DIPLOMASI PUBLIK PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA MELALUI PARIWISATA HALAL Garit Bira WidhastiChristy DamayantiHerning Suryo SardjonoProgram Studi Ilmu Hubungan Internasional Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu PolitikUniversitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta  ABSTRACTThis research aims to explain the existence of tourism as Indonesian soft power which developed through Halal Tourism as part of Indonesian public diplomacy. Indonesia seeks to shape perception of international Muslim society through tourism that brings Islamic value, cultural value, and universal value that is believed to be more readily accepted by the society as well as the belief that tourism is an activity that will facilitate the communication process between government and the society. The explaination of public diplomacy by Indonesian government through Halal Tourism will be done with the englighten of the Halal Tourism campaign activity and its development. By using the theory of public diplomacy and nation branding, this research make use of qualitative method with primary data document-based research and explained by descriptive method. Through analysis of Halal Tourism campaign activity, the researcher concludes that the public diplomacy by Indonesian government through Halal Tourism campaign towards the Middle East’s Muslim society was established to embed, to emerge, and to evolve the positive image of Indonesia.  In the progress, public diplomacy through Halal Tourism reinforce Indonesian position in Global Muslim Tourism Index, escalate Indonesian achievement in World’s Halal Tourism Award, and increase the number of Muslim tourist arrival.  Key word: Soft Power, Public Diplomacy, Halal Tourism, Indonesian Image

The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative. This study aims to describe frame comparison of cases of alleged blasphemy of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok after the reporting of religious defamation until the first trial. Data collection techniques use the completion stage, the data analysis phase, and the interpretation stage. And data analysis techniques use framing analysis model of Zhong and Pan framework and Gerald M. Kosicki. The result of this research is Kompas.com framing the news with attempts to try to build public opinion that Ahok is not necessarily guilty, and by presenting the expert statement which convey that Ahoks statement is not included in an act of defaming religion by presenting the news of Ahok. Siswanta, M.Si  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out the relations between media exposure of television on Dangdut Academy Program in Indosiar with adolescent perception. The type of research is explanatory research. Location of research in Andong Village Boyolali The population of this study is adolescent 15-19 years old in Andong village. Sampling technique used accidental sampling with sampel 70 adolescent. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. Techniques of collecting data used documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique used rank spearman correlation. The result of research with rank spearman correlation is obtained result of rs value of 0.607, where the value of correlation coefficient is positive so that there is relationship media exposure of television in Dangdut Academy program with adolescent perception at Andong Village Boyolali.. PENGARUH KLAIM REOG PONOROGO OLEH MALAYSIA TERHADAP HUBUNGAN BILATERAL INDONESIA-MALAYSIA Satrio Suryo NegoroDra. Chirsty Damayati, M.siDrs. GPH. Dipokokusumo, M.siThis thesis discusses the effect of Malaysia’s claims for Reog Ponorogo on Indonesia-Malaysia bilateral relation. National culture gives a nation the typical characteristic; Reog Ponorogo is a dancing cultural art belonging to Indonesia. Reog is a national culture and soft power that can be used by Indonesia to affect other countries; therefore Indonesia defends soft power it has verily. Indonesia as a national power and herewith Indonesia emphasizes on soft power as it is a very useful power to cooperate with other countries. Because Reog Ponorogo is very attractive, it makes Malaysia claim it as their culture. In this case, the research employed national cultural theory, national and bilateral relationship. And the method employed was qualitative method by collecting primary and secondary data from books, journal and literature, and interview. In this presence of cultural claim, Indonesian government initiated to register the cultures it has to UNNESCO in order to be recognized by other countries. In this case, the claim for Indonesian culture by Malaysia affected Indonesia-Malaysia bilateral relation in which both of them had established much cooperation in many sectors; this case impacted on, among others: mistreatment against Indonesian workers in Malaysia, inhibited investment of both countries leading to the decreased economic income, decreased number of Indonesian workers going to Malaysia annually, reduced number of student exchanges between countries and no cooperation between students studying in Malaysia an those studying in Indonesia. Abstract

AbstractTwitter is able to form a diverse public opinion through the dissemination of information widely and quickly. The background of this issue is twitter as an application that many young people including students still love it until now. Twitter is a photo sharing application, status updates with digital images, and share it using hashtags. Twitters common usage as a place to upload photos and share opinions to other users. Twitter spreading a lot of political hoax news that ca harm and even divide many parties. Political hoax news is a false preaching or deceitful attempt, outsmarting the reader or listener to believe in something, whereas the false creator of the news knows that the news is false. This research described how the political hoax news through social media of twitter affects the opinion of students of the Faculty of Communication of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.Located at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This research used the theories from William Albiq said that a number of opinions from the opinions of individuals who obtained through debate and public opinion is the result of interaction between individuals in a public. Technique of collecting data obtained by purposive sampling through interview with information, observation and documentation. The results obtained show that the political hoax news circulating in social media of twitter did not give influenced that could harm or enmity among the students. Students are looking for a reliable source of news. With the news of political hoax circulating nitizens was troubled, but no matter and no favors.Keywords: Twitter, News Hoax, Public Opinion

