Abstract

Bibliometrics is the statistical analysis of articles, books, and other forms of publication. The bibliometrics analysis is performed with data on the number and authorship of scientific publications and articles, and citations to measure the work of individuals or groups of researchers, organizations, and countries to identify national and international networks and map developments in new multidisciplinary fields of science and technology. In addition, bibliometrics assesses and maps the research, organization, and country of researchers at a given time period. The Bibliometric analysis also has advantages which include mapping relationships between concepts, mapping research directions or trends, mapping state of the art (the novelty of the results of research conducted), and providing insights related to fields, topics, and research problems for future works. This study aims to determine the growth and development of N-BEATS publications, their distribution, variable keywords, and author collaboration using a bibliometric network. The research method used in this paper, through screening of articles obtained from the Scopus database page in 2008-2022, is used for citations in the form of metrics. At the same time, they are visualizing the metadata with VOSviewer. Data was collected from the direct science database with the keyword N-BEATS. The results show that 2022 has the highest number of publications, reaching 310 publications (14.90%). The distribution of research publications on N-BEATS shows a perfect distribution. Terms in the N-BEATS variable that often appear and are associated with other variables.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 outbreak, sexual violence in Indonesia has risen. Sexual abuse is prevalent even within the realm of education. Many incidents of sexual assault are reported within the higher education sector. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology published Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 30/2021 (Permendikbud 30/2021) on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education in an effort to prevent sexual violence on campus. This regulation's issuance has become a popular topic of discussion on social media. Twitter is one of the social media platforms where opinions are expressed. The publication of Permendikbud 30/2021 elicited a variety of views, from those who supported the rule to those who did not. This study's objective is to categorize tweets about Permendikbud 30/2021. Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM) was utilized to classify data in this study. The accuracy values are 87%, the precision values are 82%, and the recall values are 96% based on the findings of the analysis comparing training data of 80% to testing data of 20%.

Abstract

If one of the axioms in the ring, namely the inverse axiom in the addition operation, is omitted, it will produce another algebraic structure, namely a semiring. Analogous to a ring, there are zero elements, ideal (left/right) in a semiring, and the cross product of the semiring ideal. The analog of the fuzzy semiring has zero elements, ideal (left/right), and the cross product of the semiring fuzzy ideal associated with the membership value. This paper will discuss the cross-product of two (more) fuzzy ideals from a semiring. Furthermore, the cross-product of two (more) fuzzy ideals from a semiring will always be a semiring fuzzy ideal. But the converse is not necessarily true.

Abstract

Food is the main need for every individual that must always be fulfilled. For Indonesia, food is identified with rice because this type of food is a commodity consumed by the Indonesian population. Therefore, the rice crisis can be interrupt economic resilience and national stability. National rice consumption from year to year will continue to increase in line with the increase in Indonesia's population. Although, Indonesia is the third-largest country in the world in producing the most, Indonesia still depends on rice imports. This was done by the government to maintain the national rice supply. The rice supply chain in Indonesia has not been optimum, as indicated by the relatively small profits of producer. In this research, we construct the maximum profit model of direct and indirect media sales of rice for producer, distributor, and retailer. And then, we determine the optimum solution of the model and analysis of the factors in the rice supply chain that affect it. The results showed that changes in the proportion of demand greatly affects the resulting optimal profit.

Abstract

The digital revolution in society and the advances in marketing practices create tremendous challenges for companies and even more so for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service providers. They are faced with increasingly complex and rapidly changing market competition, knowing these problems can use SEM to form a research model and find out the relationship between latent variables and their indicators. The purpose of this study is to identify the best structural equation model that can describe Marketing Performance in the ICT Industry in Indonesia. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing offline and online questionnaires to 300 management levels working in the ICT Industry. The methods compared in this study are Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that the best model to determine the factors that influence Marketing Performance in the ICT Industry in Indonesia is PLS-SEM with the goodness-of-fit model R2 for the latent variable Marketing Performance is 0.436. This shows that the accuracy of the variables CEM, DBI and DOE together in predicting MP variables is relatively weak. Based on the PLS-SEM model, it is found that Digital Operational Excellence is a mediator that can increase the influence of Customer Experience Management on Marketing Performance. Meanwhile, Digital Business Innovation has no significant effect in increasing the influence of Customer Experience Management on Marketing Performance. The novelty of this research is the development of the best SEM models (CB-SEM and PLS-SEM) in the field of Information and Communication Technology in Indonesia.

