Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there  is influence of labor discipline against the employee satisfaction,  Is  there  any  effect  of  competence  on  employee  satisfaction,  Is  there  any  influence  of organizational  culture  on  employee  satisfaction,  Is  there  any  influence  of  labor  discipline  of organizational culture and Is there any influence between labor discipline competence and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees at the Plantation Office of North Sumatra Province.The  population  in  this  study  were  all  employees  remain  on  duty  Plantation  North  Sumatra Province  which  amounted  to  130  people.  Sample  study  determined  using  census  sampling  or  sampling techniques  that  saturated  the  entire  study  population  sampled.  Data  were  analyzed  using  path  analysis model, classic assumption test and parameter estimation and hypothesis testing.Work  discipline  against  the  employee  satisfaction  has  a  positive  and  significant  impact, competencies  on  job  satisfaction  of  employees  have  a  positive  and  significant  impact.  Organizational culture on employee satisfaction has a positive and significant impact thus organizational culture needs to be preserved and enhanced back. Labor discipline of organizational culture on the Plantation Office of North  Sumatra  province  has  positive  and  significant  impact.  Labor  discipline  and  competence  through organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees at the Plantation Office of North Sumatra province has  a  positive  and  significant  influence,  and  thus  the  discipline  of  work  and  competence  through organizational culture needs to be preserved.Keywords: Work Discipline, Competence, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif  yang didukung dengan data primer dan sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden langsung. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan informasi melalui angket dalam bentuk pernyataan dan pada tahap akhir dengan menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan beban kerja secara serentak berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Serdang bedagai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sensus/sampling total. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan memperoleh data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, secara parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dan secara simultan keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of discussion and role playing methods in the performance management class, whether more effective than the lecture method previously used by most students. This is because the old method is considered less effective and does not get optimal results. Visually the students tend to be less immature in learning, less expressive and less terganli abilities inidividunya. This research is expected to provide new colors for students and teachers, so that will make students become more creative and passionate in learning so that learning achievement will become better. This research will also help to increase the self-reliance, self-confidence and competitive spirit of the students because the method is applied more interactively, involving both parties ie students and lecturers and the ability to work together in groups so far from monotonous impression. This research is a classroom action research, designed specifically in its application and adapted to the syllabus and lecture unit units agreed upon by the institution. The results of the study was as expected although not maximal, the increase in student achievement has been seen with the results of tests conducted by researchers. Student behavior is also seen there are changes, more confident, creative, better tolerance, cooperative and more independent.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation to work on the performance of employees at the Department of Social Welfare and Labor of Medan. Population and sample of this study were employees of the Department of Social and Labor Medan, amounting to 94 people. Data collection techniques used in this study is a list of questions (questionnaire), which consists of five options with Likert scale, the study documentation and interviews (interviews). While the techniques of data analysis in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study concluded that jointly independent variables have an influence on the performance of employees. Of the two independent variables are variables work discipline has a greater influence terhadp employee job performance. Keywords : Performance, Decipline & Motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.

Abstract

In welcoming the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), we will enter a new phase with our neighboring countries, especially Asean members. One of the main pillars of the MEA is the free flow of goods, ie in 2015 the trade of goods in the Asean region is carried out freely without any obstacles, whether tariff or non-tariff. MEA applies the Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) scheme previously applied at the Asean Free Trade Area (AFTA), ie a gradual decrease in tariffs for certain types of goods carried out within the agreed timeframe. This study aims to find the problems that often inhibit the development of SMEs in Deli Serdang District in competitive advantage, especially in the face of MEA, for it needed a strategy in creating competitive advantage in the era of MEA. There are many strategies for creating competitive advantage and one of Porter's generic strategies. This strategy provides success in the company so that researchers want to adopt generic strategy Porter for UMKM especially in Deli Serdang Regency. This research is planned for 3 years, and based on 1st year research result, it is very necessary for cooperation and role of Government and related institution in increasing competitive advantage and readiness of UMKM perpetrator in facing Asean Economic Community (MEA), while strategy used to face MEA Are: a) five forces porter b) innovation and technological capabilities of UMKM actors and government attention, next 2) compilation of generic Porter strategy development model, development of Generic Porter Strategy model and Generic Porter Strategy Model Design and report Research, Year 3) stage of socialization and implementation and book making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh insentif, sarana pendukung dan kompetensi SDM terhadap motivasi kerja. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 74 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pegawai yang terdapat pada kantor unit ARFF Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan nstrument berupa angket kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program Smartpls3.0.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, semakin baik pemberian insentif pegawai maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai; (2) Sarana pendukung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, semakin baik sarana pendukung yang disediakan bagi pegawai maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai; (3)Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, semakin baik kompetensi pegawai maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai; (4) Insentif, sarana pendukung dan kompetensi SDM berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai dengan besar konstribusi sebesar 81,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and ability, analyze the effect of motivation and work ability on employee performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to analyze whether job satisfaction is a mediating variable between motivation and work ability on performance at the Financial Management Agency and Regency Assets Deli Serdang. The population of this study were all employees of the Deli Serdang Regency's Financial and Asset Management Agency, amounting to 60 people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM. The results showed that directly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work ability had a negative and not significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ability had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, satisfaction work has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between motivation variables with employee performance variables
