Kegiatan menonton film merupakan salah satu cara sederhana untuk menghibur diri dari rasa gundah gulana ataupun melepas rasa lelah setelah melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Akan tetapi, karena berbagai alasan terkadang seseorang tidak ada waktu untuk menonton film di bioskop. Dengan bantuan media internet, berbagai macam aplikasi nonton film android sangat mudah dicari. Hanya bermodalkan smartphone saja para penonton film dapat streaming berbagai macam jenis film di mana saja dan kapan saja mereka inginkan. Akan tetapi, karena banyaknya pilihan aplikasi nonton film android yang bisa digunakan, terkadang seseorang bingung memilihnya. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan para pengguna sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih dengan berbagai macam kriteria yang ada. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP melakukan perankingan dengan melalui penjumlahan antara vector bobot dengan matrik keputusan dengan tujuan agar hasil yang diberikan lebih baik dalam menentukan alternatif yang akan dipilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh 36 sampel responden didapatkan kriteria konten menjadi prioritas pertama pengguna untuk memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,224. Sedangkan Netflix menjadi alternatif dengan prioritas pertama keputusan pengguna dalam memilih aplikasi nonton film android dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0,352.

Abstract

Social institutions function to provide skills training to women who were previously commercial sex workers to have skills so they are able to find decent jobs or able to build independent businesses. At present the Harapan Mulia Social Institution has used an information system to manage the data of the assisted citizens but the use of its information system still has several disadvantages including; the program does not have a data search facility that has been fostered so that the search for data of the assisted citizens will take a long time, the certificate of the assisted citizens is not systemic so that the printed certificate will take a long time because the staff will manually retrieve the data again. This study aims to design information systems using software development using the waterfall method by adding data searches on applications and storing certificates in the system to speed up the work process of employees.

Abstract

Motorbikes as a means of transportation with a high level of interest have been considered as one of the needs. Motorbikes are in great demand by the community because they are easier to use, more practical when in traffic and so on. The more motorcycle enthusiasts, the more motorcycle manufacturers. Motorcycle consumers find it difficult to make the right choice when choosing a motorcycle. The purpose of this study is to provide consumers with a choice of motorbikes that are in accordance with predetermined criteria. Creating a system that can be used to help the decision-making process in purchasing a motorcycle. The method used in solving this problem uses Simple Additive Weighting.

Abstract

Acceptance of scholarships is still a lot of problems that often occur for example inaccurate selection process because many students who want to get scholarships according to existing criteria Process that is still manual is also an obstacle in determining scholarship recipients because student data will be compared one by one and it takes enough the old time must first require accuracy. Al Basyariah School Vocational School in the Citayam area provides scholarships to outstanding students or underprivileged students, the number of scholarships is limited in a certain amount. The method used in determining the eligibility of scholarships for outstanding students is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The purpose of this study is to determine students who meet the requirements and criteria to get scholarship appropriately. The results of calculations using the Simple Aditive Weighting method by referring to the criteria for the average value, attendance, and income of parents, then selected three students who will get a scholarship, namely Nurhezha Salmased, Sindy Marlianti, Anita Sania Zahra.

Abstract

The current global era of economic conditions in Indonesia is indeed very alarming since the economic crisis that hit the Indonesian nation made many people lose their jobs and unemployment. Many crimes occur everywhere, especially in big cities like Jakarta, many entrepreneurs go bankrupt then go bankrupt, many teenagers have to drop out of school and become unemployed, as creative citizens we should not be discouraged or even give up on the present situation which is difficult and we must try, be creative, innovative and dare to take a decision and risk to create jobs alone, we do not have to depend on others, to get a job we have to do everything possible. Abstract

This research informs students and teachers to anticipate early in following the learning period in order to get maximum learning outcomes. The method used is C4.5 decision tree algorithm and Naïve Bayes algorithm. The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate the decision tree model C4.5 as the selected algorithm and Naïve Bayes to find out algorithms that have higher accuracy in predicting student achievement. Learning achievement can be measured by the value of report cards. After comparison of the two algorithms, the results of the learning achievement prediction are obtained. The results showed that the Naïve Bayes algorithm had an accuracy value of 95.67% and the AUC value of 0.999 was included in Excellent Clasification, for the C4.5 algorithm the accuracy value was 90.91% and the AUC value of 0.639 was included in the state of Poor Clasification. Thus the Naïve Bayes algorithm can better predict student achievement.

