Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam membantu pemenuhan hak atas pekerjaan bagi penyandang disabilitas daksa yang dilakukan melalui program rehabilitasi sosial. Hal ini disebabkan adanya diskriminasi hak atas pekerjaan terhadap mereka yang termasuk kelompok rentan dalam hal ini penyandang disabilitas daksa. Kurangnya rasa percaya diri dan keterampilan kerja yang tidak mumpuni menjadikan para penyandang disabilitas daksa susah mendapatkan pekerjaan. Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Sosial Bina  Prof. Dr. Soeharso sebagai unit pelaksana teknis Kementerian Sosial bertugas melaksanakan program rehabilitasi sosial yang dibagi dalam tiga kegiatan yaitu rehabilitasi, resosialisasi, serta penyaluran dan bimbingan lanjut. Pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi ini ternyata mengalami berbagai hambatan di antaranya hambatan yang berasal dari internal dan eksternal. Wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen dilakukan dalam rangka menemukan gambaran lengkap beserta hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi sosial. Melalui program rehabilitasi sosial diharapkan tenaga kerja dengan kondisi disabilitas  ini dapat meningkatkan derajat sosial sehingga tercipta kemandirian dan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) telantar melalui Program Griya Peduli PMI Kota Surakarta. Kajian disusun dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rehabilitasi sosial yang dilaksanakan melalui Program Griya Peduli merupakan rehabilitasi sosial dasar yang dilaksanakan di dalam panti dengan lima tahap yakni pendekatan awal, asesmen, persiapan intervensi, intervensi dan resosialisasi. Inti pelaksanaan rehabilitasi untuk mengembalikan fungsi sosial dari ODGJ dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar. Dampak rehabiliasi sosial yang dilaksanakan berupa perubahan gaya hidup yang lebih sehat serta peningkatan keterampilan hidup dasar. Sedangkan hambatan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial berupa terbatasnya akses layanan kesehatan ke fasilitas kesehatan bagi ODGJ telantar yang baru saja bergabung ke program. Selain itu kondisi shelter juga kurang memadai. Meskipun pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial diwarnai dengan berbagai hambatan namun setidaknya upaya ini dapat memberikan kesejahteraan sosial bagi ODGJ telantar yang dirawat.Kata Kunci: rehabilitasi sosial, orang dengan gangguan jiwa telantar, program griya peduli

Abstract

Civic education contains material on law and politics. However, the fact have shown there are constraints faced by the teachers’ during the learning process due to the lack of knowledge, mastery, and understanding materials, especially regarding to the law material. Therefore, reinforcement at law material to civic education teacher is needed to support the learning process and achievement of civic education goals. As an effort to reinforcement law materials mastery and understanding, Law and Citizenship Research Group, Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University and MGMP PPKn, Sragen Regency, collaborated on mentoring civic education teachers through a community service program. The aims of this community service program are to: 1) enhance the knowledge, mastery, and understanding civic education teachers in law materials, 2) reinforce civic education teachers’ capacity to be a professional teacher. The benefit of this community service program is the sustainability of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, i.e. education, research, and community service program. The final results of this program is produce professional civic education teachers’ accordingly professional teachers’ competence based on the regulation about the Role of teacher and Lecturer (Undang-Undang No 14 Tahun) in 2005

Abstract

Pancasila and citizenship education (PPKn) plays an important role in cultivating the values of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika in students. The PPKn teacher's ability to convey this material is very important. This research aims to analyze the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) of PPKn teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Metro on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika material. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study of two class XII PPKn teachers. Data was collected through learning observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman technique. The research results showed that the first teacher showed PCK with good criteria in all components (teaching knowledge, student knowledge, and content knowledge). The second teacher showed PCK with fairly good criteria in all components. In general, both teachers have quite good PCK in teaching Bhinneka Tunggal Ika material. The first teacher showed better PCK than the second teacher.

