Abstract

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of salary, charismatic leadership style, and individual attributes on employee performance, considering the mediating role of job satisfaction. The main data source of this study is a questionnaire, which is a descriptive quantitative approach. Furthermore, the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique can analyze the collected data through Smart PLS 3 software. This study involved Juke Abadi Sidoarjo employees who were not managers. The total sample method was used to select a sample of 60 respondents. The results showed that compensation has a significant impact on performance. The relationship between compensation and employee satisfaction is also statistically significant. The impact of charismatic leadership style on employee performance can be influenced by job satisfaction. The impact of individual traits on performance is substantial, and also influencing job satisfaction. The performance of employees is influenced by individual traits that are mediated through work satisfaction.

Abstract

With the everchanging business environment, organization must revisit the way their approach they employee. It is imperative to think ways to provide happiness for employees. The researchers chose to investigate emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and perceived organizational support as enablers of subjective well-being using 263 samples of Indonesian workers and employs purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The result shows that: (1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on subjective well-being; (2) self-efficacy shows a negative and insignificant influence on subjective well-being; (3) perceived organizational support has a positive correlation with insignificant influence on subjective well-being.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out and obtain an overview of the strategies created by ruang_youthforia to increase the number of followers who become segmentation or target market who will become users of services or products from ruang_youthforia.  This type of research is a type of case study research, using a qualitative approach with the constructivism paradigm to obtain in-depth results based on the real conditions and situations  of what is on the ground. Data collection techniques that researchers use  by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Research conducts data analysis by examining data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, researchers conducted by comparing, unifying, and combining all the data that has been obtained results from this study, formulating whether ruang_youthforia has carried out marketing strategies to increase the number of followers that will be analyzed using integrated marketing communication strategies that include Promotion (promotion), Public Relations (Public Relations), Advertising, Direct Marketing,  Personal selling, Publicity, Event, Interactive Marketing to communicate its vision and mission,

Abstract

This study aims to test the purpose of this study, namely to determine the effect of Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Interest Rates and Rupiah Exchange Rate on the Composite Stock Price Index.This type of research uses quantitative methods and using secondary data. The data used in this study are time series of Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Interest Rates, Rupiah Exchange Rate and JCI during the 2011-2020 period. Sampling from this study used the saturated sample method from the monthly data of each variable for 10 years, so that 120 samples were obtained. This research uses multiple linear analysis techniques with the application of eviews 9. The results of this study show that the Gross Domestic Product variable has a positive and significant influence on the JCI, the Inflation variable has a positive and significant influence on the JCI, the Interest Rate variable does not have a significant influence on the JCI and the Rupiah Exchange Rate variable has a negative and significant influence on the JCI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of movements in exchange rates, world gold price, world crude oil price and Covid-19 cases on Indonesia Stock Exchange Industrial Classification (IDX-IC). This study uses Vector Autoregression/ Vector Error Correction Model with daily data from January 26, 2021, to April 28, 2022. The results of this study show that exchange rate has a positive effect on industrial, transportation and logistics sector. Then, world gold price has a negative effect on several sectors, namely energy, industry, health and finance. Covid-19 case has a negative effect on transportation and logistics sector. The impulse response function test results show that each sector responded differently to shocks to exchange rates, world gold prices, world crude oil prices and Covid-19 cases. However, all sectors responded to these shocks in the second period and returned to a stable point in the fifth. The results of forecast error variance decomposition test show that the sectoral stock price index contributes the most for itself, followed by world gold prices, exchange rates, Covid-19 cases and world crude oil prices.

Abstract

Financial performance is a determining indicator of the sustainability of the firm. To run according to the goals, companies need to analyze factors that can affect financial performance, such as social responsibility, corporate governance, leverage, and firm size. Through CSR and serious corporate governance, it can improve financial performance. This study examines the influence of CSR, Institutional Ownership, Leverage, Firm Size, and the role of Earning Management on the Financial Performance (ROE) of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The test results using SPSS 23 found that CSR, Institutional Ownership, Leverage, and Firm Size affected financial performance, earning management moderates the relationship between CSR and financial performance
