-nilai etika dan moral. Penjelasan di atas mendorong para sarjana untuk terus mengkaji sistem politik Islam yang bisa mengatur kehidupan masyarakat dan negara sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip mengandung dalam ajaran Alquran -justice, konsultasi, persamaan - tradisi (Sunnah), konsensus dan analogi. Now, bank and islamic financial institutions are growing rapidly. They must show their differences from the conventional institutions one. It is the fact that most of Indonesian Moslems feel there is nothing special differences between islamic financial institutions and conventional institutions. They conclude it from their expriences. As direct practitioner, teachers have important role to understand and implement educational character in perfect reality. Teacher as curriculum practitioner required to understand educational character and have extensive knowledge about the method of planting character to the students. By listening a story will make them forming the visualization. Then, they will imagine the characters and situations in the story, then appearance in their hearts. This can inspire students to do something like that already made as in their hearts. Based on these, teachers need to select exemplary stories which can carry a positive message to the students, and Qur’anic story or the story from Al-Qur’an is the best story in the world. It has adopted good, exemplary, and islamic story. Qur’anic story in learning offers the solution to shape the students’ character especially in PAI subject. The story is able to make teachers and students have closer relationship as well as balancing television show. The object of this study was to find out how the prospect of salacca processing industry of UD. Salacca in building economy of society depends on Islam perspective. The method of the study was qualitatif approach which the techniques of collecting the data were interview and documentation. The analysis of the data was SWOT analysis which is to find out the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threats of the industry. Based on result of the interview, the researcher found out some strengths such as strategic location, wide market share, MUI halal label and satisfied profits while the weaknesses are not sophisticated technology and expired of the products. Then, the business opportunities are support of the government and achievement of foreign market while the threat which is faced is new business competitors so that it can be concluded that salacca processing industry of UD.
