Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of revenue-sharing on capital expenditures on the influence of revenue-sharing funds on district / municipal spending in Aceh. The population in this study is the Local Government Financial Statement obtained from the Regional Revenue Budget data in the form of data on revenue sharing, general allocation funds, and regional expenditure in 23 districts / cities in Aceh from 2013 until 2015 with a total population of 69 LKPD. By using multiple linear regression analysis method as data analysis method. The results of this study indicate that revenue sharing funds and general allocation funds have an effect simultaneously on local expenditure on District / City Government in Aceh. While partially, revenue sharing has significant effect to local expenditure, while general allocation fund also influences to district/city expenditure in Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of non-compliance with taxpayers. Using qualitative methods, this study was conducted by interviewing fifteen taxpayers who have not complied with tax reporting to article 21 until 31 March 2015. Non-compliance includes both not reporting and not accurately calculating their taxes. Fifteen samples. The results showed that knowledge of tax laws and transparency of tax expenditures significantly affect taxpayer voluntary compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present the most likely conceptual scheme in film marketing research. Based on the study of several leading international journals, many factors are interrelated in film consumption so that the use of quantitative research alone is not sufficient in explaining the phenomenon of film consumption. Factors such as personal involvement with narrative and film characters are worthy of research. Some theories used by journal article writers reviewed in this paper are consumer behavior theory, marketing theory, cognitive theory, communication theory, group dynamics theory, and existentialist phenomenologies. As much. Analysis method on the five articles (quantitative) using regression statistic tool. The data used in the five articles (quantitative) is secondary data. Only on qualitative (phenomenological) approaches that use primary data, directly from the consumer experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine whether there is a direct effect of capital structure (X1) and the Investment Decision (X2) the Value of the Company (X3) at the company's advertising, printing and media in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this research is 14 companies. Samples are 9 companies with purposive sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. Analysis of data use path analysis with SPSS 21. Based on data analysis, the results show that the capital structure (X1) has significant negative direct impact to investment decisions (X2), the capital structure (X1) has no direct impact significantly on company value (X3), the investment decision (X2) has significant positive direct impact to company value (X3) and capital structure (X1) has significant negative direct impact to company value (X3) through investment decisions (X2).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of green marketing which consists of ecolabel, ecobrand, environmental advertising, environmental awareness, green product, green price, green promotion and demographic for brand image of Philips LED lighting products at Bandung city. In this research use descriptive quantitative method and causality. The sample in this research is part of the user of Philips LED lighting products at Bandung city that is not known with certainty amount. Data analysis and processing techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. There are four variables that have influence for brand image among others are environmental advertising (1,787), environmental awareness (3,508), green product (1,808) and green price (2,211). The magnitude of the influence of green marketing for brand image is amounted 67,4%.

Abstract

Right issue is the subsequent stock offerings that give priority to the existing shareholders to buy new shares at a specified price and time. There are several reasons why a firm does right issue, for example, to raise firm’s capital, investment expansion or to pay the debt. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of the right issue on the abnormal return of the company. This research uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016. A sample of 18 firms met the criteria selection. The results show that there is no abnormal return in the days surrounding right issue announcement. The results also find that abnormal stock return in the days after right issue announcement is not lower or equal to the days before right issue announcement.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of village financial management covering the phases of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative and using data research technique with an in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. Rawa Burung Village is used in this study because it has a location close to DKI Jakarta Province which is expected to have competent s in village financial management. Informants in this research are village government officers who understand the village financial management cycles. The results of this study concluded that the village financial management, in general, has been conducted accountably and transparently in accordance with the applicable rules. However, the implementation of village financial management is dominated by the head of the village government section, not the village treasurer who is supposed to the village finance management functions. This is due to the lack of standard operating procedures for village financial management, clear job description, and qualification of job competence. The low salaries in the village administration resulted in the reluctance of people to work in the village government. In addition, Rawa Burung Village does not have officers with an educational background in accounting. Keywords: village financial management, accountable, transparent

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxes, bonus mechanism, and tunneling incentive to transfer pricing decisions. Dependent Variables used in this research is transfer pricing and Independent Variables used in this study is the tax bonus mechanism, and tunneling incentive.The population in this study are all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange except for those engaged in the field of finance. The sample selection using purposive sampling method with a final sample of 140 observation period of 2012-2015. The data used is taken from the secondary financial statements of the company. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of logistic regression analysis. With the help of SPSS program application. The results showed that the variables and tunneling tax incentive does not affect tehadap transfer pricing decisions, whereas a variable bonus mechanism of influence on transfer pricing decisions. The coefficient of determination in this study amounted to 13.4%. Future studies are expected to add another independent variable such as an arm's length.

Abstract

The new autonomous region is generally faced with the administrative adaptation problem. The adaptation is being implemented by South Tangerang Municipality. One of the adaptations is doing traditional market governance improvement to become better by setting the tarif of retribution. In theoretically, the approach to the determinate of tarif retribution can be analyzed by the variety of approaches. Two of the most widely used is the willingness to pay and market price comparative approach. Thus, this article will use those approaches to estimate traditional market tariff retribution. The results of the estimation and its elaboration are discussed further in this article

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of women's leadership style to employee performance on home business. Building relationships with employees need experience in leading, Sources of development of the character of an entrepreneur also found in the family's internal education since childhood. The self-concept of an entrepreneur is a social product formed through the process of internalization and organization and psychological experiences. This psychological experience is the result of individual exploration of the environment and the reflection of himself received from others. Meet the needs of employees is a bond between leaders with subordinates to do, success is strongly influenced by internal and external environment, in the environment someone will be affected on psychological factors that are very supportive and influence the mindset of an entrepreneur, and have a desire to achieve a great job is also ready hard, diligent, have great confidence and perseverance in the fight. Leading patiently, with a sincere heart and always turning on two-way communication, has a successful self-concept and clear goal direction.
