Abstract

  The moral crisis that is currently hitting the millennium era has raised deep concerns about the moral values ​​of today's society.  The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem.  Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values.  In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era.  This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education.  The research results highlight the importance of citizenship education in overcoming the current moral crisis and emphasize the need for cooperation between government, educational institutions and society to achieve this goal.  Key: Citizenship Education, Morals, Millennial Generation

Abstract

Kewarganegaraan sendiri bertujuan untuk mengajarkan warga negara meliputi hak, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawab dalam masyarakat, nilai - nilai kemanusiaan, dan pilar – pilar kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk sikap kritis, partisipatif, dan etnis dalam berperilaku sebagai warga negara. Metode penelitian studi literatur secara kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui literasi berbagai buku, artikel, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan materi yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran mahasiswa terhadap peningkatan kesadaran kewarganegaraan dalam mengatasi acaman – ancaman dari luar yang memungkinkan pudarnya jiwa kewarganegaraan hingga mengawal untuk terwujudnya mahasiswa yang memiliki pendirian dan jiwa nasionalisme yang tinggi, taat, berpikir kritis, dan bertanggung jawab pada aturan yang berlaku.   Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Nilai – nilai kewarganegaraan, Nasionalime

Abstract

Land is the embodiment of the existence and territory of each individual and each country. because people understand that Indonesia is an agricultural country and agriculture is one of the sources of livelihood of Indonesian people. Land is a source of livelihood for many people and should be specially protected by the state. This study aims to identify land transfer activities based on land law in Indonesia. This study uses normative legal research methods, through statutory and conceptual approaches. In the results and discussion of this study, the transfer of land use rights under national land law also refers to customary law. The transfer of land use rights in the form of purchase and sale is carried out on the basis of specific customary law and in money.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, media sosial semakin populer sebagai alat komunikasi. Namun, penggunaan media sosial sering kali dikaitkan dengan tindakan-tindakan tidak bermoral seperti melecehkan, menghina, atau menyebarkan informasi yang tidak benar. Cara penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam etika di media sosial masih belum ideal. Sementara beberapa pengguna media sosial mampu memenuhi cita-cita seperti keadilan, kebersamaan, dan kerja sama, ada juga pengguna lain yang sering melanggar standar-standar ini. Beberapa elemen yang menyulitkan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila di media sosial adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip ini, tidak adanya pengawasan dan kontrol, dan hak untuk bebas berpendapat yang sering disalahgunakan. Hal ini membutuhkan upaya yang lebih besar untuk memasukkan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam etika media sosial. Untuk mencegah perilaku berbahaya di media sosial, pengguna dapat dilindungi dengan penegakan peraturan yang lebih ketat dan pendidikan serta sosialisasi yang lebih menyeluruh tentang nilai bertindak secara etis di platform ini.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this research were 1) to find out the social caring caracter at SMA N Colomadu so far, 2) to find out wheter PMR extracurricular activities could affectively shape the remaining social caring character at SMA N Colomadu, 3) to find out what obstacles PMR faced in forming character social care of students in class XI SMA N Colomadu. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research is at SMA N Colomadu. The strategy in this research is a case study. The subject in this research were the deputy pricipal for student affairs, PMR supervisors, and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. Data validity testing was carried out using source triangulation and method triangulation. The data in this research were analyzed using qualitative techniques and using an interactive analysis model wich includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research could be concluded that 1) the form of caring character at SMA N Colomadu could be demonstrated by helping friends who were sick in class, lending stationery to friends who needed it, helping people who had accidents on the road, participating in blood donation activities, and helping friends who were sick during the flag ceremony or onther activities, 2) the effectiveness of PMR extracurricular activities in forming social caring characters at the eleventh-grade studens of SMA N Colomadu was effective. This could be seen in student’s daily libe both inside an outside school. 3) there were several obstacles in the process of implementing PMR activities when forming a social caring character, such as: a) lack of student participation in implementing activities carried out by PMR, b) student’s lack of sensitivity tho the environment around them, c) goverment regulations, d) PMR extracurricular ectivities tend to have few members because it was not an extracurricular activity that students were required to participate in. Abstract

