Abstract

ABSTRACT  The community is on one of these social media Fandom ID formed in april 2015, consists of the internet users who often keep a journal (blogging) about football that can be received and read by followers Fandom id. The main goal of peneltian to describe the management of twitter as a communication media on the community of fandom. Study of the theory used is a social media management consists of planning, activation, and surveillance as well as optimization.Methods a descriptive qualitative approach uses, the type of data used the data of the secondary data and prime. The technique of determination of the informants using purposive sampling, data collection is done with the interview and documentation. As for the data analysis technique used to use descriptive qualitative analysis.Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained conclusions that the management of Twitter as a communication medoa basically covers three things, namely planning, activation and monitoring, and optimization. The planning undertaken fandom hold meetings and evaluation every day and make a strategy of what to do to enable the target readership (traffic). Activation and subsequent supervision of fandom can accept Disclaimer and remove a twitt judged unsuitable, fandom had already ruled the football field could therefore filter which should be shared and which ones are unnecessary. Additional activation and supervision after the last optimization. optmalisasi covers all processes where Besides doing a meeting and evaluation of the fandom do editing that can be viewed from google trend of what is being discussed and many become trending on twitter at that moment. In conclusion the management of twitter as a communication medium in fandom id quite effective because its spread through twitter a very real time and easy to read at any time by the followers (follower) of fandom. Management via the medium of twitter can also invite the follower to keep active and participate to discuss what is currently crowded discussed. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik angkatan 2014 Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta terhadap peran media sosial facebook, dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif dalam proses pengumpulan data, penulis melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk menguji validitas data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik angkatan 2014 cenderung menggunakan facebook daripada media sosial lainnya, karena mempunyai fasilitas yang lengkap dan sangat mudah digunakan. Dengan adanya facebook, mahasiswa merasa eksis dan uptodate karena mendapat informasi yang lengkap, walaupun terkadang mahasiswa menemukan berita hoax, namun mereka menyikapi dengan mencari keaslian dan sumber dari berita hoax tersebut. Berdasar hasil penelitian maka dapat diajukan saran untuk mengetahui peran media sosial terhadap perubahan perilaku mahasiswa, diantaranya lebih timbul sikap bijak dan kritis terhadap berita atau pesan yang diterima sehingga tidak akan ada perilaku yang bersifat negatif atau menyimpang dari etika komunikasi.Kata kunci : media sosial, perubahan perilaku, mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik.

Salah satu desa wisata yang menarik untuk dikaji ialah Desa Wisata Kaki Langit yang terletak di Desa Mangunan, Kecamatan Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian, karena dianggap memiliki potensi administrasi keuangan dilihat dari jumlah pendapatan yang diterima dari sejumlah destinasi wisata yang disajikan. Secara administratif, desa ini memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang baik, sehingga tidak heran jika desa ini terpilih sebagai desa wisata yang mewakili DI Yogyakarta dalam lomba desa wisata tingkat nasional tahun 2017 lalu. Abstract

ABSTRACTPT. GO-JEK INDONESIA is one of  business entity that concentrate  in business field in transportation service industry sector which focuses on Ojek online (GO-JEK) . The company was founded by Nadiem  Makarim in 2011 and Go-Jek is present at Solo city on May 26th, 2016. Go-Jek presents a communications technology based on mobile internet applications, where this application is effectively used in everyday activities. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of PT application technology. Go-Jek Indonesia in Soloraya. The theory used in this research is communication technology of mobile internet application and communication effectiveness. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study use interview techniques, observation and documents. Validity of data is  using data triangulation  technique. Data analysis techniques performed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. In conclusion that application technology PT. Go-Jek Indonesia has given effectiveness and changes the consumer action patterns in the use of Go-Jek applications in everyday life. This effectiveness is seen from the effects of consumers who prefer Go-Jek than conventional services or other online transportation services.Keywords: communication technology, Go-Jek app

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pentingnya kajian administrasi kepariwisataan perlu disadari oleh pengelola wisata. Seringkali pengelola wisata mengabaikan analisis terkait jumlah kunjungan, sehingga kurang tepat dalam memetakan potensi wisata yang ada. Penelitian ini mengkaji administrasi kepariwisataan di Desa Wisata Kaki Langit yang terletak di Desa Mangunan, Kecamatan Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul. Desa ini dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian, karena dianggap memiliki pencatatan administrasi kepariwisataan yang baik, dilihat dari terpilihnya desa ini sebagai desa wisata yang mewakili DI Yogyakarta dalam lomba desa wisata tingkat nasional tahun 2017 lalu. Riset ini memfokuskan studi kasus pada 4 (empat) destinasi wisata di desa tersebut, meliputi : Destinasi Dahromo, Seribu Batu, Bukit Panguk, dan Bukit Mojo. Kata kunci : desa wisata, administrasi keuangan, potensi

