The high teacherâ€™s performance can be affected by a leader (principal), because the leader can direct and guide to control his subordinates. Observationally, an elementary school in Cigudeg district tend to use a transformational leadership style. This type of research is quantitative based on regression analysis. The subjects of this research is teachers in SDN Cikawung 01 and SDN Ciangger 03, Cigudeg. Technique of the collecting data in this research use observation and questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data by using t test, it is found that tcount = 2,62 > ttable = 2,46 so it can conclude that there are influence of transformational leadership towards teacherâ€™s performance. Furthermore, based on the result of calculation of correlation coefficient between transformational leadership and the teacher performance obtained value of r= 0,604, meaning that there are strong effect between transformational leadership with teacher performance. Therefore, it can conclude that better the transformational leadership then increasing the performance of the teachers at SDN Cikawung 01 and SDN Ciangger 03 Cigudeg, Bogor.

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik dalam menulis esai naratif melalui penerapan peer review di kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas sebelas SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Jakarta. Beberapa aspek yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam menulis esai naratif yakni tujuan komunikatif yang ingin disampaikan, pengorganisasian menulis paragraph, dan tata bahasa yang tepat dalam mengekspresikan suatu kejadian di masa lampau. Proses pembelajaran harus didesain agar bisa mengontrol motivasi dan minat peserta didik. Interaksi sosial di kelas juga bisa membantu peserta didik agar lebih berhati-hati dalam menulis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, pre test, catatan kolaborator, dan tes akhir. Berdasarkan observasi awal sebagai data pertama, maka disusunlah tiga siklus yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis esai naratif peserta didik. Peningkatan keterampilan tergambar dari hasil tes pada setiap akhir siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama satu semester yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Perlakuan diberikan pada siswa di tiap-tiap siklus yang diikuti dengan tes pada akhir pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Peningkatan keterampilan menulis peserta didik bisa digambarkan berdasarkan hasil tes dan penilaian akhir penulis dan kolaborator. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa setelah peserta didik mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan peer review di kelas, terdapat peningkatan keterampilan menulis esai naratif bahasa Inggris.Kata kunci: karangan naratif, tutor sebaya, bahasa Inggris, menulis, penelitian tindakanTHE IMPROVEMENT OF NARRATIVE ESSAY WRITING ABILITY THROUGH PEER REVIEWAbstractThe research of this action aimed to improve students ability in narrative essay writing through peer review. The subject of this research was the elevents year students of SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Jakarta academic year 2012/2013. The data has been collected through observation, pre test, certain treatment, collaborator arguments, and final test. Acording to the early observation, three stages had been planned, in order to improve syudents essay writing. The improvement of the students narrative essay writing has been described by the final tests of the each stage. There are some aspects should be considered in writing of essay narrative; the communicative purpose, the organization of the text, and the proper sentence grammar. Teaching learning process must be organized to keep the students motivation. The social interaction of the class can help the students to write more carefully. This action research was being conducted for one semester that consist of six meetings in three cycles. There are two meetings for each cycle. The treatment has been done in each cycle and joined the posts test at the end of the class. The data was analyzed in qualitative and quantitative procedures. The students improvement can be described by the final tests and the final judgement of the researcher and collaborator. The result of the study described that there were students improvement on the writing narrative text by the application of the peer review in the classroom.Â

The Development Book of Story Based Sundanese Culture as Media on Indonesian Language with Pantun Material in IV Class, Elementary School. Djuanda Bogor University in 2017. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) which has a goal to know more a story of book based on Sundanese culture with learning method Indonesian language on pantun materials, another goal is to determine which one is the best of story book. The procedure of this research take a model of Borg and Gall theory, the development has five stages; find out the information, product plan, product development, validation product and evaluation of the product. To know quality of products is based on the learning aspect, materials, and looking with gift quetionnaires as a purpose to know the media developed worthy used or not as a learning media. The result of this a research are a book of story based on Sundanese culture used a learning method Indonesian language with pantun materials in class IV elementary school has good qualities based the material expert 43, maximum points from 50 with very good category. the media expert 68, maximum points from 75 with very good category. The teacher aroundÂ 124.33, maximum points from 125 with very good category. Peer reviewer around 111.33, maximum points from 125 with very good category. Testing 49,44, maximum points from 50 with very good category. Temporary testing 49, maximum points from 50 with very good category, so that this is a book of Sundanese story has good using for taking in learning media Indonesian language with pantun material in grade IV Elementary School.

