Abstract

The purpose of this research is to  analyse  the  Effect of Technology  as moderator  variable Throught the relationship of Internal Networking (production and distribution) with SME’s business performance. This study  have been done in Covid-19 Pendemy at Medan City. The unit of analysis of this research is Small Medium Industry (IKM)  company, where those company located in one area (cluster Small Medium Industry ). The population of this research are 103 IKM and the sample are 103 IKM (census).Data collection  was used questionnaire, where the respondent are the owner of the IKM company. The questionnaire  response was high where 3 owner rejected  to made responsed (rejeccted), thus this research have 100 questionnaires reponses. The analysis method was using Hierarchi Regression and process analysis was used SPPS. The results of the research showed that the production and distribution have positive and significant effect with IKM performance. The effect of technology as moderator effect was found that negative and significant influence the relationship production and distribution with IKM performance. Thus, the effect of technology as moderator variable in pendemic Covid-19 was not dominant, because of the IKM compay faced decreased demand and indeed influence of Sales Margin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh keterampilan Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kominfo di Labuhanbatu Utara, menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh faktor kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi manajemen dan keterampilan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kominfo di Labuhanbatu Utara, sistem informasi manajemen secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kominfo di Labuhanbatu Utara, keterampilan kerja secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kominfo di Labuhanbatu Utara, sedangkan secara simultan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi manajemen dan keterampilan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kominfo di Labuhanbatu Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the instructor and to determine the motivation in moderating the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the extension worker at the North Labuhanbatu Regency Agricultural Office. “This study uses a causal associative method with a quantitative descriptive approach to explain the causal relationship and influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The results showed that the effect of supervision and facilities on the performance of the agricultural extension workers in North Labuhanbatu Regency based on the indicators were as follows: First, there was a positive and significant influence between supervision on the performance of the extension workers, which means that if the supervision improves, the performance of the instructor will automatically increase as well. Second, there is a positive and significant effect between the facilities on the performance of the instructor, which means that if the facility increases, the performance of the instructor will improve. Third, motivation does not moderate the effect of supervision on the performance of the instructor. Fourth, motivation does not moderate the influence of facilities on the performance of the instructor. Directly motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the instructor. It is hoped that the Department of Agriculture of North Labuhanbatu Regency will improve existing supervision and increase the provision of facilities for extension workers to improve their performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus pandemic during 2020 has become the material for research & investigation in building a priority model for the resilience of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the resilience of MSMEs in coastal, urban and Plateau agricultural areas in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province (PSU). Data collection techniques in this study are secondary data collection (the income and production aspects of one-quarter of MSME during the COVID-19 pandemic which is calculated by averages and regional positions), observation and interviews. The analysis technique used is the Analysis Hierarchy Process. The results show the trend of MSME resilience in the aspects of income and production, researchers who get production value always experience a general decline, so that prioritization in decision making in MSME resilience becomes a solution for decision-makers, product packaging, distribution networks and the need for agricultural and food products are priorities major for the community. Dissemination and guidance on awareness using a marketing model through social media for MSME actors has an impact on changing thinking and income, and the role of all decision-makers in obtaining information as an effective workflow and policy to build sustainable small and medium industries amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to help SMEsowner who are domiciled in Medan, Binjai, and Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) in expanding the market for products produced by using the website as a more efficient and effective marketing tool for customers. The designing this website using the online shop principle. The problem in this research can be formulated "What is the form of the Cyber Marketing model that will be formulated in the SME product marketing system in MEBIDANG?. This research used the Research and Development (R & D) method, starting from preliminary survey activities, the SME cyber marketing model, testing, socialization and implementation. Data collection techniques by means of field studies, literature studies and literature references and research as support in model development. The result is that with the growth of online businesses, the Indonesian people will get positive benefits in the economy such as welfare growth, new job growth and others. Furthermore, this research will produce a cyber marketing application for SME entrepreneurs in the MEBIDANG area to listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Even so, there are still many SME practitioners who are not interested in using this application to support their business.

Abstract

Among the reason of choosen assurannce company, performance service is the mostly affected. So that this research aims to find affect of performance service to consumen decision about assurance company.  The result showed that performance service influenced consumen decision, so that company must take focus on improving service quality.  Dimension of performance services are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphathy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the marketing approach during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of MSMEs with technology as a moderating variable with the research subject in the Medan City Court Street workshop. This thesis uses an associative and quantitative analysis approach. The population of this research is all workshop entrepreneurs who are on the street of Medan Court. Saturated sample is the entire population of 100 respondents as the sample of this study. The data collection approach has been tested for validity and reliability by reporting, interviews, and questionnaires. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS) is an analysis of the data used in this study. The results showed that: (1) With a value of 0.767 and a P-value of 0.0033, the effect of production on the performance of MSMEs is positive and significant. (2) With a result of 0.000 (0.05), technology moderates the impact of production on MSME performance positively and significantly. (3) production on the performance of MSMEs is positive and significant with a value of 0.468 and a P-Value of 0.042 (4). direct marketing to the performance of MSMEs with a value of -0.265 and a P-Value of 0.000. (6) the positive and significant effect of direct marketing on the performance of MSMEs, which is moderated by technology, shows the result of 0.000 (0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance mediated by work discipline at the Medan City Fire Department and Prevention Service. Quantitative associative methodology is used in this research. All employees of the Medan City Fire Prevention and Service Office became the population in this study. The sample used was 50 respondents. Questionnaires and interviews that have been tested for validity and reliability are the data collection techniques used. The data analysis used in this study were: (1) Analysis of the measurement model analysis (outer model), (2) Structural model analysis (inner model), and (3) Single test path analysis). The results showed that (1) the influence of leadership on employee performance was positive and significant with a value of 0.267, (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance was positive and significant with a value of 0.259, (3) the influence of leadership on employee work discipline was positive and significant. with a value of 0.933, (4) the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline is positive and significant with a value of 0.027, (5) the effect of work discipline on employee performance is positive and significant with a value of 0.052, (6) the influence of leadership on employee performance through work discipline positively and significantly with a value of 0.048, meaning that work discipline acts as an intervening variable (mediator), and (7) the effect of work motivation on performance through work discipline is positive and significant with a value of 0.011 which means that work discipline acts as an intervening variable (mediator).