The aim of this thesis is 1 ) to find out about the application of the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation among OSIS members at MAN 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024 academic year, 2) to find out the level of effectiveness of the application of character education values regarding social care towards the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation to OSIS members. The results of the research could be conclude that 1) the management of OSIS MAN 1 Surakarta in 2023/2024 academic year could implement an attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation well in all activities. Altough. There were several administrators who have not been able to Implement it well, 2) the implement of the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation among the members of OSIS MAN 1 Surakarta could be seen through the preparation and implementation of the Campus Expo activities which would be held on January 25-26 2024, 3) implementation the value of character education regarding social care had a high level of effectivitiveness in the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation, 4) in its implementation, there were parties who supported this social care character such as the deputy principal for curriculum, deputy principal for student affairs, OSIS supervisors, theachers, and OSIS administrators, 5) the attitude of cooperation and mutual cooperation that was expected of OSIS members was an attitude that could be carried out happily, comfortably, and they could carry out activities for the common goals of the organization. Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine whether there s an influence of scout activities on the formation of disciplined character at the tenth-grade students of SMAN Colomadu. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 324 students with a research sample of 36 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, t test, simple linear regression test,correlation coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS statistic 25. From the statistical result using the paired sample t- test, the conclusion was obtained that the t-count value was 6.592. And when compared between t-count and t-table, dk=N-1 then 36-1=35 at a significance level of 5%. So, it could be concluded that the t-table was 2.030. Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted so that the hypothesis stated that “ there is a positive and significant influence between scout activities on the formation of disciplined character at the tenth-grade students of SMAN Colomadu”.From the results of the multiple linear regression test analysis, the regression equation was Y=16.788 + 0.668. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the result was 0.555, which meant that the level of effectiveness of scout activities on the character of discipline was only 0.555 or 55.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.5% was influenced by other variabels .Keywords: Scout Activities, The Shaping of Disciplinary Character

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the teacher's role in determining and applying effective learning methods so that students can actively participate in Civics learning. The results showed that teachers who used the lecture method which was too dominant resulted in students being less actively involved in the learning process. As a result, this research offers the jigsaw cooperative learning method integrated with barcodes as a solution to increase student activeness. In this way, students will better understand the material, work together in groups, and teach others. The integration of barcodes makes learning easier for students, they can scan barcodes connected to various websites. According to the results of the study, the percentage of student learning activity increased significantly from 60.8% before the study, then increased in cycle I obtained 69.8% and again reached an increase of 80.4% in cycle II. Abstract

Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the efforts of the non-governmental organization Kakak Foundation and to describe the inhibiting factors of the efforts of the non-governmental organization Yayasan Kepedulian untuk Anak (Kakak Foundation) in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. With data sources obtained from informants, documents, and places of events. The sampling technique was used with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity test uses triangulation of methods and data sources. While data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) Efforts of Non-Governmental Organization Kakak Foundation in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City from the elaboration of laws and regulations related to the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence consists of 7 rights, namely (a) the right to the provision of information on protection rights and facilities, (b) the right to provide access to information on the implementation of protection, (c) the right to protection from the threat or violence of the perpetrator and other parties and the recurrence of violence, (d) the right to protection of identity confidentiality, (e) the right to protection from the attitude and behavior of law enforcement officers who humiliate victims, (f) the right to protection from loss of employment, job transfer, education, or political access, and, (g) the right to protection of the victim and/or reporter from criminal prosecution or civil lawsuit for the crime of sexual violence that has been reported. 2) The inhibiting factors are (a) difficulty in obtaining information on child victims of sexual violence, (b) pressure and threats made by the perpetrator, (c) the victim's unstable mental and psychological condition, and (d) many considerations for the victim if they have to take legal action.