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran selama ini, guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran yang representatif dan efektif, sehingga siswa tidak maksimal dalam menerima informasi yang diberikan oleh guru. Selain itu, penyajian guru kurang bervariasi dalam pemilihan metode pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran terkesan monoton dan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang nilai rata-ratanya masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Geoboard terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Sindangkarsa 2 Kecamatan Tapos Kota Depok, tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 2A dan 2B yaitu sebanyak 78 siswa, kemudian dari 78 siswa tersebut kelas 2B dijadikan sampel dengan jumlah 39 siswa. Teknis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen desain nonequivalent control group design pretest posttest. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Ttabel > Thitung sebesar 2.111 > 1.687 yang berarti penggunaan media pembelajaran Geoboard menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran Geoboard, Hasil Belajar, Matematika.Â Â EFFECT OF GEOBOARD LEARNING MEDIA TO STUDENT LEARNING RESULTSABSTRACTÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â This research is based on the problems in the learning process so far, the teacher has not used the media of learning that is representative and effective, so that students are not maximal in receiving information provided by the teacher. In addition, the presentation of teachers is less varied in the selection of learning methods, so that learning impressed monotonous and impact on student learning outcomes that the average value is still relatively low. This study aims to determine the influence of Geoboard learning media on student learning outcomes in learning mathematics. This research was conducted in SDN Sindangkarsa 2 Subdistrict Tapos Depok, academic year 2016/2017. The subjects of this study are all students of class 2A and 2B that is 78 students, then from 78 students are class 2B sampled by the number of 39 students. Technical research used is quantitative research with nonequivalent control group design pretest posttest design experiment method. The data were collected using interview technique, observation, test and questionnaire. The result of research is Ttable> Tcount for 2,111> 1,687 which means the use of Geoboard learning media shows the positive effect to the students' learning result in math learning.

Pelatihan merupakan kegiatan penting bagi guru untuk selalu mengenerasi ilmu pengetahuannya, tidak hanya peserta didik yang diharapkan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan namun pendidik juga berkewajiban untuk menguatkan kompetensi bidang. Pelatihan yang sering diadakan belum menyeluruh dan masih tergolong langka untuk sekolah-sekolah tertentu. Oleh sebab itu, gambaran yang sederhana dari beberapa guru tentang kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dan perolehan pelatihan dalam kurun waktu mengajar masih tergolong minim. Selain itu, kurikulum 2013 merekomendasikan beberapa model pembelajaran salah satunya adalah project based learning. Kenyataan dari beberapa guru yang diwawancarai ternyata penerapannya masih jarang. Project based learning penting diterapkan karena dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk belajar melalui prosenya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskreftif. Subjek penelitian adalahÂ guru-guru dari berbagai sekolah yang berbeda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru masih jarang memperoleh pelatihan dan penerapan model pembelajaran project based learning masih jarang dilakukan. Kesimpulannya perlu adanya pelatihan yang menyeluruh yang tidak terbatas oleh kalangan dan contoh nyata penerapan modelÂ project based learning.

This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in learning the properties of light using audio-visual media in class V SD Negeri Tajurhalang 01 District Cijeruk, Bogor regency, West Java province. Grand Tour beginning of the data shows the value of student learning outcomes as many as 29 people, only 7 students (24.13%), which reached KKM and 22 students (75.87%) who have not reached the KKM amounted to 60. The research model using Kemmis & McTaggart consisting of planning, acting, observing and reflecting the success criteria of the study 75% of students reached the KKM. Research shows that the average value of student learning outcomes VB class of 29 students in the first cycle to obtain a value of 48.62 completeness rate of 55.17%, and the second cycle obtain an average value of 63.44 with a level of mastery amounting to 75.87%. Similarly, the results of observations of students able to show activity in the learning cycle I obtained a value of 62.75% and the activity of students in the second cycle of 67.24%. As for the quality of teaching in the first cycle gained in value by 75.59% and the second cycle of 82.56%. So, that all aspects studied increased. On the quality of learning increases of 8.97%, 4.49% increase student activity and learning outcomes of students increased by 20.7%. This study suggests that the IPA Improved Learning Outcomes Using Audio Visual Media in Education Properties Elementary School fifth grade light Tajurhalang 01 District Cijeruk, Bogor regency of West Java Province can improve student learning outcomes and student activity in the learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa SDN Muktiwari 02 melalui penerapan metode sugestopedia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga siklus yang setiap siklusnya melalui proses pengkajian yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu merencanakan, melakukan tindakan, mengamati, dan melakukan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan menerapkan metode sugestopedia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi siswa. Terbukti dengan aktivitas dan hasil belajar menulis puisi siswa pada kondisi awal pra siklus dengan nilai rata-rata 51,88. Setelah dilakukan tindakan dengan menerapkan metode sugestopedia mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 62,5,siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 68,95, dan pada siklus III nilai rata-rata 75,2. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode sugestopedia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi. Implikasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pendidik, peneliti, dan lembaga atau intansi yang terkait khususnya pihak sekolah agar dapat lebih peka terhadapÂ kebutuhan siswa dan meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran terutama pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia khusunya pembelajaran menulis puisi.Kata kunci: kemampuan menulis puisi, metode sugestopedia.Â APPLICATION OF SUGESTOPEDIA METHODS TO IMPROVE THE WRITING POETRY ABILITY OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAbstractThis study is aimed to know studentsâ€™ ability in increasing their poem writing at SDN muktiwari 02 by using method of sugestopedia. Research methodology used is classroom action research. The study is done in three of any cycles through research repeated, consisting of four stage, the plan, take action, observing, and reflection. This research result indicates that learning wrote poems by applying a method of sugestopedia can improve the ability of students writing poetry. Proven with the activity and study results wrote poems students on initial conditions pre cycle the average value of 51,88. After conducted the act of by applying method sugestopedia increased where the cycle I the average value of 62.5, cycle II the average value of 68,95, and in cycle IIIÂ the mean value of the 75,2. Hence, learning by applying method sugestopedia can improve the ability wrote poems. Implication this research shown to educator, researchers, and institution or intansi related especially the school that can more vulnerable to student needs and creative educator in learning especially learning the indonesian language especially learning wrote poems.

