Abstract

Marine Plastic Debris is one of the threats of the environment threatened society, in domestic and international. The threat happens because of the factors that caused the human behavior, then it cause the damage to nature and a threat itself for a country. Because there is no waste management plastic that has been used copiously. The problem of Marine Plastic Debris resulted in the number of the impact that caused, ranging from the environment because of the damage marine ecosystems, the economy of the coastal society who decreased, to the public health. As a result of the problem, Marine Plastic Debris makes an important problem that should be handled by the Indonesian government. This is because it can be one of the closure developments in Indonesia. This study tried to analyze how the government’s strategy of Indonesia in management of plastic marine debris for tackling a security threat to the environment. The results of this research are able to give a few clarity about how the obligation, responsibility, and a form of protection that should be given by the country. Abstract

It can be seen that individuals in Indonesia are not too happy either in young children, adults, or elderly. Troubel always come to each individual. According to Ki Suryomentaran, life is the place where we will feel sad and happy. Without any waves of problems in an individuals’ life then they will not be capable of achieving welfare. Every individual is expected to have a good life by applying Carl Rodgers’ Theory about perseon-centered counseling in which the counselor can help the clients understand their ability and capability in actualizing themselves and lead them to achieve happiness in their life. A Counselor can also help clients who were born with weak mentality to face the problems in their life so that they do not suffer from depression and inability to cope with those problems. Abstract

Due to advances in technology, now in – store shopping for our needs is the past; we just stay at home to find our needs. Consumers must have access and knowledge of the internet shop online. Once the infrastructure is ready, the internet can give consumers easy access to information and shopping quickly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, regardless of their geographic location. The development of shopping through the online system in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Indonesia is becoming one of the trending countries with an online store presence. The emergence of various online stores such as Kaskus, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee, and Lazada proves the case. The research method used is qualitative - quantitative with descriptive technique. Data collection is questionnaires distributed to 150 people. The results provide empirical evidence that there are significant effects of attitude, perceived behavioural control, and subjective norm variables on online shopping behaviour variable. Abstract

Covid-19 became one of the biggest epidemics that changed the economic, political, social and cultural structure. All countries on this earth experienced this epidemic, but the attitude was different and efforts to overcome the impact of the epidemic in Indonesia have not shown positive developments and experienced symptoms of social rejection from the community. The main problem facing this pandemic is why the condition of the socio-cultural environment of the Indonesian people responding to co-19 is difficult to control with science. Efforts to Strengthen Literacy Means of strengthening the social impact of the pandemic can begin with the optimization of social media in socializing the impact of the pandemic. Another supporting element of strengthening during this era is that the principle of example has not yet fully emerged in overcoming this disease. Covid-19 as a global pandemic is a very clear example of the impact of globalization. As a global problem, this requires a response that is also global without prejudice to social handling. Abstract

Tourism is a new type of industry that can accelerate economic growth and employment provision, increase income and standard of living, and stimulate other productive sectors. Samosir regency is a tourism destination that has captivated both international and domestic tourists because of the stunning natural beauty of Lake Toba.This study aims to discover and analyze the effect of experiential quality and experiential value on tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba, Samosir regency. The population in this study were tourists of unspecified number visiting Lake Toba in Samosir regency. The number of samples were 140 respondents. The study involved accidental sampling technique, questionnaire in data collection, and multiple linear regression on data analysis. The results of this study indicated that simultaneously experiential quality and experiential value significantly influenced tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba in Samosir Regency. Partial test showed that experiential quality and experiential value had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Lake Toba, Samosir regency. Abstract

