Abstract

Abstract: The main source of Islamic law is the texts from al-Quran and al-Sunnah. To understand the texts in depth and comprehensive in order to find rational reasons underlying a necessary legal provisions with rational reason or logical reason for it in the terminology of Islamic law called 'illat (effective causa). Methods or how to find and search 'illat is a very important thing to be known, especially for people who want to explore and develop Islamic law in accordance with the social changes that occurred throughout the ages. The methods are through law  text (nash), fahwa al-Nash, dan Al-Istidlal bi Hukmi Al-Nash. All methods or how to find a rational reason in this Islamic law ('illat) is ijtihadiyah attempting, the ideas of Muslim jurists and still can be developed in accordance with the times.Keyword: Methods, ‘illat, Islamic law, rational, ijtihadiyah.  Abstrak: Sumber utama hukum Islam adalah dari al-Quran dan al-Sunnah. Untuk memahami teks secara mendalam dan komprehensif dalam rangka untuk menemukan alasan rasional yang mendasari ketentuan hukum yang diperlukan dengan alasan yang rasional atau alasan logis untuk itu dalam terminologi hukum Islam disebut 'illat (causa efektif). Metode atau cara menemukan dan mencari 'illat adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk diketahui, terutama bagi orang-orang yang ingin mengeksplorasi dan mengembangkan hukum Islam sesuai dengan perubahan sosial yang terjadi sepanjang zaman. Metode yang melalui teks hukum (nash), fahwa al-Nas, dan Al-Istidlal bi hukmi Al-Nash. Semua metode atau cara untuk menemukan alasan rasional dalam hukum Islam ini ('illat) adalah ijtihadiyah mencoba, ide-ide dari para ahli hukum Islam dan masih dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.Kata Kunci: Metode, 'illat, hukum Islam, rasional, ijtihadiyah

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) based on interactive multimedia, whether it can enhance the activity and learning outcomes in matter of faith in the final days. This research is a classroom action research which  is carried out in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected using an achievement test, observation guidelines, field notes, and the records of learners. Data have been presented as percentages and analyzed using inductive, deductive, and comparative ways. Improvement in learning outcomes also occurred as evidenced by comparing the value at pre-action, the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle. In pre-action activities, the maximum score is 100; and also for the first, second, and third cycle. The achievement of a minimum value on pre-action activity continued to increase by 50 and 10 points to 60 in the first cycle, 70 in the second cycle, and 80 in the third cycle. The average value also increased significantly. On learning pre-action, the average value of only 84. In the second cycle increased to 90, on the second cycle and the third cycle increased to 92. The percentage of completeness increased from 77.42 on learning pre-action, turned into 87.10 in the second cycle, 96.77 in the second cycle, and 100 percent in the third cycle.

Abstract

Jay Barney (1991) developed the concept of resource-based view which has an important role for strategic management. The concept states that the organization will achieve sustainable competitive advantage if it has a valuable resource, unique, rare and difficult to imitate. Resource-based view emphasizes the internal factors of the organization and criticized the approach of industrial organization that emphasizes the organization of external factors.  Based on the resource-based view, organizations can determine the strategy to be done in accordance with the capabilities of the organization. However, resourcebased view also has some disadvantages particularly with regard to conceptual issues and issues of research methods. This article discusses these issues and possible integration of resource-based view with the approach of industrial organization

Abstract

Learning Islamic education (PAI) is not only based on religious knowledge oriented, but also emphasized to the aspects of attitudes, values and skills/practice of religion. However, in practice in the classroom, teachers less developed all these aspects, meanwhile the students as subjects who have learning process experienced has a variety of intelligences that can be developed. In PAI learning, multiple intelligences is a grouping of capabilities in someone in order to function more optimally. For that is expected to each PAI teachers to develop teaching methods by taking various strategic measures for the purpose of learning can be achieved optimally

Abstract

Abstrak: Bay’ al-murabahah includes selling and buying mandate, theoritically selling and buying mandate is done by seller and buger, based on the price of the goods, and price of seller; then add with profit. Application bay’ al-murabahah in bank syari’ah often get critics, because additional (profit) to the price of goods is no different with the system interest of conventional bank. This financing transaction artificially applied to the sale and purchase transaction of goods and additional (profit) to the price of good, the relation to the period known as the credit, by payment delays. It clearly that postpone of payment is not essential characteristics from bay’ al-murabahah, this characteristic is a credit provided by the bank to the customer. There, it needs to further discussion and evaluation of the application of purchase murabahah by the main problem is how the application bay’ al murabahah in bank muamalat branch Padang that.Keyword: bayc al-murabahah, margin.  Abstrak: Bay 'al-murabahah mencakup mandat penjual dan pembeli, secara teoritis menjual dan membeli mandat yang dilakukan oleh penjual dan pembeli, berdasarkan harga barang, dan harga penjual; kemudian menambahkan dengan keuntungan. Aplikasi bay 'al-murabahah di Bank syari'ah sering mendapatkan kritik, karena tambahan (profit) dengan harga barang tidak berbeda dengan kepentingan sistem bank konvensional. Transaksi pembiayaan ini artifisial diterapkan pada transaksi jual beli barang dan tambahan (profit) dengan harga yang baik, hubungan dengan periode yang dikenal sebagai kredit, dengan penundaan pembayaran. Ini jelas bahwa menunda pembayaran tidak karakteristik penting dari bay 'al-murabahah, karakteristik ini adalah kredit yang diberikan oleh bank kepada nasabah. Di sana, perlu diskusi lebih lanjut dan evaluasi penerapan pembelian murabahah dengan masalah utama adalah bagaimana penerapan bay 'al murabahah di bank muamalat cabang Padang tersebut.Kata Kunci: bayc al-murabahah, margin

