Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of operating costs on net income at PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. This type of research is quantitative with the type of data used is secondary data in the form of the company's income statement for the last 5 years. Data analysis techniques used are operational cost analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t test 2 parties). The results showed that operational costs did not have a significant effect on net income because this t value was smaller than t table (-1.540 2.262) with a sig value of 0.221. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.664 with a strong degree of entanglement and the value of the coefficient of determination of 44.1% which shows that the contribution of the influence of operating cost variables to net income is 44.1% and the remaining 55.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

AbstractThe object of this research is a creative inustry in manufacturing. This study aims to determine the response of consumers regarding social media, pricing and customer loyalty "tanganketiga", and to determine the effect of social media and the prices on consumer loyalty at Woodcraft "tanganketiga". Sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research is descriptive and explanatory by using correlation coefficient analysis and simultaneous test at a significance level of 5%. These results indicate that social media has a strong relationship and significant impact on customer loyalty, in contrast to the price of which has a medium relationship and significant on customer loyalty. Keywords: Social Media; Price, Consumer Loyalty. AbstrakObjek penelitian ini adalah sebuah insdustri kreatif di bidang manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen mengenai media sosial, harga dan loyalitas konsumen “tanganketiga”, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Woodcraft “tanganketiga”. Sample dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 orang responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode analisis koefisien korelasi dan uji simultan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Media sosial memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, berbeda dengan harga yang memiliki hubungan sedang dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial; Harga, Loyalitas Konsumen.

Abstract

 Abstrak             Sekarang ini persaingan dunia usaha menjadi semakin ketat. Termasuk persaingan usaha dalam bidang kebugaran fitness dan aerobic. D’GYM Apita merupakan salah satu perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha tersebut. Walaupun mendapat banyak pesaing dari bidang yang sama yaitu semakin menjamurnya tempat fitness, namun D’GYM Apita tetap mampu bertahan dengan melakukan berbagai strategi. Penelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), dan Experiential Marketing (X2), terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) D’GYM Apita.            Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden, dengan metode asosiatif karena bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Dengan penelitian ini, maka akan dibangun suatu teori yang dapat berfungsi untuk menjelaskan, meramalkan dan mengontrol suatu gejala. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan skala likert sebagai pengukurannya, dengan kisaran nilai 1 (satu) sampai dengan 5 (lima). Data analisis dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0 for windows.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 18,6%, variabel Experiential Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 13,5%, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Experiential Marketing secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 24,8%. Artinya dari kedua variabel independen tersebut, Kualitas Pelayanan memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan diikuti oleh variabel Experiential Marketing.    Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Experiential Marketing, Loyalitas Pelanggan.Abstract            Now this competitive world of business is becoming increasingly stringent. Including competition in the field of fitness and aerobic fitness. D'GYM Apita is one service company that is engaged in the business. Although it got a lot of competitors from the same field, namely the proliferation of fitness centers, but D'GYM Apita still able to survive by performing a variety of strategies. This study aims to determine themselves the extent of the influence of Quality of Service (X1), and Experiential Marketing (X2), the Customer Loyalty (Y) D'GYM Apita.            The study sample by 75 respondents, with the associative method as it aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. With this study, it will build a theory that can serve to explain and predict. The data collection was performed using a Likert scale questionnaire and measurement, with a range of value 1 (one) up to 5 (five). Assisted analysis of data using SPSS 20.0 for windows.            The results showed that the variables affect the Quality of Service Customer Loyalty is 18,6%, Experiential Marketing variables influence the Customer Loyalty of 13,5%, Experiential Marketing Service Quality and jointly influence the Customer Loyalty of 24,8%. This means that of the two independent variables, Quality Service provide the most impact on customer loyalty and followed by a variable Experiential Marketing. Abstract

