Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of employee engagement and competence on worker performance in construction companies. The population of this study was construction workers in companies affiliated with the Jambi Association of Companies. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a cross-sectional study approach with a minimum sample size of 102 construction worker respondents. The results showed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between employee engagement and competence on worker performance in construction companies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the best mode of transportation between conventional fueled mining operational vehicles and electric fueled mining operational vehicles based on risk analysis. This research was conducted using the Bow Tie Analysis method which is used to identify, evaluate and manage risks by showing the cause and effect relationship of a risk and appropriate mitigation measures in conventional fueled mining operational vehicles and electric fueled mining operational vehicles and the Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP) is used to be able to choose the best mode and minimize problems or risks that can occur in company activities and methods. The results of calculations at all levels using expert choice 11 software showed that the final calculation results for selecting the use of selected mining operational vehicles obtained the highest priority vector ranking, namely alternative electric mining operational vehicles with a percentage of 55.0%. Risk of Discomfort to the Community is the type of risk with the highest ranking with a percentage of 42.7%, meaning that the risk of discomfort to the community is the biggest consideration for PT X

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of green marketing, product quality, and green economy-based packaging quality on the sustainability of retail MSMEs in Bogor Regency. This study adopted a quantitative method with an associative approach. Respondents in this study were 50 retail MSME entrepreneurs with predetermined criteria. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between the variables of green marketing, product quality, and packaging quality, which had a positive and significant effect on the sustainability variable of MSME businesses. However, partially only the green marketing variable did not affect the sustainability of retail MSME businesses in Cikeas Udik, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of risk perception and security perception on the intention to purchase NFTs in Indonesia, with trust as a mediating variable and innovativeness as a moderating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents aged 18 to 40 years who have experience in NFT marketplace transactions. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 220 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the latest version of SmartPLS software. The results show that security perception has a positive and significant effect on trust, while risk perception does not have a significant effect. Moreover, trust positively and significantly influences the intention to purchase NFTs. However, innovativeness does not moderate the relationship between risk perception and trust or between security perception and trust. These findings indicate that security perception is the primary factor in building user trust in NFT platforms, while risk perception and innovativeness do not have a significant impact. This study contributes theoretically to understanding the relationship between risk perception, security perception, and trust in the NFT market. Practically, these findings encourage NFT platform developers to enhance security systems and provide education to strengthen user trust and drive NFT adoption in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of School Operational Assistance Funds, Smart Indonesia Program, Social Assistance, and Economic Growth on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Central Java Province for the period 2019-2023. This study uses quantitative analysis methods and uses panel data regression analysis with the selected model being the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study indicate that School Operational Assistance Funds and Social Assistance have a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI), and Economic Growth has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI). Meanwhile, the Smart Indonesia Program does not have a significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Central Java Province for the period 2019-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax aggressiveness, risk minimization, and public share ownership on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) disclosure in oil, gas, and coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. This quantitative study uses secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports, using a purposive sampling technique to obtain 92 observations from 23 companies. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study reveal that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of tax aggressiveness, risk minimization, and public share ownership on CSR disclosure in oil, gas, and coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2023 period. However, partially only the risk minimization variable is proven to have a positive and significant influence on CSR disclosure.

Abstract

The El Nino phenomenon and international trade policies have contributed to the fluctuations in Indonesian rice prices. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of structural changes and price inequality in medium rice in Java Island during 2020-2024 is needed.To this end, daily price data from producer, wholesaler, and traditional market levels in 5 provinces were analyzed using the Houck approach, ECM, and cointegration test. Study findings show significant structural changes across Java Island capitals and provinces in February 2024, greatly affecting price stability analysis uncovers price discrepancy transmission differences. A response to price decreases outpaces that to price increases, suggesting bottlenecks in the supply chain. To stabilize prices and boost food security, the study suggests policies that support better distribution infrastructure and integration in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product variety, online customer reviews, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions for Ayam Geprek Jon products in the Sidoarjo region. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected purposively, namely those domiciled in Sidoarjo City, active Instagram users, and have purchased Geprek Jon products. Data were obtained through a questionnaire that measured the indicators of each variable, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that product variety makes it easier for consumers to choose products according to their tastes and needs. Online customer reviews play an important role in providing information and increasing potential buyers' trust in the product. Meanwhile, social media marketing is effective as an interactive communication tool that attracts consumers' attention and builds closeness with the brand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Twin Date Promotion in increasing purchasing decisions at Shopee JPSCOdivision Bandung using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through an online questionnaire using Google to 99 consumers at JPSCOdivision selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study was simple linear regression. The results of this study revealed that the Twin Date Promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee JPSCOdivision Bandung.

Abstract

Inventory of raw materials plays a crucial role in the production process as it serves as the foundation supporting the smoothness and continuity of production. Both excess and shortage of raw material inventory have the potential to incur losses for the company. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the plywood industry. The issue faced by PT. XYZ is the frequent ordering of more materials than the demand. This can lead to excess capacity and increased storage costs. Due to limited storage capacity, the quantity of orders must also be considered. The objective of this research is to achieve optimal inventory control of veneer while considering warehouse capacity to minimize total inventory costs. The method used is Lagrange Multiplier. Based on the research results, the total calculation results for new storage space are 586.64 m3, with orders for sengon veneer at 431 m3, jabon veneer at 379 m3, and mixed veneer at 336 m3. These values have reached optimal conditions because the order sizes do not exceed the warehouse's veneer material capacity, thereby avoiding overcapacity of raw materials. The total inventory cost obtained using the Lagrange Multiplier method is Rp 263,069,005. Thus, it can be concluded that the Lagrange Multiplier method can provide a minimal inventory solution in terms of the company's total inventory costs.