Abstract

The research problem is how the Bank  Sumut Cabang Syariah Padangsidimpuan create clean strategy in increasing the number of customers. while the goal is to figure out the strategy and the efforts made by the Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Padangsidimpuan in increasing the number of customers. This study was descriptive qualitative research subjects is a common part of employees, bank customers Sharia Branch Padangsidimpuan North Sumatra. While data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that the strategy of the Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Branch Padangsidimpuan in creating a competitive advantage in an effort to increase the number of customers is to adopt a strategy of focus, such as with the results of the financing which is cheaper than the banks of other Islamic or conventional banks, implementing network systems online so ease of service to customers and provide operational vehicles through mobile branch that services performed by meet the customers directly

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 is one form of reformation and innovation of education in Indonesia. Authentic assessment is one of the essential elements that must be implemented in the learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessment on PAI learning and knowing the constraints faced by PAI teachers in implementing them in MTsN 2 Palangkaraya. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, by using observation, interviews, and documentation as techniques of collecting the data. Then, the data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To check the data trustworthiness, the researher used persistence observation, triangulation, and inspection peers through discussion. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of Curriculum 2013 authentic assessment conducted by the teacher PAI in MTsN 2 Palangkaraya didnot run optimally; 2) the problems of PAI teachers in implementing is in common constraints and special constraints. A common constraint is the availability of books in supporting learning. While the special constraints are the ability of teachers about the technical problems related to the ability of teachers to use assessment application; and the non-technical constraints, it is the ability of teachers to understand authentic assessment itself.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education is a subject that gives the basics of Islamic religious knowledge to the learners. Through Islamic Education students will be expected to have faith and devotion to Allah., Virtuous noble character (moral noble), and have sufficient knowledge of Islam that has resistance at the same time can have a power filter to a variety of negative effects arising from the environment. However, the current reality shows that such expectations not reached its full potential. This is partly visible from the declining interest and motivation of learners studying Islamic education and the decline in religious practice learners in everyday life, for example lazy conducting worship, fight or not to obey their parents and teachers, fighting with fellow learners, lazy learning etc. Various problems and challenges faced in the implementation of Islamic religious education require introspection of all stakeholders in an effort to make improvements, so that the objectives of Islamic religious education in schools can be achieved optimally. It required sinergivitas of all related components, especially the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture and Local Government to make the perception of the implementation of Islamic religious education in schools.Keywords: Education, moral values, Islamic Religious. Abstrak: Pendidikan Islam adalah subjek yang memberikan dasar-dasar pengetahuan agama Islam kepada peserta didik. Melalui Pendidikan Islam siswa akan diharapkan memiliki keimanan dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah. Akhlak mulia (moral yang mulia), dan memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang Islam yang memiliki ketahanan pada saat yang sama dapat memiliki daya filter untuk berbagai efek negatif yang timbul dari lingkungan. Namun, kenyataan saat ini menunjukkan bahwa harapan tersebut tidak tercapai secara maksimal. Hal ini sebagian terlihat dari menurunnya minat dan motivasi peserta didik belajar pendidikan Islam dan penurunan peserta didik praktek keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, misalnya ibadah melakukan malas, melawan atau tidak mematuhi orang tua dan guru mereka, berkelahi dengan sesama peserta didik, malas belajar dll. Berbagai masalah dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam membutuhkan introspeksi dari semua pemangku kepentingan dalam upaya untuk melakukan perbaikan, sehingga tujuan pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah-sekolah dapat dicapai secara optimal. Untuk itu diperlukan sinergivitas dari semua komponen terkait, khususnya Kementerian Agama, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dan Pemerintah Daerah untuk membuat persepsi pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah-sekolahKata Kunci: Education, moral values, Islamic Religious

Abstract

One of a very vital human life needs is to communicate to others. But sometimes the communication makes misunderstandings due to the language spoken. Therefore, for long time ago had warned that to communicate people must use good speech. Good speech will come from the good soul and good thinking. If someone is able to speak in good speech, then it can be stated that someone has been redaction their own language. Because with the redaction their language, it will be very good in Islam, and also will be able to maintain relationships of muamalah. If this can be done continuously, it will create a strong brotherhood among Muslims.

Abstract

This research aims to know the positive and negative view of the students of Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) on the lecturers’ ethics in giving academic services at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training of IAIN Palangka Raya, which include the lecturers’ ethics in giving the courses, guiding the Teaching Practice (Praktek Mengajar), and guiding students in doing their proposal and thesis. This research is based on the qualitative descriptive method. The subject is the PAI students of 2013 of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training-IAIN Palangka Raya. Technically, the data are collected through interview and documentation. It is then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The techniques of examining the validity of data is with triangulation of the source and peer examination through discussion. The result of the research shows that: First, in developing the lecture: (1) Positive view tells about exemplary, polite attitude, friendly, discipline, giving advices, and having noble character, (2) Negative one about undisciplined attitude, and lack of awareness and of appreciation of ethical values; Second, in guiding the teaching practice: (1) Positive outlook includes friendly, good guiding, experienced, and competent. (2) Negative one says about lack of attention to the students in the guiding process during preparation or during the practice of teaching; Third, in guiding the proposal and thesis: (1) Positive outlook says about giving advices and suggestions, thorough in correcting student writing, serious in giving guidance and spending time efficiently (2) Negative outlook says about unfriendly when providing consultation, not keeping the appointment, not giving the confirmation if there is cancellation of appointment, and seeming not to care about the student’s need related to the proposal and thesis guidance.