Abstract

Problems with people's welfare typically result from the government's development efforts in a region not being done properly or not being done equally. Consider grouping and defining the traits of each region's degree of welfare as a potential answer to ensure that development policies and strategies are well-targeted. This study aims to classify 17 regency/cities in Southeast Sulawesi province based on several indicators of people's welfare. The method used is hierarchical cluster analysis with several approaches, including Single Linkage, Complete Linkage, Average Linkage, and Ward's. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the publication of the Central Agency of Statistics (CAS) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of the evaluation the best method used is Ward's method which produces three clusters. The first cluster consists of 9 regencies, namely Buton, North Buton, South Buton, Central Buton, Muna, West Muna, Wakatobi, Konawe Islands, and East Kolaka, the majority of which come from the archipelago. Some of the problems that occur in these areas are the relatively high poverty rate and the low average length of schooling and life expectancy. The same thing happened to the second cluster which consisted of 6 regencies, namely Konawe, South Konawe, North Konawe, Bombana, Kolaka, and North Kolaka with problems of poverty, the average length of schooling, and relatively low sources of proper drinking water when compared to other clusters. The third cluster consists of 2 urban areas, namely Kendari City and Baubau City, the problems that occur are the relatively high unemployment rate and population density. The government ought to offer more initiatives to handle issues with poverty, education, and health in regions in clusters 1 and 2. While in cluster 3, the government ought to offer more initiatives to combat jobless issues and prepare for rising population densities.

Abstract

Financial inclusion is a condition that people have equal access to and use financial services. However, in 2021, Indonesia will have the fourth-highest proportion of unbanked citizens worldwide. Economic growth may have an indirect or direct impact on poverty depending on financial inclusion. Several variables that encourage financial inclusion have been described by many studies. This study aims to analyze simultaneous equation models using panel data of financial inclusion, then identify its causality relationship with economic growth and poverty of 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2011-2021. As result, only the variable mean years of school has an effect on increasing of financial inclusion index. The three variables of economic development, namely financial inclusion, economic growth, and poverty have a one-way causality relationship. That is means there has been no visible development synergy in terms of financial inclusion, economic growth, and poverty. It could be an example given to the government in evaluating Indonesia's regional development gap.

Abstract

This study identifies the factors used in factor analysis that influence the compliance of the people of Bali Province to the COVID-19 health protocol. Based on the factor analysis results, the elimination of four variables from the initial 20 variables in the study because the low communality value was below 0.5. Thus, reducing the remaining 16 variables to six factors with a total variance of 74.8%. Six factors influenced Community compliance in Bali Province, namely someone who knows about the importance of health protocols (19,1%), trust in protocols (15,9%), someone infected with COVID-19 (12,2%), a sense of concern for themselves and their families (10,1%), government supervision and sanctions (9,3%), and the affordable price of masks (8,2%). Observing this study, the first factor that played a role in increasing adherence was knowledge about the importance of health care. There was a sense of trust in health protocols, and a less influential factor was the affordability of masks

Abstract

Poverty is still a major problem on Sumatra's island, despite abundant natural resources potential, such as mining and plantation products. Sumatra Island consists of 10 provinces divided into three regions: Northern Sumatra, Central Sumatra, and Southern Sumatra. The island of Sumatra has the highest number of poor people in the Southern Sumatra region, which reaches 2.88 million people. Poverty is an integrated concept with five dimensions: poverty, powerlessness, vulnerability to emergencies, dependency, and alienation, both geographically and sociologically. One method that can be used to analyze poverty data problems is panel data regression analysis, which combines two data, namely cross-sectional data and time series data. It is expected to produce more in-depth and comprehensive information, both the interrelationships between the variables and their development within a certain period. The panel data was related to poverty and included 60 districts in the southern Sumatra region from 2018 to 2020. This study aimed to model poverty panel data in Southern Sumatra. Three estimation methods were used in the panel data regression, including the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM. The results of the model specification test show that the best model for estimating the percentage of poor people in the Southern Sumatra region is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), with a value of R2 = 75.57%. The results of the significance test show that the variables that significantly influence the percentage of poverty in the Southern Sumatra region using the FEM model are the open unemployment rate (), life expectancy (), and the average length of schooling ().
