Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how big the level of student satisfaction to the service BAAK AKMI Baturaja for this. The benefits of this research is as an information and evaluation material for BAAK on the efforts that have been done in providing services to students. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The service measurement indicators used are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurances, Empathy. Through this research obtained Tangible value = 40.32%, Responsiveness = 20.24% and Reliability = 19.62%. The result of the measurement of student satisfaction on the service quality of BAAK is good. However, on the Empathy indicator = 6.45% means that there is a need for improvement in order to match the results and the promise of service. So also on indicators Assurance = 13.37% still need an increase in service by officers to students. Keywords: Student Satisfaction, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurances, Empathy

Abstract

Before the development of semantic web technologies, a variety of applications using web technologies are still many who use a relational database as a representation of the stored data. So if there are those who want to develop semantic web technology that uses ontologies as a metadata web will experience some difficulties if you have to use the old data. In this study will be make a conversion application a relational database MySQL to the ontology as a knowledge base that can be used in semantic web applications based. This application is designed to facilitate the development of semantic web application that uses data from the relational database sources in order to facilitate the development of semantic web-based applications. Abstract

Abstract: Development of Internet technology raises many new applications, including education, known as electronic learning (E-learning). In E-learning there are some menu navigation, such as: course info, descriptions of meetings, upload files, activities, discussions, and others who are prepared for the academic community. The purpose of this study to determine the level of satisfaction of users of e-learning with model approaches satisfaction of the end user computer (End-User Computing Satisfaction Model), which consists of five factors: Content (Content), Accuracy (Accuracy), Form (Format), Ease users (Ease to Use), and Timeliness (Timeliness) as independent variables and satisfaction as the dependent variable. Population and Sample were taken MDP University and Universitas Bina Darma who have been utilizing the E-learning as a mediator of information between faculty and students. The research data using instruments such as questionnaires and processed using SPSS software version 20.0 Keywords: E-learning, End User Computing Satisfaction, User Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aim to analyze determinant factors influence of intetion to audit software usage i.e. perceived benefits, adoption risk, organizational readiness and external pressure with technologi model acceptance (TAM) which is constucted by adding demographic characteristics factor i.e. age, expertise, and past adoption experience as a moderationg variable.The population in this research are individuals who work as auditors and dwelling place on district of DKI Jakarta. Sampling technique using purposive method, with sample quotation of 115 respondents. The data analysis method using moderated structural equation modeling (MSEM) techniques, with the validity testing and instrument reliability, goodness-of-fit model and hypothesis testing. The results of this research showed that 79,13% have using audit software. Intention to audit software is only influenced by the organizational readiness factors whereas the perceived benefits, adoption risk and external pressure have no significant effect. Overall, demographic characteristics had no moderate impacts of perceived benefits and adoption risk toward intention to audit software. Abstract

This study was conducted to design Clustering using Fuzzy C - Means algorithm rainfall data in the city of Bengkulu and evaluate performance C - Means Algorithm to generate the level of location accuracy in forecasting monthly rainfall Climatological Station Island Baai Bengkulu . The analyzed using C - Means algorithm in which the testing is done using matlab software. From the test using a software assisted SOCR test results obtained by using Fuzzy C - Means for clustering data based on the degree of membership that the resulting cluster centers in reaching target function looking for the best location for the clusters can be done faster as indicated by termination of the iteration process. The output of the fuzzy C - Means is not a Fuzzy Inference System , but a row of cluster centers and some degree of membership for each data point.

Abstract

The quality of human resources is one of factor that’s needed to increase the performance productivity in an institution. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) as a service company assessment of performance variables at the top. Are subjective measurements that are meaningful measurements based on personal opinion or personal standards of people who do the assessments and it is difficult to verify by others. Required a computerized design system for the assessment of employees at PT Indonesia Railways (Limited). To calculate the required method of assessment indicators that can be used for the measurement of employee performance PT Indonesia Railways (Limited). One method used in this study is the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Abstract: This research was carried out on an industrial fabric crafts typical Palembang implementing a system of information technology solutions for marketing by utilizing e-commerce in 16 Ilir market new shopping complex ilir Barat Permai. During this marketing system that they do still conventionally by selling directly to customers who come into their stores.The method used in the development of this software is theWaterfall method Software, This method is suitable for use in this study because this study used CMS Prestashop since waterfall has several stages of coherent. The goal of this research is to produce an e-commerce website cloth merchant group in Palembang typical shopping complex Ilir Barat Permai in an effort to improve marketing and sales. e-commerce system is easier for the user to access information about the product typical Palembang cloth, So that e-commerce is made can be used as an online marketing network development. Abstract

Mobile technology is a technology that is growing very rapidly. The use of mobile phones are not a luxury anymore, but the items that are needed in everyday life. Prospective drivers sometimes do not understand the material written exam they will do to get a drivers license. This is what causes the failure in the written exam, a candidates knowledge because the driver did not understand the details of the traffic rules that have been used. To anticipate this, the authors are interested in creating a training application written exam to get a drivers license by using a mobile device. Abstract

In the process of academic scheduling courses conducted each semester,components related to the process of scheduling the course coverstime , faculty who teach , classrooms and the number of classes to be opened. determination the number of classes that will be opened by the possible number of students who will taking the course . Obstacles often encountered in scheduling eye Tuition class unbalance between opened and the number of students who take courses. Needabsence of accurate analysis to determine the number of students who will takesubjects based on history data value last semester. Business Intelligenceasa toolaids to process and analyze the data value collected in the data mart , and then perform data analysis by establishingcubes , fact and dimension that can be used as a basis for making applicationbusiness intelligence determination of the number of classes to be opened.

Abstract

Cooperative Teacher Junior High School 53 in Palembang, a cooperative which is engaged in the savings and loan services. Role in the activities of the cooperative system komputersasi immense benefits, which in faster data processing and in accordance with the expected goals. However, the cooperative teacher at Junior High School 53 in Palembang is conducting recording data on cooperatives is still as simple as how to record all the data using the book, so that with the increasing number of members as well as data to be processed it will have obstacles to manage data these, it is necessary for the existence of accounting information systems, computer-based cooperative teachers, which the system will be able to speed up the process of cooperative service teachers at junior High School 53 Palembang, the author will build cooperative information systems accounting teachers using programming languages PHP and MySQL use these applications are expected to help data processing teachers cooperative and easier to get information quickly and accurately.
