Abstract

This paper is a research design that aims to examine the factors that can affect safety performance in the chemical industry sector, several previous studies have conducted research on safety performance in the construction sector and there is still little research on safety performance in the chemical industry sector. This study uses a quantitative research design and will use hypothesis testing using PLS-SEM analysis tools as well as field studies. This study will use the entire population of the chemical industry in Banten province, which is as many as 60 companies and all of them will be sampled in this study. Practical implications: managers in the chemical industry sector companies must implement broad policies to improve safety performance to maintain business continuity by reducing the risk of work accidents.Originality/value: this researcher is one of the pioneers in research on the influence of safety planning, safety behavior, and safety culture on safety performance in the chemical industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of awareness, trust and risk perception on the decision to use sharia crowdfunding. The subject of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in West Jakarta. This research is a quantitative type that uses primary data. The sample used in this study were 130 MSME respondents. The sampling method was carried out by the purposive sampling method. This study uses logistic regression data analysis techniques to analyze the decisions of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using sharia crowdfunding using IBM Statistic SPSS 25 software. In general, the results of this study indicate that awareness has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use sharia crowdfunding, trust Positive and Significant influence on the Decision to Use Sharia Crowdfunding, Risk Perception has a Positive but Not Significant effect on the Decision to Use Sharia Crowdfunding. Keywords— Awareness, Trust, Risk Perception, Decision to Use, Sharia Crowdfunding

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the work-life balance among the female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine at the Central General Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang. The types of sampling techniques were using the saturated sampling, as many as 74 female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine. The data were obtained through a measuring instrument, namely the Work-Life Balance Scale (WLBS) from Fisher, Bulger, and Smith (2009) which has been modified by Novelia (2013). The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis of the research, it was found that the majority of female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine at the Central General Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang has a high level of the work-life balance. This means that the female nurses have been able to work and to develop the role that they live by being able to manage the time between working and personal life with their best ability to regulate personal life so as not to interfere with the work they do.

Abstract

This paper examines the readiness of a technology-based non-state university in Jakarta, Indonesia in conducting hybrid learning as part of competitive advantages based on the students’ experiences. The discussion only focuses on the hybrid learning implementation in new normal to identify the readiness of the university in conducting it and to claim it as one of the competitive advantages. In order to support the claim, questionnaire has been spread to collect data from students who experience the hybrid learning implementation directly. Online questionnaire on Microsoft Forms sent to students through social media network. This is the green method to save resources in collecting data. The collected data shows how the hybrid learning implemented in learning process of each student as respondent of this research. The result will confirm the hybrid learning implementation in this university can be claimed as the competitive advantage and enrich the researches related to competitive advantages in education fields.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest Muslim population in the world, and having a halal certification is mandatory in Indonesia since 17 October 2019 based on Law Number 33 of 2014 Concerning halal product guarantee. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship of halal certification and online reviews that can affect chatime young Muslim consumers to repurchase the product. The paper uses causal research that aims to know about The Relationship of Halal Certification, Online Review toward Re-purchase Intention, and Religion Belief as Intervening Variable. Evidence supports by collecting the data with a questionnaire and take Indonesian consumers (Chatime consumer) as a population and the number population is unknown. The sampling method that uses for this paper is the purposive sampling technique and using Lemeshow calculation to determine the number of samples and the result need 100 samples or respondents in order to obtain more representative data. The PLS method analyzes and describe the data.  The result of the study indicates that Halal Certification has a positive and significant effect on Re-purchase Intention, Religion Belief and Online Review has a positive and significant effect on Re-purchase Intention, Online Review has positive and not significant result to Religion Belief, Religion Belief has positive and not significant result to Re-purchase Intention.Keywords: Halal Certification, Online Review, Re-purchase Intention, Religion Belief,

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the dimension of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) consisting of intensity, the valence of opinion, and content applied in social media Instagram nanine.id. The population in this study is Instagram users who have visited nanine.id Instagram profile and heard about or used eWOM to get information about buying nanine.id products. Sampling technique to determine the sample to be used in this study using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Forum Group Discussions (FGD). The data analysis method used is a descriptive statistical analysis technique. The result shows that the three dimensions of electronic word of mouth are already implemented with a very high category on Instagram nanine.id. The intensity dimension has an average score of 4.28, the valence of opinion has an average score of 4.25, and content has an average score of 4.56. To maintain and increase e-WOM through Instagram social media, there are several strategies proposed by the author, including consistently maintaining product and service quality, providing incentives, and creating interactive content.