Islamic education is a form of guidance and business forces opened to students, so that later, after the education to understand and practice the religion and make it a way of life. Islamic education is aimed at fostering religious man, the man who is able to implement the teachings of Islam with a good and perfect, so that is reflected in the attitudes and behavior of the overall actions of his life in order to achieve happiness of life on earth and the hereafter. This research will use quantitative research methods. Quantitative research is the definition, measurement and statistical objective, quantitative data to answer a number of questions about the survey to determine the frequency and percentage of their response. This research was conducted through observation, interview, questionnaire and sampling of the population who were subjected to experiments. Through observation, the authors could observe the situation of teaching and learning activities, the situation of social relationships in school environments particularly the interaction between teachers and students and between students and neighbors.

Communication models used Allah in the Qur'an is a diversified communications model that is considered capable of affecting humans in general and applies all time therefore how we again take the example of the values of communication that exist in the Qur'an that messages in the Qur'an can be socialized to the maximum level of communication furthermore those values become basic need of human characters in whole life. The methodology utilized is text interpretation, since the basic language in the Holy Qurâ€™an is Arabic, so then the interpretation and understanding would be compared to the Arabic system and the deep meaning of Arabic language, in order to encompass the core values and the contextual relationship of the objective in each word of the text. Therefore, this humble paper should be connected to the further research to gain the level of kindness in this worldly life and hereafter insya Allah.

Mawardi, Nesti Riksayanti. "Relationship of Teacher Communication to Student Learning Motivation of Fifth Grade In Elementary School Tangerang 6 Tangerang City". University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang 2017. This research to purpose communication of teacher with student so that hamper learning process and student's learning motivation. to achieve the interaction of teaching and learning needs a clear communication, so that students can be successful in learning tasks and achieve the expected learning objectives. This research was conducted to find out (1) teacher communication (2) learning motivation (3) teacher communication relation to student learning motivation of fifth grade in Elementary School Tangerang 6. This research uses quantitative research type with survey method, while the technique used is observation, interview, documentation and spreading of questionnaire. The total population is 95 students in fifth grade Elementary School Tangerang 6 with sampling technique using random sampling. The research instrument used is the questionnaire which has been tested the validity level of 75 students. Instrument data collection for teacher communication (variable X) and student learning motivation (variable Y) using questionnaire Likert scale with 5 choices of answers that is always, often, sometimes, almost never, never. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Product Moment correlation formula, which begins with the normality test of the data obtained. Based on the result of research known there is a significant positive correlation between teacher communication (X) to student learning motivation (Y). This is evidenced by the Product Moment correlation test that produces of 0.840 is at the interval of 0.80 to 1.00 which means it has a very strong correlation. And for the hypothesis obtained data for tcount = 13.242 while ttable 0.05 = 1.993. This shows that the value of tcount> ttable which means research hypothesis (H1) accepted. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is influence between teacher communication to student learning motivation in Elementary School Tangerang 6. And also expected bias to provide information and input for teachers and students that communication in education is very important and good effect on student learning motivation.
