Abstract

The purpose of this research is to  analyse  the  Effect of Technology  as moderator  variable Throught the relationship of Internal Networking (production and distribution) with SME’s business performance. This study  have been done in Covid-19 Pendemy at Medan City. The unit of analysis of this research is Small Medium Industry (IKM)  company, where those company located in one area (cluster Small Medium Industry ). The population of this research are 103 IKM and the sample are 103 IKM (census).Data collection  was used questionnaire, where the respondent are the owner of the IKM company. The questionnaire  response was high where 3 owner rejected  to made responsed (rejeccted), thus this research have 100 questionnaires reponses. The analysis method was using Hierarchi Regression and process analysis was used SPPS. The results of the research showed that the production and distribution have positive and significant effect with IKM performance. The effect of technology as moderator effect was found that negative and significant influence the relationship production and distribution with IKM performance. Thus, the effect of technology as moderator variable in pendemic Covid-19 was not dominant, because of the IKM compay faced decreased demand and indeed influence of Sales Margin.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus pandemic during 2020 has become the material for research & investigation in building a priority model for the resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the resilience of MSMEs in coastal, urban and Plateau agricultural areas in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province (PSU). Data collection techniques in this study are secondary data collection (the income and production aspects of one-quarter of MSME during the COVID-19 pandemic which is calculated by averages and regional positions), observation and interviews. The analysis technique used is the Analysis Hierarchy Process. The results show the trend of MSME resilience in the aspects of income and production, researchers who get production value always experience a general decline, so that prioritization in decision making in MSME resilience becomes a solution for decision-makers, product packaging, distribution networks and the need for agricultural and food products are priorities major for the community. Dissemination and guidance on awareness using a marketing model through social media for MSME actors has an impact on changing thinking and income, and the role of all decision-makers in obtaining information as an effective workflow and policy to build sustainable small and medium industries amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the marketing approach during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of MSMEs with technology as a moderating variable with the research subject in the Medan City Court Street workshop. This thesis uses an associative and quantitative analysis approach. The population of this research is all workshop entrepreneurs who are on the street of Medan Court. Saturated sample is the entire population of 100 respondents as the sample of this study. The data collection approach has been tested for validity and reliability by reporting, interviews, and questionnaires. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS) is an analysis of the data used in this study. The results showed that: (1) With a value of 0.767 and a P-value of 0.0033, the effect of production on the performance of MSMEs is positive and significant. (2) With a result of 0.000 (0.05), technology moderates the impact of production on MSME performance positively and significantly. (3) production on the performance of MSMEs is positive and significant with a value of 0.468 and a P-Value of 0.042 (4). direct marketing to the performance of MSMEs with a value of -0.265 and a P-Value of 0.000. (6) the positive and significant effect of direct marketing on the performance of MSMEs, which is moderated by technology, shows the result of 0.000 (0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

The Angkasa Gemilang Aviation Education and Training Institute is an aviation training and education institution that was established in 2008. Its students come from high school graduates or the equivalent. From 2008 to 2015 the number of students continued to increase, but from 2016 to 2020 the number of students continued to decline by more than 50%. This is what underlies the research, namely to formulate the right competitive strategy. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with interviews and direct questionnaires to both internal and external sources. Analysis of the input stage is carried out with the IFE, EFE, CPM matrix, the matrix stage with the IE Matrix, Grand Strategy, SWOT, and the decision stage with the QSPM matrix. Then the implementation of the chosen strategy with the Short-Term and Long-Term Logical Framework is carried out. The strategy analysis concludes that the company's position is in quadrant I with an aggressive strategy to the promotion of market selection by aggressively and more broadly utilizing information and communication technology optimally.

Abstract

Many young people become unemployed, so that fostering an entrepreneurial spirit is believed to be an alternative to overcome limited employment and reducing the number of unemployed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education, self efficacy, locus of control and entrepreneurial character in the interest of entrepreneurship among undergraduate students. The location of this research is Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra Faculty of Business Management, Medan Area University Faculty of Economics and Business, and Islamic University of North Sumatra Faculty of Economics and Business. The three universities were chosen because they already have a business incubator center, the number of samples used was 125 people (Quata sampling). Where research respondents are students who have taken the Entrepreneurship course (purposive sampling). Data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used, multiple linear regression, simple regression, and determinant coefficients. Based on the partial test (t test), it was found that there was a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest. This is indicated by t count of 0.512 and sig of 0.610 where sig 0.05, There is a positive and significant effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial interest. This is indicated by t count of 7.167 and sig of 0.000 where sig 0.05, there is a positive but not significant effect of Locus of Control on entrepreneurial interest. This is indicated by t count of 1.607 and sig of 0.111 where sig 0.05, there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial character on entrepreneurial interest. This is indicated by t count of 4,794 sig of 0,000 where sig 0,05. Based on the results of simultaneous testing there are positive and significant effects of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, locus of control and entrepreneurial character on entrepreneurial interest. In the F test results obtained the calculated F value of 81.531 and sig of 0.000, where sig F 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.731.

Abstract

The data analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.588 and a P-value of 0.000. (2). Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.180 and a P value of 0.013. (3). Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.365 and P-Values of 0.000. (4). Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.230 and a P-value of 0.008. (5). The purchase decision has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.640 and a value of P 0.000. (6). Product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with a value of 0.084 and a P-value of 0.016. (7). Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with a value of 0.148 and P-Values of 0.008.

Abstract

The approach used is descriptive quantitative where data analysis techniques are a way of collecting and clarifying information related to the problem under study. And the sample used is a saturated sample where 60 individuals from 30 consumer companies become the test population. To measure the dimensions and indicators used measures of validity and reliability, service quality is divided into 5 dimensions and 25 indicators so that the degree of service quality is in accordance with consumer perceptions and expectations to produce customer satisfaction. What needs to be covered for quadrant II is 24-hour office operations, providing a team that is always available to manage customers, ensuring protection of product distribution, on-time delivery  of goods, speed of consumer response are positive perceptions that need to be preserved. Quadrant III is the assurance dimension where customer attention and feedback is handled quickly, the organization reacts to customers very quickly, provides clear communication to customers, speed of problem solving time, employee responsiveness to operational problems is continuously improved for performance improvement. To achieve greater customer satisfaction, quadrant IV on the dimensions of empathy, changes and improvements must be made.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the level of community satisfaction as measured by reality (tangiable), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy (empathy for the realization of the implementation of RPJMDes and analyze priority strategies in increasing community satisfaction). to the realization of the implementation of RPJMDes in Air Genting Village, Asahan Regency. This study used a descriptive and verification approach. The population of this study was a village community with criteria aged 16-55 years of 4,543 people. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. through a questionnaire (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 20 with analysis of the Level of Conformity Index and Cartesian diagram. ba h that the level of satisfaction of the Air Genting community is categorized as important. The results of the Cartesian diagram show that 14 attributes occupy the B quadrant which must be maintained.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pengolahan PKS Sawit Langkat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di pengolahan PKS Sawit Langkat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV yang berjumlah 67 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif sedang yaitu sebanyak 67 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 17, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di pengolahan PKS Sawit Langkat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (2) secara parsial variabel kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di pengolahan PKS Sawit Langkat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV; (3) secara parsial variabel motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di pengolahan PKS Sawit Langkat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV; (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawaan di pengolahan PKS Sawit Langkat PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV.
