Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah Kelurahan di Kelurahan Mangkubumen, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta, dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mengembangkan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalaha penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Informan yang diwawancarai dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Pemerintah Kelurahan Mangkubumen dalam pengembangan UMKM dibagi menjadi tiga cara, yaitu enabling, empowering, dan protecting. Enabling atau menumbuhkan iklim usaha dilakukan dengan cara menyalurkan dana BAZNAS serta memanfaatkan program Mangku Lawren, bantuan sarana dan prasarana, penyebarluasan informasi usaha, menjalin kemitraan dengan usaha berbasis digital, kemudahan perizinan usaha, serta bantuan promosi usaha. Indikator yang belum dilaksanakan adalah dukungan kelembagaan. Empowering atau penguatan potensi usaha dilakukan melalui pembinaan dan pelatihan bidang produksi dan pengolahan, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, serta desain dan teknologi. Protecting atau upaya dalam melindungi usaha dilakukan dengan cara mencegah persaingan usaha yang tidak seimbang. Faktor pendukung pengembangan UMKM terdiri dari jiwa kewirausahaan yang tinggi, bantuan modal dan peralatan, serta kebijakan pemerintah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya terdiri dari kurangnya modal dan pemasaran.Kata Kunci : Peran, Pemerintah Kelurahan, Pengembangan UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of variable product quality, brand image, and promotion on the intention to buy Eiger brand outdoor equipment in Solo simultaneously by looking at which one has the most influence on buying interest among variables of product quality, brand image, and promotion. The method when collecting data is carried out by using a questionnaire containing statements related to the research variables. The data that has been collected is then processed and tabulated using test data instruments, the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption tests. The results of the analysis show that the variable product quality and promotion of individual has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, while the brand image variable does not have a significant effect on purchase intention. This study has limitations in data collection because respondents are limited to consumers who live in the city of Solo, so that it does not describe consumers of the Eiger brand of outdoor equipment in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of brand image, brand trust, and brand awareness on Telkomsel's brand loyalty among students. The technique used to take samples using purposive sampling. The population and sample are limited to STIE Surakarta students with the criteria that respondents have used Telkomsel for approximately one year and respondents are active students at STIE Surakarta. The data that has been collected were analyzed by validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The study resulted in a statement that the variables of brand image, brand trust, and brand awareness had no significant impact on Telkomsel's brand loyalty among STIE Surakarta students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the decision to purchase Arlinax Bulls Syndicate jacket in Surakarta which is influenced by several factors such as product quality, price, promotion and service. The data source in this study is primary and secondary data, primary data by disseminating questionnaires online to respondents, obtained a number of 100 respondents and secondary data used comes from company documents, books, research journals, the internet. To precisely uncover research data this study uses instrument data tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The data is processed statistically using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciene). The output of the results shows that there is a significant influence on prices, services and promotions and insignificant to the quality of products in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

AbstracThe purpose of this study is to examine the reaction of the capital market to the COVID-19 pandemic using indicators of abnormal returns, trading volume activity, and bid-ask spreads as well as to analyze differences in abnormal returns, trading volume activity, and bid-ask spreads both before and after the occurrence. covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study are stocks that are members of LQ45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period February - March 2020. The sampling technique used is non-probabilly sampling. So that the sample in this study amounted to 42 companies with 420 observational data. The observation period in this study was 10 days, namely 5 days before and 5 days after the event. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data collection technique used non-participating observation. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the SPSS application program ver. 23. Hypothesis testing shows that there is no significant difference between abnormal returns, trading volume activity, and bid-ask spreads before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Market Reaction, Event Study, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity, Bid-Ask Spread, Covid-19AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meguji reaksi pasar modal terhadap peristiwa pandemi covid-19 menggunakan indikator abnormal return, trading volume activity, dan bid-ask spread serta menganalisis perbedaan  abnormal return, trading volume activity, dan bid-ask spread baik sebelum mupun setelah adanya pandemi covid-19. Populasi dalam penalitian ini adalah saham – saham yang termasuk anggota LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode Februari – Maret 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probabilly sampling. Sehingga yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 perusahaan dengan 420 data pengamatan. Periode pengamatan dalam penalitian ini adalah 10 hari, yaitu 5 hari sebelum dan 5 hari setelah peristiwa. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi tidak berpartisipasi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis komparatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah  analisis deskriptif dan analisis komparatif. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS ver. 23. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara abnormal return, trading volume activity, dan bid-ask spread sebelum maupun setelah adanya pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci : Reaksi Pasar, Studi Peristiwa, Abnormal Return, Trading Volume Activity, Bid-Ask Spread, Covid-19

