Abstract

Increased business competition requires companies to always evaluate the marketing strategy undertaken. Every company will want to stay in business competition and increase profitability. The use of effective SWOT analysis can play an important role in determining competitive strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company in maintaining the viability and continuity of the company. The purpose of this study is to evaluate marketing strategies implemented by the company to improve the profitability of the company. This study uses primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires and secondary data in the form of company reports. This research is done by using IFE analysis method to analyze internal factor, EFE analysis for external factor, then, incorporated into quantitative model that is IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, SPACE and QSPM. The result of analysis shows that by using QSPM Matrix, then strategy chosen to support the achievement of the objectives of the company is Market Penetration Strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of organization culture; leadership; work motivation on employee performance at Indonesian Armed Forces Logistics staff. The method of research is quanlitative with quantitative approach. Data of of research is primary data for observation on April upto October 2015. The number of samples of this research was 54 respondents; consists of all ASN level. The method of analysis used in this research is Linear Regression with supporting tools SPSS 23.00 The results of this research showed that organization culture has significant influence to the employee’s performance; Leadership has significant influence to the employee’s performance; work motivation has significant influence to the employee’s performance; and organization culture; leadership and work motivation simultaneiusly affect the employee’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work load; career development and discipline on the performance of civil servants at National Crypto Institute. Research data from questionnaire and secondary data. The sampling method used was probability sampling. From a population of 133 people; 100 people become the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that  work load; career development and discipline simultaneously are having significant influence to the performance of civil servants at National Crypto Institute. Partially work load and discipline has positive significant effect on the performance; while career development has a significant negative effect. Discipline is the biggest significant variable in influencing the performance of civil servants at National Crypto Institute while work load has medium significant variable in influencing the performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning motivation; self efficacy; and school environment on learning achievement. Backed by the efforts of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi continue to strive to follow the development of the world of Education for the improvement of service quality; Human Resources and the quality of graduates. The object of research used is the students of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi from 3 classes representing all levels of education as many as 120 students. The sampling using Slovin formula so that the sample obtained 92 students SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi. To analyze the research data used Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 3.0. The result of the research shows that (1) Learning Motivation has positive and significant effect on Student Learning Achievement of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi; (2) Self Effiacy has no significant effect on Student Learning Achievement of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi; (3) School Environment has positive and significant influence On Student Achievement of State Senior High School 7 Bekasi; and (4) Learning Motivation; Self Efficacy; and School Environment together significantly influence on Student Achievement of SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

This research tries to analyze the quality of internet banking service of XYZ Bank with the aim to know attribute on internet banking service quality which need to be improved and maintained. The method used is E-SERVQUAL by using six dimensions of efficiency; fulfillment; reliability; privacy; responsiveness and contact. Analytical techniques to test hypotheses using two-sided test and Importance Performance Analysys to compare user ratings against actual perceptions and expectations. In this study researchers used questionnaires and interviews to internet banking users. The results of data collection processed by using SPSS program version 22. The results prove that there is a difference  between the actual perception and the ideal expectations of users in each dimension of quality internet banking services that is efficiency; fulfillment; reliability; privacy; responsiveness and contact. The four dimensions found in quadrant I that need to be improved by management are: efficiency (E1); efficiency (E4); fulfillment (F5); and reliability (R9); and four dimensions are in quadrant II that need to be maintained ie reliability (R8 ); Privacy (P13); responsiveness (RP14); responsiveness (RP15) and contact (C17). Bank management can use the results of research as a strategy to improve or maintain the quality of internet banking services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Profitability (ROA); Solvability (DER); Firm Size (Size); Beta Stock towards firm value and the impact to stock return. Population in this study uses firm in Automotive Industrial Sub Sectors listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 until 2016. By using purposive sampling and used regression analysis technique in previously; the data were examined using classical assumption test such as test of normality; heteroscedasticity; multicolinierity; and autocorrelation. The result shows that return on asset; debt to equity ratio and firm size have postitive effect and significant toward price book value; while beta stock have a postitive effect and no significant toward price book value and price to book value have postitive effect and significant toward stock return.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the employees development; compensation and working environment on performance against partial and simultaneously at CV Sumber Baru Niaga. Research design is a descriptive quantitative research  using a sample of 100 respondents as samples at the same time the population or sample is called saturated sampling. Model test using SPSS version 18.0.0.0. Test validity and reliability using Pearson Product Moment with significance level 0.05 and 0.01 multicollinearity test; with a threshold of tolerance of 0.10; test using the test of normality Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The conclusion that results obtained concludes the employee development and work environment has no significant influence on performance employees; hence the compensation and benefit has a significant influence on performance of employees. Simultaneously employee development; compensation; and work environment have a significant influence on performance of employees.
