The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate and career development directly on employee performance, to analyze the direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to analyze the indirect effect of organizational climate and career development on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses an associative approach method. The population and research sample are employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office in the Safey Riks Snd Quality Control Unit, totaling 42 people. In testing the hypothesis is done by using the Partial Least Square test. The results of this study indicate that directly organizational climate has no significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. While the test indirectly states that organizational climate and career development affect employee performance through employee job satisfaction at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth on Debt to Equity Ratio, determine the effect of return on equity on Debt to Equity Ratio, determine the effect of Firm Size on Debt to Equity Ratio, determine the effect of total assets turnover on Debt to Equity Ratio and to determine the effect of sales growth, return on equity, size and total assets turnover on the Debt to Equity Ratio in Metal and Similar Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection technique is done by using documentation study technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that return on equity had a negative and insignificant effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio. Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio. Total asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio. And simultaneously Sales growth, Return On Equity, Firm Size and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio in Metal and Similar Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 – 2018

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics on employee job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction and to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan, amounting to 60 people. The sample technique used is saturated sample, thus the sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of work ethics on job satisfaction, there is a negative and significant effect of work stress on job satisfaction, and there is an influence of work ethics and work stress on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan

This research was conducted to determine how the influence of leadership on performance, how the influence of motivation on employee performance, how the influence of work discipline on employee performance and to determine the effect simultaneously on the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) North Sumatra. . The population used in this study were all employees of the Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) North Sumatra 2019, totaling 37 people. he data collection technique used a questionnaire, then analyzed the data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the results show that leadership, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. the performance of employees of the Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) North Sumatra.

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer trust, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the effect of trust in customer loyalty and analyze the indirect influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty through trust in Starred Hotels in Medan. The approach used in this study was an associative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaire and study documentation. The sampling technique was a non-probability sampling technique. While the sample in the study were 150 hotel customers. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results show that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The role of customer trust significantly mediates the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Starred Hotels in Medan.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee morale at the North Labuhanbatu Population and Civil Registration Service either partially or simultaneously. This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees at the North Labuhanbatu Civil Registration and Population Service, totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially job stress had no significant effect on morale. Partially work motivation has a significant effect on morale. Partially the work environment has no significant effect on morale. Simultaneously work stress, work motivation and work environment have a significant influence on employee morale at the North Labuhanbatu Population and Civil Registration Service.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, job analysis and career development patterns on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This research uses an associative approach. The population and sample of this research are employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office Electrical and Mechanical Facility Division totaling 65 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially compensation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, job analysis has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, career development patterns have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation, job analysis and career development patterns have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance - Medan, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance - Medan and to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture. on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance - Medan. The population of this study were all 60 permanent employees of PT Federal International Finance-Medan. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that partially transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Federal International Finance - Medan and that transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Federal International Finance – Medan.

This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Labuhanbatu Utara, totaling 32 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially communication has an influence on performance. Partially workload has an influence on performance. Partially motivation has no significant effect on performance, and simultaneously communication, workload and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Labuhanbatu Utara.

This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Electrical And Mechanical Facility Division at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office, amounting to 60 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially training does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially career development has a significant influence on employee performance. And simultaneously competence, training and career development have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office.
