Abstract

mengeksplorasi perjalanan Rumah Sakit Balimed Karangasem dalam menjawab perubahan zaman, dengan fokus pada transisi dari model produksi massal tradisional menuju pemasaran sosial yang adaptif dan berbasis teknologi. Melalui studi kasus, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana rumah sakit ini mengadopsi evolusi filosofi produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan strategi pemasaran sosial, seperti kampanye kesehatan digital yang responsif terhadap dinamika masyarakat Karangasem. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan masyarakat dan efisiensi layanan, meskipun ada tantangan dalam aksesibilitas teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data sekunder dan primer, memberikan wawasan bagi sektor kesehatan di Indonesia

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the impact of financial inclusion and the effectiveness of MSME management on improving financial literacy. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using printed questionnaires and online questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were taken from 205 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Binjai City, through collaboration using a cluster sampling approach in 5 sub-districts in Binjai City, as well as random sampling based on the criteria of type, duration, and average level of business profit. Primary data processing used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) assisted by SEM-Lisrel software. The results of the study taken from the journal "Financial Management Model Based on Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion: Study on MSMEs in Binjai City" show that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial inclusion and financial management. Financial inclusion has also been shown to improve financial management. In addition, financial inclusion mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work-life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Both directly and indirectly. This study uses a quantitative approach and statistical analysis, namely the partial least square - structural equation model (PLSSEM) which aims to conduct path analysis with latent variables. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Work-life balance has a significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir. Work-life balance has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PTPN IV Regional II PKS Dolok Ilir.