Abstract

The state is responsible for respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of citizens, including groups with disabilities. One of the rights of groups with disabilities is the right to get employment opportunities. However, in reality there are still groups with disabilities whose rights to work opportunities have not been fulfilled. This study analyzes the empowerment of disabled workers conducted by PT. Protecda Kreasi Prima as an effort to fulfill the right to work opportunities for people with deaf disabilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and document studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that PT. Protecda Kreasi Prima through various production unit-based empowerment programs. This empowerment program has an impact on fulfilling the right to work opportunities, namely the potential for opening jobs for deaf disabilities such as beauty salons, mechanic workshops, cafes, providing information on work contracts at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the efforts of the non-governmental organization Kakak Foundation and to describe the inhibiting factors of the efforts of the non-governmental organization Yayasan Kepedulian untuk Anak (Kakak Foundation) in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. With data sources obtained from informants, documents, and places of events. The sampling technique was used with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity test uses triangulation of methods and data sources. While data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) Efforts of Non-Governmental Organization Kakak Foundation in protecting the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence in Surakarta City from the elaboration of laws and regulations related to the right to protection of child victims of sexual violence consists of 7 rights, namely (a) the right to the provision of information on protection rights and facilities, (b) the right to provide access to information on the implementation of protection, (c) the right to protection from the threat or violence of the perpetrator and other parties and the recurrence of violence, (d) the right to protection of identity confidentiality, (e) the right to protection from the attitude and behavior of law enforcement officers who humiliate victims, (f) the right to protection from loss of employment, job transfer, education, or political access, and, (g) the right to protection of the victim and/or reporter from criminal prosecution or civil lawsuit for the crime of sexual violence that has been reported. 2) The inhibiting factors are (a) difficulty in obtaining information on child victims of sexual violence, (b) pressure and threats made by the perpetrator, (c) the victim's unstable mental and psychological condition, and (d) many considerations for the victim if they have to take legal action. Abstract

Community Service Activities with the aim of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile through project-based learning, for teacher partners in the PPKn PPKn High School Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) Boyolali Regency. Community service is carried out by covering three stages, namely: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage is carried out in collaboration with the management of the SMA PPKn MGMP in Boyolali Regency, to share perceptions about Community Service activities and technical implementation. The implementation stage is carried out by a Workshop on strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, and Assistance in developing project-based learning model mastery. Evaluation stage. carried out after the completion of the activity and the overall evaluation of the activity, and the sustainability of the activity by making the MGMP PPKn SMA in Boyolali Regency a fostered partner. Project citizen learning is an alternative solution in shaping the profile of Pancasila students. Through Project Citizen learning, students have the ability to collaborate and think critically, besides that they can become Indonesian citizens and citizens of the world who are responsible and actively contribute.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) optimization of industry and labor services in an effort to fulfill the right to job training as a form of job skills development in Klaten Regency, (2) analyzing the inhibiting factors of the Klaten District Office of Industry and Labor in fulfilling the right to job training as a form of developing work skills. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. With data sourcess obtained using observations at the Industry and Labor Office of Klaten Regency and the Sewing Work Training Participants’, food processing and welding Homes, interviews with the Training and Work Placement Section and four sewing job training participant, two new entrepreneurial participants in food processing and welding and documentation that suports the research program. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data validity was tested using data triangulation amd method triangulation. While the data analysis technique according to Muhadjir with (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) conclusions. The results of this research are (1) optimization of industry and labor services in an effort to fulfill the right to job training as a form of job skills development in Klaten Regency, there are several things that are not yet optimal, including a) Not yet having a Job Training Center b) There are still problems with selection process and lack of job training program. Step taken by the Klaten Regency Industry and Labor Service to optimize job training by a) Utilizing Job Training Institutions b) Screening selection participation c) Increasing the number of training according to needs d) Providing other alternatives (2) Inhibiting factors for the industry and labor services in an effort to fulfill the right to job training as a form of job skills development in Klaten Regency, there are two things, including for the poor a) There are some teaching staff who do not have competent certificates and b) The training participant factor. And for people who are not in the poor category, a) There are no Job Training Centers, b) Inadequate infrastructure c) Training participant factors, and d) Programs for job placement are still limited.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the pedagogical content knowledge of Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers of SMA Negeri 5 Metro on the material of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This research uses a qualitative method by using Shulman's theory which consists of 5 factors: 1) teaching experience; 2) training; 3) learning facilities and infrastructure; 4) teacher self-efficacy; 5) teacher self-motivation. The objects in this study were 2 grade XII Civics teachers. Data analysis used in this study is based on the results of observation sheets, interviews, and documentation studies. The results concluded that the factors that influence teachers' pedagogical content knowledge are 1) teaching experience; 2) training; 3) learning facilities and infrastructure. The other additional finding factors are 1) educational background; 2) ownership of certain positions in the school organization.
