Abstract

Perusahaan di subsektor logam dan terkait yang diperdagangkan di BEI menjadi fokus penelitian ini, yang bermaksud untuk mengukur pengaruh modal kerja, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Analisis ini berfokus pada 17 perusahaan logam dan sektor terkait yang diperdagangkan di BEI antara tahun 2011 dan 2019. Pengambilan sampel memakai purposive sampling untuk pengumpulan data. Delapan dari tujuh belas perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Regresi data panel dipakai sebagai metode analisis. Profitabilitas dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh hasil pengujian dan variable Modal Kerja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Hasil analisis secara parsial terlihat bahwasanya Modal Kerja dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan memengaruhi secara positif dan substansial, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan memengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan

Abstract

This study examines the impact of effective leadership on staff job satisfaction in a few hospitals in Delta State, Nigeria. Convenience sampling and a cross-sectional research design were used. For this study, a questionnaire was used as the research tool for data collection, and 107 respondents were deemed useful. The study's theoretical framework was the theory of transformational leadership. Correlation and linear regression analysis with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 23.0 were used to analysed the data that were gathered. The results of the study revealed that leadership effectiveness have positive significant influence on employees’ job satisfaction in selected hospitals in Delta State, Nigeria. The study's conclusion is that employees' perceptions of organisational culture and leadership styles have a significant impact on their perceptions of job satisfaction, which in turn affects their performance and behavior. The happiness of the workforce will be influenced by a leadership style that is in line with the requirements of the organisation. According to the study's findings, hospital management is advised, among other things, to take into account employees' abilities and to unlock their subordinates' potential by engaging in more transformational leadership behavior and cultivating a positive, less-political work environment that will increase their employees' job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to the orientation of entrepreneurship to give a description market orientation, innovation and marketing performance and know the influence of entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, and innovation influential and simultaneous partial evaluation of the performance of marketing a craftsman mendong in Tasikmalaya. Research methodology that is used is a method of descriptive and associative. Data used sourced from the primary data. Source of the primary data was obtained through the questionnaire a closed system with the question which has been provided the answer. The sample collection technique using purposive the sampling method of 173 business operators of a population that total about 305 business doers that his status is still active. Results of the research which is done by craftsmen show mendong in Tasikmalaya is quite good at interval between 52,01% to 68,00% with the average point of entrepreneurship orientation be 64,25%, 54,61% for the market orientation and 59,61% for innovation. It is better than the average value of the acquired 69,48% in 68,0% to 84,00%. The effects of such entrepreneurship orientation contribute as much as 21.8%, contributing to the market orientation 21,5%, and 11% to contribute as much as the performance of the craftsman mendong marketing in Tasikmalaya. Entrepreneurship Orientation, market orientation and innovation simultaneously influence significantly to be done by craftsmen the marketing of mendong in Tasikmalaya, the contributions provided by 54,3 %.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the Civil Servant of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency.This type of research uses a survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The object of this research is the Civil Servant of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency, with a sample of 57 using a saturated sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with an interval scale. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 Program application. The results of the research that have been analyzed show that simultaneously talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants, Youth, Sports and Tourism, Kuningan Regency. While partially talent management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency. But partially knowledge management has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Civil Servants of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office of Kuningan Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Loyalitas merek, Kepercayaan merek dan Harga terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang paket data Tri. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Pengguna Paket data Tri. Sampel pada penelitian ini didapat dengan cara menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data penelitian yang diperoleh menggunakan cara membagikan kuisioner kepada para responden yang termasuk kriteria pengguna Paket data Tri yang minimal berusia 15 tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian minimal 2 kali dengan Paket data Tri. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kepercayaan merek dan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang Paket data Tri, sedangkan variabel Loyalitas merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian ulang Paket data Tri. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Loayalitas merek (X1), Kepercayaan merek (X2) dan Harga (X3) mempengaruhi Keputusan pembelian ulang Paket data Tri.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the effect of brand image, hedonic lifestyle, and emotional value on purchase decisions, as well as to know the indirect effect of brand image and hedonic lifestyle on purchase decisions through emotional value. This study is a causal quantitative research and uses a data analysis method Path Analysis. Data collection was carried out by survey with a questionnaire. The population in this study is made up of 165 respondents who have purchased and used Buttonscarves hijab products. The result shows that brand image had a positive effect on emotional value, while hedonic lifestyle had no positive effect on emotional value. Brand image, hedonic lifestyle, and emotional value have a positive effect on purchase decisions. Therefore, brand Image had a positive effect on purchase decisions through emotional value. A hedonic lifestyle had no effect on purchase decisions through emotional value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of inflation, interest rates, profitability, and solvency on stock price of companies LQ45 listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The research population is taken from the annual financial statements of companies listed in the LQ45 index for the 2017-2021 period on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 45 companies. The number of samples in this study consisted of 19 companies using a purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using a panel data regression with Random Effect to model the statistics, using Eviews 10 in processing the data. Statistical analysis was used in this study namely panel data regression, for hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. Based on the results of the F test, it states that the Inflation, Interest Rate, Profitability (ROE), and Solvency (DER) have a positive effect on stock price of LQ45. The results of the t-test state that inflation has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, interest rates, profitability, and solvency have no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising (advertising) and service quality (service quality) on intention to return to the Singapore Waterpark. Applying the right marketing strategy will bring in tourists and make tourists who have already come have the desire to visit again. Interest in return visits is a person's encouragement to carry out activities to return to destinations that have been visited. In addition, interest in repeat visits is also supported by the quality of service. Service quality is an effort to meet the needs and expectations of tourists and provide accuracy in balancing tourist expectations. The type of research used is quantitative with this research design included in non-experimental research. The data collection method used a questionnaire to 98 respondents using cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests to answer the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially, there is an effect of advertising on the intention to revisit at Tulungagung Singapore Waterpark. 2) Partially, there is an influence of service quality on interest in repeat visits at Tulungagung Singapore Waterpark. 3) Simultaneously there is the influence of advertising and service quality on the intention to revisit the Tulungagung Singapore Waterpark. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.349 or 34.9%. With a residual value of R Square 64.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee loyalty. The sample in this study were employees of Z&J Bakery Kuningan with a sample of 82 and using saturated sampling techniques. This research conducts testing using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The method used is descriptive method to know as widely as possible about the object of research at a certain time. What becomes this research is job satisfaction and work environment which are independent variables (free variables) and dependent variables (related variables) which are employee loyalty. This research instrument is a physical questionnaire containing statements and distributed to respondents. The results of this study concluded that (1) job satisfaction has no effect on employee loyalty. (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the Employee Turnover Intention at Fajar Toserba Talaga which is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and compensation both partially and simultaneously on employee turnover intention at Fajar Toserba Talaga. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population is all employees of Fajar Toserba Talaga totaling 51 employees. The conclusions from the results of this study are: (1) Workload and compensation simultaneously have an influence on employee turnover intention. (2) Workload has an effect on employee turnover intention, (3) Compensation has no effect on employee turnover intention.
