Abstract

Government spending, investment, labor force and human capital investment are important components in building economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of government spending on economic growth, investment on economic growth, the workforce on economic growth and human capital investment on economic growth in Central Java Province in 2019-2020. Data on government spending, investment, workforce, human capital and economic growth are obtained from an online database published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that panel data regression estimation with the selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) which shows that the results of Government Expenditure and Human Capital Investment have a significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, Investment and Labor Force have no effect on economic growth in Central Java.

Abstract

This study focuses on knowing the effect of a brand image and price on Iphone user loyalty with brand trust as a mediating variable among college students in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods, the number of samples used in this study is 112 respondents with probability sampling. The method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires is measured using a Likert. The data analysis technique in this study is using component-based SEM using PLS through software SmartPls. The results showed that brand image variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a significant effect on brand trust, price has a significant effect on brand trust, brand trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand trust is able to mediate the effect of brand image on customer loyalty, brand trust is able to mediate the effect of price on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing regional financial regulations, employee competence and organizational commitment on the successful implementation of accrual-based accounting information systems and their impact on the quality of accounting information. This research is included in survey research with the type of investigation, this type of research is verification and explanatory research. This research is verificative (verificative research) and is explanatory (explanatory research) or causality (causal study) because this study aims to find out what and to what extent the factors that are estimated to affect a variable with the object of research h implementation of regional financial regulations (X1) , employee competence (X2), organizational commitment (X3), successful implementation of accrual-based accounting information system (Y) and quality of accounting information (Z). The population in this study were all Provincial/District/City Governments in Indonesia. The analytical design used in this research is quantitative data analysis with descriptive method. The quantitative analysis that will be carried out aims to determine the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Model-SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of regional financial regulations affects the success of the implementation of an accrual-based accounting information system, (2) Employee competence affects the success of the implementation of an accrual-based accounting information system, (3) Organizational commitment affects the success of the implementation of an accrual-based accounting information system. accruals, (4) The success of the application of accrual-based accounting information system affects the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumers' impulsive purchases at Tiktok Shop based on antecedents and consequences explained by the variables of impulsive behavior, online consumer reviews, purchase decisions and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis methods, namely product moment correlation. The sample determined in the study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 302 respondents who had made purchases at the Tiktok Shop. The results of the study show that Consumer Impulsivity has an influence on Impulsive Buying, meaning that consumers who have high impulsive reactions will usually buy products impulsively.

Abstract

Unemployment is an employment problem that is aften faced by every country, especially developing countries such as Indonesia, This study aims to analyze and find out how much influence the human development index, job opportunities, and the number of poor people have on the open unemployment rate in the former Surakarta Residency in 2017-2021. The sample of this research was conducted in 7 regencies/citites in the former Surakarta Residency. This type of research is quantitative research, and used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data analysis method used is panel data regression which combines time series data and cross section data. The best model in this study is the Random Effect Model (REM). Based on the results of data analysis shows that all variables, namely the human development index, job opportunities, and the number of poor people have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the stocks that can be included in the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30, the proportion of funds invested in each IDX Value30 stock, the return and risk of the optimal portfolio of IDX Value30 shares using the single index model and to determine whether there are differences average expected return and average risk between IDX Value30 stocks included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks not included in the portfolio. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The population is shares of companies that are included in the IDX Value30 list for the announcement period from 2019 to 2022. The sampel is determined using nonprobability sampling with a purpose sampling method. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The research result obtained 2 optimal portfolio forming stocks with a single index model, namely ADRO shares with a proportion in the portfolio of 26.93% and UNTR of 73.07% and a portfolio return of 2,45% with a portfolio risk 1.41%. There is a difference in the average expected return between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio and there is no difference in the average risk between IDX Value30 stocks that are included in the portfolio and IDX Value30 stocks that are not included in the portfolio.

Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, and institutional ownership on firm value. Aims to see the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size, and institutional ownership on firm value. Using a purposive sampling technique using certain criteria, 11 companies were obtained from 26 food and beverage sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that profitability partially does not affect firm value, liquidity partially affects firm value, firm size partially does not affect firm value, institutional ownership partially affects firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of service digitization reform on customer satisfaction in PT Pos Indonesiaa Bandung City Office. This digitization reform will affect PT Pos activities as a whole because technological developments are inevitable. Digital service operations will affect customer satisfaction, with such digitalization, customers can feel satisfied and vice versa. The number of respondents in this study was 100 using random sampling method. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection methods using a Likert scale questionnaire that tests the independent variables and the dependent variable using simple linear regression analysis to measure measurement accuracy using validity and reliability tests. The processing results showed that service digitalization reform and customer satisfaction are in the "good" category. The digitization reform of PT Pos has a good impact and makes customers feel satisfied. This research can be developed by studying other issues related to other reforms carried out in PT Pos Indonesia so that it becomes a new strength for PT Pos Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital intensity and independent commissioners on tax avoidance with firm size as a moderating variable. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, this research data was obtained from the 2017-2021 Financial Report and Annual Report. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, where the total sample for 5 years was 100 companies. The results of this study indicate that Capital Intensity and Independent Commissioners have a significant negative effect on Tax Avoidance, and Company Size is able to strengthen Capital Intensity and Independent Commissioners on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how Accountability is in the management of Village Funds in Nagari Aia Manggih, Lubuk Attitudeing District, Pasaman Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis by conducting in-depth and semi-structured interviews with informants, namely Nagari Wali, Nagari Secretary, Nagari Treasurer, and the general public. The results of the analysis show that the application of village fund management accountability in Nagari Aia Manggih has been running in accordance with applicable regulations. However, in implementing this accountability for village fund management, it was not followed by the high participation of the Nagari Aia Manggih community. The local government also hopes that there will be an increase in community participation so that the management of village funds can be maximized.