Abstract

This research intends to analyze the impact of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image on user decisions in purchasing Telkomsel data packages. The research method uses associative quantitative methods. The research sample used is non-probability sampling with a total of 102 Telkomsel data package users in the Soloraya area as respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire method and the primary data required using quantitative analysis methods. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.690 or 69%. The conclusion obtained from the results of hypothesis testing shows that the t value of the product quality variable is 0.415 which indicates that there is no significant effect on purchasing decisions, the t value of the price variable is 0.006 which means it has a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions, the t value of the variable t count promotion of 0.007 which means that it has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the t value of the brand image variable is 0.001 which means it has a positive influence on purchasing decisions of Telkomsel data packages in Soloraya.

Abstract

Reksa dana saham merupakan reksa dana yang menawarkan tingkat pengembalian tinggi dengan risiko yang lebih tinggi pula dikarenakan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat fluktuasi harga saham pada bursa efek . Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja reksadana saham dengan menggunakan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen khususnya pada masa pandemi covid-19 dimana kondisi pasar sangat fluktuatif . Penelitian meerupakan penelitian dekspriptif comparatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab hipotesis perbandingan dari setiap metode pengukuran kinerja portofolio reksadana, membandingkan kinerja portofolio reksa dana saham sebelum dan pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan membandingkan kinerja reksa dana saham dengan kinerja pasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Pengukuran kinerja portofolio reksa dana saham dengan metode Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen menghasilkan hasil yang konsisten, kemudian Kinerja  Reksa dana saham pada masa pandemi lebih baik daripada sebelum pandemi covid-19, dan kinerja reksa dana saham berada diatas kinerja pasar pada masa pandemi covid-19 2020.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk mendefinisikan pengaruh variabel harga, kualitas, keragaman produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk sepeda Polygon dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Teknik purposive sampling diperlukan dalam penelitian ini untuk memilih sampel dan responden yang dipilih sebanyak 40 responden. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah Harga (X1), Kualitas (X2), Keragaman Produk (X3), dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Analisis data yang diperlukan antara lain Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji T, dan Uji F.Hasil penelitian dari menguji desain ini yang menggunakan variabel Harga, Kualitas, dan Keragaman Produk mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Polygon dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Secara parsial variabel Harga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel Kualitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. The data analysis required includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test.The results of this research design using the variable Price, Quality, and Product Diversity have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Polygon Bicycles during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Partially the price variable has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The quality variable has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This research was conducted on BliBli E-commerce Site Users in Kuningan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of price, trust and promotion of buying interest (Survey of BliBli E-commerce Site Users in Kuningan Regency). The population in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the data collection method used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the test state that : Price perception has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, trust has a positive effect on buying interest, promotion has a positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Previous research has shown that fintech contributes to GDP and reduces numbers and poverty. However, this does not cover the fact that P2P lending still has the potential to develop and have a positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth. This study examines the effect of P2P lending fintech on Indonesia's economic growth, using secondary data on Indonesia's economic growth from Bank Indonesia and P2P lending fintech data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Simple regression statistical analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination show that peer to peer (P2P) lending has a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. A total of 74.60 percent of the P2P lending variables explain the variables of Indonesia's economic growth. These results indicate that the growth of P2P lending is driving Indonesia's economic growth. This positive influence can be explained based on the relationship between P2P credit and other variables that affect the economy such as labor absorption variables through MSMEs, poverty rates, Gini ratio, GDP, growth of other economic sectors, household consumption levels, and inflation rates. This relationship is explained descriptively based on the results of previous studies.