Abstract

ABSTRAKSkripsi ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai ASEAN Power Grid dalam membangunkeamanan energi ASEAN. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membatasi tahun yaitu, fokuspenelitian pada tahun 2015-2017. Berbagai isu yang sedang berkembang di duniaInternasional, baik isu tradisional maupun isu non tradisional. Salah satu isu non tradisionalyaitu mengenai permasalah energi. ASEAN mengakui peran penting dari sebuahinfrastruktur listrik yang efisien dan kompeten untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan danpembangunan ekonomi regional. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah PenelitianKualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dengan pihakDitjen Ketenagalistrikan Kementerian ESDM, ACE, KeTTHA, dan melalui data sekunderdengan melakukan studi pustaka pada buku, jurnal ataupun dokumen yang berkaitan denganpenelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah, dalam rangka membangun keamananenergi di kawasan ASEAN khususnya energi listrik. Indonesia menjalin hubungankerjasama interkoneksi listrik lintas batas dengan Malaysia yang keduannya tergabungdalam anggota ASEAN. Kerjasama ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan energilistrik khususnya di kawasan perbatasan antara Indonesia dengan Malaysia yang belummendapatkan pasokan listrik yang memadai. Dengan menjalin hubungan kerjasamainterkoneksi listrik ini, Indonesia dan Malaysia turut membangun keamanan energi dikawasan ASEAN. Abstract

ABSTRACT                This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of village chief leadership  towards community participation in building talud and roads in the Pingkuk village, Jatiroto Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency;(2) the influence of motivation on towards community participation in building talud and roads in the Pingkuk Village, Jatiroto Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency; (3) the Influence of village leadership and motivation simultaneously on community participation in the building talud and road in Pingkuk Village, Jatiroto Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency.               This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The subject of research is the whole community in the village of Pingkuk with a population of 1500. Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples used amounted to 306 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Next test instrument use test validity and reliability tests. Test precondition analysis using a classic assumption test comprising : test test autocorrelation, multicollinearity, normality tests, heteroskedastisitas test. Then test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression.               The results showed;(1)there is a positive and significant influence between the village chiefs leadership on community participation in building talud and roads in Pingkuk Village by 40.9% in a moderate interpretation; (2) there is positive and significant influence between motivation to society participation in building of talud and road in Pingkuk Village 30,3%, in low interpretation; (3) there is positive and significant influence between village head leadership and motivation simultaneously to society participation in the construction of talud and roads in Pingkuk Village, Jatiroto Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency by 34.2%.  Keywords: leadership, motivation, public participation

Abstract

This thesis aimed to discuss Human Security principle in NATO’s Humanitarian Intervention in Libya in the conflict occurring between Moammar Khadafi, and opposition group (NTC) and Libyan people. This conflict occurred due to people’s dissatisfaction with Khadafi’s dictator leadership. Some elements of human security were also broken by Khadafi’s regime. During the conflict, many people became the victim of violence and human right infringement committed by Khadafi and his proponent soldiers. UN’s Security Council released resolution no.1970 on February 26, 2011 imposing mild sanction to Khadafi. However, this resolution did not lead Khadafi to cease his action. Thus, UN’s Security Council released again the resolution no. 1973 underlying military intervention by NATO. This intervention aimed to stop infringement against human rights by Moammar Khadafi’s government against civilians.  The theories employed to analyze this thesis were international organization, human security, and humanitarian intervention. This thesis was studied using a qualitative research. The type of data employed was secondary data; technique of collecting data used was library study taken from document, journal, and internet. From the result of research, it could be concluded that humanitarian intervention could be done when human right infringement occurred in a country, but it still had humanity intervention, and accompanied with national interest of NATO’s dominant member countries. Abstract

                Research on the relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient in clinic post Laweyan, surakarta aims to find out the relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient. Methods used quantitative methods associative. The analysis used pearson product moment.The results of the analysis of the data shows the five dimensions of service quality have a positive correlation with patient satisfaction Clinics Post with correlation of Tangible (Physical Ketampakan) 0,556; Reability 0.665 (reliability); Responsiveness (Responsiveness) 0.520; Assurance (Assurance) 0.665; Emphaty (Attention) 0.665 significance level where p 0.000 < 0.05.Thus it can be concluded that is  "there is a relationship between the quality of service to the satisfaction of the patient In Clinic Post Laweyan, Surakarta". Keywords: quality of service, Patient Satisfaction