Persepsi adalah suatu proses memilih, mengatur dan menginterpretasikan informasi mengenai suatu produk barang atau jasa oleh konsumen, Persepsi tidak hanya terjadi dalam bentuk rangsangan fisik tapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pemasaran yang ada. Pelayanan Telekomunikasi Bandarjaya, Secara praktis, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai masukan yang berarti bagi perkembangan PT. Telkom (Persero) dalam mengantisipasi kendala serta hambatan dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan yang sedang dilaksanakan. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini dapat dianggap sebagai sumbangan dalam menguji dan menerapkan teori-teori baru terhadap masalah pelayanan publik.Bobot kualitas penelitian sosial ditentukan oleh kemampuan untuk mewujudkan dua kali kategori kualitas yaitu visi (vision) dan presisi. Mengenai jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif Dapat juga diketahui bahwa nilai indeks yang paling rendah dari total kuesioner penelitian yang diberikan oleh responden adalah terletak pada kuesioner tentang Tentang Pelayanan Pegawai dan Pimpinan dihubungi jika ada keluhan yang hanya memperoleh nilai indeks 1,89%. Kemudian nilai indeks yang termasuk sedang adalah terletak pada kuesioner tentang Pelanggan Tentang Pelayanan Tarif yang ditetapkan Telkom yang memperoleh nilai indeks 2,87 % dan nilai indeks termasuk tinggi adalah terletak pada kuesioner tentang Pelanggan Tentang Pelayanan mengenai Jasa Layanan Operator 108 secara keseluruhan yang memperoleh nilai indeks 3,23%. Sedangkan Nilai rata-rata Indeks sejumlah 2,68%, dengan nilai indeks Sedang. Dalam penyelenggaraan telekomunikasi yang menyangkut sikap dan persepsi pemakai jasa dan kalangan tertentu diduga keterkaitan dengan kurangnya pengetahuan, konsumen memerlukan mutu pelayanan Telekomunikasi pada saat ini, ternyata masih belum dapat dirasakan oleh konsumen itu sendiri pelayanan yang mengarah kepada kepuasan pelanggan.. Abstract

This research entitled Analysis of Students' Trends in Continuing Education in Senior High School in Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 Academic Year was conducted from August to September 2020 at SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta. This study aims to determine how to analyze the tendency of students to continue their education in high school in class IX students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the academic year 2019/2020 " The subjects of this study were class IX counselor, student affairs, parents class IX, and grade IX students. The object of this research is the analysis of the selection of further studies in high school by discussing it in a qualitative study. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation methods. The validity of the data in this study was triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. In this study, data analysis using Miles and Huberman's model. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion is that 95% of students continue their education in high school, and 5% of students do not continue their education in high school. And as many as 30% of students continue their education in SMA on the grounds that they want to develop the academic field and want to continue their education at university, and 65% of students continue their education at SMK on the grounds that they want to work after graduating from SMK. In addition, the trend in continuing education in high school is strongly influenced by the guidance and counseling teachers who always provide motivation, information, and conduct individual counseling for students who find it difficult to determine education after graduating from junior high school, besides that the school and counselor collaborate with existing high schools in Soloraya to hold outreach to grade IX students. Thus, class IX students of SMP N 18 Surakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year tend to continue their education in high school after completing junior high school. Abstract

The background of this research is the emergence of religious radicalism and intolerant behavior by some groups of people in various parts of Indonesia, including Surakarta, which, if not addressed immediately, can threaten harmonious social life in the society. The Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) was formed by the Ministry of Religion whose main objective is to established harmony between religious communities, to foster religious tolerance. One of its main tasks is to carry out dialogue with religious and community leaders. The purpose of this study was to describe the dialogical communication process carried out by the Surakarta FKUB with these religious and community leaders. Referring to the constructivist paradigm, this study uses qualitative methods. This study concluded that dialogical communication carried out by FKUB Surakarta was quite effective in overcoming differences, could prevent radicalism and lead to tolerant understanding, attitudes and behavior among the Surakarta community. Abstract

In order to handle children in conflict with the law, the public must be directly involved in enforcing criminal law, so that they can judge whether the criminal case settlement process can bring justice or not and participate through an institution that oversees the implementation of the criminal justice system. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the extent of community participation in assisting children who commit crimes so that it can help reduce trauma to create a good future for children. This research is used to find a model of community participation in mentoring children who commit crimes based on primary data and secondary data This community participation is a new breakthrough in the model of assisting children in conflict with the law, in order to reduce the trauma caused by the imposition of criminal sanctions. Abstract

Until now, there are two main types of technology that could produce vehicle tires–bias tires and radial tires. The technology to produce bias tires had been around for decades, then the newer technology was launched to produce what was called the radial tires. As a result, although previously all vehicle used bias tires, now almost all passenger cars use radial tires. The bias tires are suitable only for vehicles that move on rough roads such as trucks and buses. This paper attempts to estimate the declining trend of the bias tire demand. Logarithm function was used to estimate the decline over a decade and the demand was forecasted using the moving average model, the exponential smoothing model, and the double exponential smoothing model. Moreover, SWOT analysis was performed to analyze the bias tires business. The results of this research clearly show that the bias tire demand for trucks and buses was declining rapidly within a couple years. Businesses that can still gain opportunity for the bias tires are the motorcycle tire business, the off-road tire business, and the agricultural vehicle tire business.
