Abstract

Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency is one of the regencies in southern Sumatra that has abundant natural resources such as oil, natural gas and coal which reach 76.12% per year of total revenue in various sectors. The following table is the sub-district natural resources in the Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, As a newly established district, the new autonomous region, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir still has many shortcomings, both in human resources, community governance and technology as a means of supporting work activities in the district This, including one of the technologies for discovering natural resources in the earth, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency as a government asset, is currently still being done manually both in terms of monitoring and storing data, making it less efficient in reading accuracy. As a solution, a natural resource potential mapping information system was created. Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District used the action research method and ArcGis software.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Telaga Biru Pagaralam, aims to create a new system that can overcome the problems that occur in the Hotel, especially in terms of booking rooms. The current room booking system is still done manually, which is still recorded in the book when guests check in until check out, then it is given a receipt as proof of payment in advance to the guest according to the length of the guest staying. In addition to coming directly customers can book a room by contacting the hotel by phone. For this, researchers are doing the action of making a system engineering information-based hotel reservation with the system development strategy using the Web engineering method, the tools used in the design are Unified Modelling Language (UML), in the development of this application authors use the PHP and MySql programming language as the Database of room booking systems. This system generates a system that allows customers and hotel to make bookings.

Abstract

Research in the marine field is important to look at the state of the ocean's atmosphere and the biodiversity that can live in it. Based on the CalCOFI data set, seawater salinity correlates with the depth of the sea. Sea water salinity can be predicted based on its depth. The classic method that is often used is the least squares regression. Deep neural network is one of the machine learning methods that has been widely applied to regression problems. This study aims to find better predictive performance by comparing the least squares regression method and the deep neural network method. The research method is done first by making an equation model with the least squares regression method. Second, by training the deep neural network using the same data so that the network model is obtained. Furthermore, the results of both methods are compared by calculating MAE and MSE. The results showed that the network model with superior deep neural network was used to predict data outside the range of trained data compared to the least squares regression method.

Abstract

The minimum spanning tree is one of the applications of graph theory in various fields. There are several algorithms for determining the minimum spanning tree of a weighted graph, such as Kruskal's algorithm and Prim's algorithm. These two algorithms are not really easy to teach to students in general. Therefore in this paper presented an alternative algorithm called the algorithm "Destroy All Sikel", which is more intuitive and easier to understand. Furthermore, there are also examples of implementation and comparison with two other algorithms.

Abstract

Correspondence is very important in managing an organization. With correspondence, the administrative process of an organization will be neater making, so that it is expected that all records can be arranged properly. This study aims to provide a computer-based letter management system consisting of the process of managing bid letters, payment letters and contract letters and making report management letters more efficiently and effectively. The system development method used is the Web Engineering. Design tools using UML (Unified Modelling Language)-Based Web Engineering (UWE). This software was built using VB.Net. The benefit of this research is to increase an understanding and insight in the world of work that computer science will facilitate work in a company from any matter, for example, one example letter making and archiving

Abstract

The answer that arises when you get the question of the one most valuable thing in life is the family, because the family is home and home. Discussions about families with a lot of needs are one of them is the blindness of health insurance or medical insurance. Having health insurance for all family members is something that can not be ignored anymore even said to be absolute. Providing the best health insurance is one of the dear forms of computer cases for families. This reason also requires that we do not misselect a health insurance product. The research implements a multi-factor method of Evalation Process (MFEC) in the process of determining the best insurance product from 5 alternative companies asuransi based on 7 criteria/factor. Criteria/factors including complete Asuransi facility, extensive insurance provider, premium, cashless, existing short condition, insurance combination and insurance company's credibility. The results of the study received one of the best health insurance products based on calculation results using MFEP method with a value of 8

Abstract

Abstract : Shopping centers are easy to find in big cities like Jakarta and because there are too many times people are often confused which one to go to, not to mention if people from outside Jakarta come and want to visit a shopping center. The problem to choose a shopping center that encourages researchers to conduct a study to develop applications to find the nearest shopping center using the Dijkstra algorithm that can be used on smartphones in order to make it easier to find and find shopping centers around users. The application was designed using flowchart and UML and was made using Android Studio with the help of the Google Maps API to display maps, display pins, find and display the nearest route using latitude and longitude from Google Maps. Algorithm to calculate and determine the route that must be traversed using the Dijkstra algorithm. The accuracy of the calculation results using the Dijkstra algorithm reaches 93%

Abstract : Social insurance company has mission to protect all people, avoid the risk of social life, so social insurance company must provide public services that are easy to use. To provide fast, accurate, and information, ensuring the reliability of information technology service capacity governance is very important. Social insurance company needs period of preparation for development towards vision (Good Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) in service excellence, taking into account the governance of information technology service capacity which is important factor for Social Insurance Company. ISO is a standard-setting body that provides world-class specifications for variety of things, from products, services and systems, to ensure quality, safety and efficiency. Abstract

Abstract : Indonesia has excellent natural potential for seaweed industry. To help farmers understand the harvest period, an application needs to be built. In this research, a preprocessing application for processing seaweed image processing is taken through remote sensing. Preprocessing is using the Unsharp Mask Filtering and Laplacian Filtering methods. The performace metrics results using the SSIM method show that Laplacian level 2 filtering method gives better result.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the level of application of green computing at the Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas Palembang and recommend strategies in implementing green computing. Where green computing itself is the study and realization of the use of computing resources efficiently and environmentally friendly. The purpose of green computing is to increase the efficiency of use and reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint. Universitas Katolik Musi Charitas Palembang has long been using Information Technology (IT), one of which is a computer to support the ongoing process of the academic community. But the use of computers unwittingly provides a big role in environmental pollution and CO2 emissions. Based on the results of research that still needs to be socialized about understanding the importance of management and utilization in the use of IT equipment and policies to support the reduction of energy consumption and environmental pollution.