Abstract PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which carries out the mission of postal mail and postal parcel courier services in Indonesia with premium products, Special Express Post is a delivery service with a maximum travel time of 4 days that reaches the recipient quickly, precise, safe and reach all parts of Indonesia. One strategy to foster customer satisfaction that leads to customer loyalty is the formation of a brand image and the best possible service quality in the minds of postal customers.The research method used in this research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach, to determine the significant relationship between the variables of brand image, service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study were customers of the Kuningan Post Office, users of special express mail delivery services, amounting to 1,769. Techniques and data sources were obtained from literature studies and questionnaires to 298 respondents who were designated as samples with a significance level of 5%.The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the variables of brand image and service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality variable partially does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, brand image and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Brand Image; Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this research is to know influence of work stres , work motivation and training to good teacher performance simultaneously and partial also to know dominant variable than influence the teacher performance. SMK Gondang is the researcher location with 57 teachers as respondent. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is couple linear regression analysis that has a purpose to know the simultaneous and partial influences also to determine dominant variable that influences teacher performance. Based on the analysis result we know that work stres variable, work motivation and traning significant simultaneously to SMK Gondang teacher performance with contribution number is 91,6 percent. Stres variable, work motivation and training has positive influences and significant partially to employee performance at SMK Gondang with variable motivation work as the most influence variable to teacher performance.Keywords: Work stress; Work Motivation; Training; and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara simultan dan parsial sehingga dapat  mengetahui variabel dominan dari pengaruh kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Gondang Pekalongan. SMK Gondang Pekalongan adalah lokasi peneliti dengan 57 guru sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial juga untuk mengetahui variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel stres kerja  , motivasi kerja dan traning signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Gondang dengan jumlah kontribusi 91,6 persen. Variabel stres kerja , motivasi kerja dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di SMK Gondang dengan variabel motivasi kerja sebagai variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Stres kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Pelatihan; dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the present study is to explain the influence analysis of inflation, and Gross Domestic Product to the profitability (ROA) of islamic banking in Indonesia. Macroeconomic variables in this research are measured by inflation, and gross domestic product (GDP). The most important indicator in evaluating the banking financial performance is ROA. Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling, it is gained sample amount of 12 islamic banks.The data used in this study were obtained from published financial statements of ojk. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. t test results showed that partially, inflation and GDP has positive and significant influence on profitability (ROA). While the results of F test showed that simultaneous variable inflation, and GDP have a significant effect on profitability  (ROA).  Keywords: inflation; Gross Domestic Product, Profitability, Return on Asset, Islamic Banking. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan analisis pengaruh inflasi, dan Produk Domestik Bruto terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Variabel ekonomi makro dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan inflasi, dan produk domestik bruto (PDB). Indikator terpenting dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perbankan adalah ROA. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 bank syariah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi ojk. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial inflasi dan PDB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel simultan Inflasi, dan PDB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Kata Kunci: Inflasi; Produk Domestik Bruto, Profitabilitas, Return on Asset, Perbankan Syariah.

Abstract

Abstract            This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Inti Pangan. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of compensation and workload on employee turnover intention through job satisfaction as intervening variable.This study includes a type of comparative causal research with quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires. Population in this research is employees of PT Sumber Inti Pangan with a sample of 129 respondents..Sampling technique used is propotional random sampling technique. The result showed that, Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; Workload has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee turnover intention;  Compensation has no significant effect on employee turnover intention;   Workload has a significant effect on employee turnover intention.Keywords : Compensation; Workload; Job Satisfaction; Turnover Intention.

Abstract

RTO Group is a company engaged in many fields, to improve the quality or performance of employees in the RTO Group, research is carried out with the aim of knowing what affects employee performance. By using the Job Description Index (JDI) method, employee performance will be influenced by job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment. From the data that has been taken from the employees of the RTO Group, the data is estimated using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) methods. By using SEM, structural equations will be built, and these equations will be estimated using PLS. The results obtained after the data were analyzed showed that job satisfaction influenced work motivation of 43.1%, work motivation had an effect on organizational commitment of 25.6%, organizational commitment had an influence on job satisfaction of 52.4%, job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment have an effect on employee performance by 78.7%. Meanwhile, in the significant test, all relationships between constructs are significant and have a positive relationship, only the relationship between work motivation and employee performance is not significant.

Abstract

This research describes the impact of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty on the brand equity of Saudia's hijab. Research uses quantitative types. Taking the illustration required is a non-probability sampling by taking an illustration of 50 respondents to the hijab users in the Soloraya area. The analysis for this research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study show that the variable brand awareness and brand association have a significant effect on brand equity of Saudia's hijab, on the other hand, the variables of perceived quality and brand loyalty show that these variables do not affect the brand equity of Saudia's hijab. Based on the results of the analysis, there are some things that must be improved by the Saudia hijab to override the perceived quality variable, namely by improving the quality of the design and the material, and increasing consumer satisfaction and commitment to the Saudia hijab because brand loyalty has a major impact on the brand equity of the Saudia hijab.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of risk profile, good corporate governance, earning and capital on firm value. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used as many as 26 companies from a population of 43 companies. This research data is in the form of secondary data. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that risk profile, good corporate governance, earning and capital simultaneously affects firm value. Meanwhile the partial test results show that risk profile has a positive effect on firm value, good corporate governance has no positive effect on firm value, earning has no positive effect on firm value, and capital has a positive effect on firm value.
