Abstract

Bela negara adalah sikap yang dibentuk untuk menjaga keutuhan negara, artinya mahasiswa harus siap berbakti dan berkorban untuk melaksanakan bela negara. Bentuk bela negara tidak selalu berhubungan dengan militer, contoh kecil dari bela negara adalah seperti mematuhi peraturan yang ada pada kampus dan masyarakat, masuk dan mengikuti kuliah tepat pada waktunya dan tidak terlambat, berprestasi dan mengharumkan nama universitas, belajar dengan giat dan bersungguh-sungguh, tidak membuat onar yang meresahkan masyarakat. Penerapan bela negara di kalangan mahasiswa harus diterapkan secara merata dan menyeluruh. Tetapi banyaknya mahasiswa yang kurang begitu peduli dengan bela negara menjadi hambatan tersendiri.

Abstract

Globalisasi terjadi secara menyeluruh di seluruh negara tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Globalisasi tentunya membawa tantangan tersendiri bagi bangsa Indonesia, namun dengan berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai pedoman dalam segala hal, hendaknya dapat menjadi benteng dalam mempertahankan jati diri bangsa dan eksistensinya. Tujuan ditulisnya artikel ini adalah untuk membahas tentang pentingnya Pancasila dalam menanamkan jiwa nasionalisme generasi muda di era globalisasi. Apabila semangat nasionalisme sudah tertanam dalam benak dan jiwa generasi muda sejak dini, maka hal tersebut akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh terhadap berbagai dampak negatif serta pergantian moral yang tidak sesuai dengan kepribadian bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur yang mengulas dan membahas artikel-artikel penelitian sebelumnya mengenai bagaimana pentingnya Pancasila sebagai upaya untuk membangun rasa dan sikap nasionalisme setiap warga negara, khususnya generasi muda. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan pengimplementasian Pancasila mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam membangkitkan jiwa nasionalisme terhadap generasi muda di tengah-tengah era globalisasi. Abstract

The development of technology is something that cannot be avoided. Technological developments have more or less affected our daily lives. With the development of technology, our lives have been made easier. One of the conveniences offered is the ease of finding information and finding it easy. With the existing facilities, we can access various information and culture very easily. With very easy access to culture and information, we must be able to sort out which ones are in accordance with the culture and norms that exist in Indonesia. We must have love to love our homeland so that we are not easily influenced by cultures that are not in accordance with the norms and culture that exist in Indonesia. Civic education here plays an important role in instilling the spirit of nationalism and love for the homeland as early as possible to the younger generation.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that have a lot of diversity. Diversity of indonesian separated to race, culture, religions, ethnicity, customs and groups. Diversity in a nation can have advantages and disadvantages. As a member that live on a country that have so many diversity, we can reduce the disadvantages with tolerance and archipelago insight. This literature will discuss about conflict caused by diversity. In this literature we will know that tolerance and archipelago insight can prevent conflict because of diversity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa. Sistem pendidikan yang diajarkan di sekolah diharapkan mampu menjadi pendorong para peserta didik untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam isi materi pokok yang diajarkan pendidik serta mampu dalam membangun persatuan dan kesatuan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui proses literasi dari berbagai buku, artikel, serta jurnal yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa sangat diperlukan agar para peserta didik dapat memiliki sikap toleransi, saling menghargai, dan menghormati setiap perbedaan yang ada di dalam bangsa ini. Abstract

The State of Indonesia was awarded by the Almighty with richness and cultural diversity. Indonesia is an archipelagic country. With the number of islands more than that found by people who have different tribes, races, religions, and ethnicities. This is what makes Indonesia culturally diverse. Indonesian people must be able to live side by side with one another. This award should be grateful because it can be a strength and pride for Indonesia. However, this diversity can also be a threat, challenge, and disturbance for the Indonesian people. Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pancasila merupakan landasan dalam berbagai pelaksanaan kehidupan bermasyarakat maupun pendidikan bagi warga negara. Sila pertama pancasila yaitu ‘Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa’ merupakan salah satu kunci dalam membangun keyakinan beragama dan toleransi warga negara karena tanpa adanya keyakinan beragama dan toleransi suatu bangsa akan terpecah belah melalui ancaman dari dalam negeri sendiri. Universitas Sebelas Maret atau sering disebut UNS merupakan salah satu universitas negeri terbesar yang ada di Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Dalam era pandemi Covid-19 UNS menerapkan sistem pembelajaran daring dimana terdapat kelebihan dan kekurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama oleh mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di UNS. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penelitian, dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner ke subjek penelitian terkait. Dari hasil yang didapat, mahasiswa dapat menanamkan sikap toleransi dan melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik sebagai bentuk dari implementasi nilai-nilai pancasila sila pertama. Kata Kunci: pancasila, implementasi, sila pertama, mahasiswa ABSTRACT Pancasila is the foundation in various implementations of social life and education for citizens. The first principle of Pancasila, namely ‘Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa’ is one of the keys in building religious belief and tolerance of citizens because without religious belief and tolerance a nation will be divided through threats from within its own country. Universitas Sebelas Maret or often called UNS is one of the largest public universities in Surakarta, Central Java. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, UNS implemented an online learning system where there were advantages and disadvantages. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the first Pancasila values ​​by students in the implementation of online learning at UNS. To meet the research needs, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to related research subjects. From the results obtained, students can instill an attitude of tolerance and carry out worship properly as a form of implementing the values ​​of the first precepts of Pancasila. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the community of cultural actors, namely members of the Banjar Begawe and the informants in this study were the head of the Banjar Begawe and religious leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study regarding the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, among others, are as follows: the implementation process includes, preparation stage, implementation stage, stage, closing. The preparatory stage consists of deliberation, and preparing tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of a begawe (party) event. The closing stage consists of praying and remembrance together and eating together. The timing of the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition is uncertain, but the benchmark is if one of the family members of the banjar begawe is married, mate (died), or is going to hold another celebration. the parties involved are members of the banjar begawe, family and relatives who hold the begawe event, and religious leaders. implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the banjar begawe tradition in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. Abstract

This article discusses the civilian aspect in defamation cases which is intended to reform law enforcement against defamation cases. This article uses normative research methods and uses a legislative approach. Defamation is indeed an act that violates the law and certainly harms the person whose reputation is tarnished, but with this loss, it is seen that it is possible to resolve this issue can be resolved through a civil law approach with aspects of illegal acts. This is because the application of criminal sanctions is the ultimate medium, and also of course the essence is to look at the resolution of the problem. Reformulation of law enforcement policy in defamation cases leading to civil settlement is of course intended so that the aggrieved person also receives compensation from the perpetrator, and also the perpetrator is obliged to pay compensation, so as not to release the perpetrator of defamation for the act committed, but not in the presence of criminal sanctions law enforcement.