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpove of this research is to know the level of quality of health service in the health Gondangrejo, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency. Researchers use research approach was qualitative. Qualitative methods are descriptive. Data types and sources of data that researchers use are primary data and secondary data with techniques of data and collecting through interviews to the patient and the medical officer at the health Gondangrejo, as well as survey directly to obtain the required data is data about how the quality of health services tn the health Gondangrejo. The method of collecting informants researchers use is purposive sampling with informan 1 person administrative sub division chair, 1 person nurse, 2 person midwife, 1 person chairman the ER, 1 person doctor, 1 officer and 18 man pharmacists patients.The results of research on the quality of health services in the health Gondangrejo, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, measured using the 5 public service quality indicator : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empaty.The ministry of public health conducted by the gondangrejo’ve been effective because it was getting a good asseaament indicators are used, this is indicated by the quote the results of interviews with researchers patients and some medical officer in the health Gondangrejo. These five indicators of the quality of service that has already been examined by researchers, based on the results of interviews indicate that the quality of health services provided is already “ GOOD” and as expected by the patients. Keywords : Quality of service, Clinics, Qualitative

Abstract

This research studied the Effect of World Trade Organization on Investment and Trading Policy with A Case Study on the Member Countries’ Objection against Mineral and Coal Law Number 4 of 2009 using realism, international organization, international cooperation and international trading theory approaches.  The data employed consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected using interview method. Secondary data was obtained from literature, article, journal and other sources relevant to the research. The conclusion of research was that Indonesia was prosecuted in WTO’s dispute settlement agency as some WTO’s member countries were objected with the Mineral and Coal Law Number 4 of 2009 considered as not consistent with WTO’s provision. However, Indonesia declined it with the reason that it could increase the added value of Mineral and Coal product for the nation welfare. It indicated that in WTO’s International Organization every member country still had opportunity of defending the national interest.  Keywords: Multilateral Trading System, Investment Policy, and Mining Sector Trade, national interest

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to describe and analysis about local regulation of central java number 6 year 2013 about population control and implementation policy of family planning program in wonogiri. In case to support this analysis of implementation policy of family planning program , it basically used the theory of model implementation by Van Meter and Van Horn.This research is literally used descriptive qualitative methode. It called purposive sample and snowball technique. Whereas observing, interviewing and documentation is the part of the collection data technique.And the result of this study is generally, the family planning program in Wonogiri is good. But in the other hand, socialization and counseling are not equally handle by department of counseling field of family program. It cause the limited resources in their region. Citizents are generally had the basic socialization by doctor and nurse. Keywords: implementation, family planning, socialization.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThere is one of Ulama or Dai which spreading Islam by dakwah communication method as have done by Walisongo that is used art method long time ago. He is Habib Syekh bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf, who did not start his dakwah by using shalawatan art and he just get 200 jamaah/ congegation. But after he used shalawatan art, the congegations reached to fifteen thousands in his recitation of Islam.Metode Komunikasi Dakwah Habib Syekh Bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf dalam Meningkatkan Budaya Shalawatan Dikalangan Jama’ah Majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa Surakarta is a research which aimed to describe the method of dakwah communication by Habib Syekh bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf to increased shalawatan tradition in the congegation circle of jama’ah majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa Surakarta.This research using qualitative descriptive method with 8 informants, there are key informant by Habib Syekh himself, two delegation from Islam religion leader, two delegations of Ahbaabul Musthofa hadrah personel, and three delegations from Ahbaabul Musthofa congegation. This research did by interview, direct observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used interactive data analysis technique there are data collection, data reduction, data presentation then conclusion. To measure the data validity, the researcher used triangulation sources technique, it is different informants but using the same technique.The result of this research showed that dakwah communication method which used by Habib Syekh bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf to increase shalawatan tradition in congegation circle of jamaah majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa Surakarta by speech method and art. Speech method include of Nasehat, Tabsyir ( good news for prophet Muhammad), Tandzir (warning), Wasiat and Kisah. Whereas art method of Habib Syekh in his dakwah activities with shalawatan art which is reflecting shalawat in qasidah style go along with hadrah or rebana music. Speech method and art is very effective to increase shalawatan tradition in the congengation circle of jamaah majlis Ahbaabul Musthofa, indicated by changing effect in the jamaah such as cognitive effect (knowledge) that happened in the jamaah whom can infiltrated the reading of shalawat which reflect. Affective effect (attitude) which indicated by emotional side of jamaah more be controled by theirselves, and behavioral effect (action) which indicated by the congegations that participated and competed to create hadrah group.keywords :  communication, dakwah communication method, Shalawatan tradition

Abstract

ABSTRAKKomunikasi interpersonal dilakukan guru bimbingan konseling untuk dapat membina siswa dan untuk memberikan arahan kepada siswa agar siswa dapat berperilaku baik dan disiplin saat disekolah. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori komunikasi interpersonal dan pelayanan bimbingan konseling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan fenomena dan fakta-fakta yang terjadi dilapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun objek penelitian adalah komunikasi interpersonal guru BK dengan siswa kelas X SMK Purnama Surakarta dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu dengan memilih informan yang dianggap atau dirasa memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai terhadap objek penelitian. Validitas data yang peneliti gunakan adalah triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi interpersonal guru BK dengan siswa berjalan dengan baik karena ada perubahan sikap dari siswa menjadi lebih baik, maka dengan perubahan sikap tersebut, prestasi siswa dapat meningkat. Kesimpulan  dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah keberhasilan guru BK dalam melakukan komunikasi interpersonal dengan siswa, sehingga dapat merubah sikap dan perilaku siswa di sekolah.Kata kunci : Komunikasi interpersonal, Bimbingan konseling