Abstract

Laundry house is a business engaged in services in washing and drying, especially clothing. To serve the public in the field of laundry services, the laundry house in managing the data is still done manually and has not been computerized so there are still errors in the transaction process. Problems that occur in a laundry house such as incorrectly recording the type of package, the calculation is still using a calculator tool, in making the report must see the notes that have been collected previously, must see previous records recorded in the ledger, and be vulnerable to losing previous note notes so that it takes a long time and the results obtained are less accurate. The purpose of this study is to build a laundry data management program using the waterfall method which consists of 5 stages, namely, software requirements analysis, design, programming code, testing and support or maintenance. While the data collection is through observation, interviews and searching for literature related to this research so that it can solve problems related to laundry data management activities, especially in the process of receiving laundry services transactions to be more effective and efficient and can improve service to customers. The results of the study show that this laundry data management program can help and simplify the process of receiving laundry services at the laundry house.

Abstract

Education is a very important problem in the development of a country. One way to reach the level of quality of education is to predict student academic performance. The method used is still using an ineffective way because evaluation is based solely on the educator's assessment of information on the progress of student learning. Information on the progress of student learning is not enough to form indicators in evaluating student performance and helping students and educators to make improvements in learning and teaching. K-Nearest Neighbor is an effective method for classifying student performance, but K-Nearest Neighbor has problems in terms of large vector dimensions. This study aims to predict the academic performance of students using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm with the Information Gain feature selection method to reduce vector dimensions. Several experiments were conducted to obtain an optimal architecture and produce accurate classifications. The results of 10 experiments with k values ​​(1 to 10) in the student performance dataset with the K-Nearest Neighbor method showed the largest average accuracy of 74.068 while the K-Nearest Neighbor and Information Gain methods obtained the highest average accuracy of 76.553. From the results of these tests it can be concluded that Information Gain can reduce vector dimensions, so that the application of K-Nearest Neighbor and Information Gain can improve the accuracy of the classification of student performance better than using the K-Nearest Neighbor method.

Abstract

Use of information technology in general is very important for the development of the organization. Likewise, if the development of information technology can be applied to the small and medium business sector, so that it can increase the selling value of the sector. This research was conducted to answer the readiness of the SMEs sector in adopting information technology developments in business management. In this case the researcher develops the research model by adopting the technology readiness model and information technology adoption model in the context of technology and environment, combining and adjusting it according to the development of SMEs in Jakarta. This quantitative study involved 67 samples from MSME workers. Data was processed and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The study also explained the results of the readiness factor which has a significant relationship to the utilization of information technology in SMEs in Jakarta

Abstract

Taman Buah Mekarsari merupakan salah satu destinasi wisatawan domestik yang berada di Bogor, Jawa Barat yang cukup banyak mendapat kunjungan. Penerapan Fuzzy Inference System (FIZ) digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kenyamanan pengunjung pada Taman Buah Mekarsari. Tingkat kenyamanan pengunjung mengacu kepada 3 (tiga) kriteria variabel yang digunakan yaitu pelayanan, fasilitas dan kebersihan. Masing-masing variabel memiliki sejumlah indikator, yaitu 5 pertanyaan pada variabel pelayanan, 5 pertanyaan pada variabel fasilitas dan 3 pertanyaan pada variabel kebersihan. Metode fuzzy yang digunakan adalah metode Mamdani dengan menggunakaan max-min yang memiliki derajat keanggotaan min. 0 dan max.1. Kemudian dilakukan proses defuzzyfikasi untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukan pengaruh antara kualitas pengunjung terhadap kenyamanan yang diberikan. Pengukuran tingkat kenyamanan Taman Buah Mekarsari dengan metode Mamdani menggunakan software Matlab 7.9 sebesar 5,37. Hasil dari metode Mamdani menyatakan cukup puas terhadap kenyamanan yang diberikan kepada pengunjung Taman Buah Mekarsari.

Abstract

Indonesia yang berlokasi di cincin api pasifik (wilayah dengan banyak aktivitas tektonik) memiliki potensi bencana alam geologis yang tinggi seperti letusan gunung api, gempa bumi dan tsunami. Penyampaian informasi bencana dari pihak terkait kepada masyarakat, ketika bencana terjadi belum optimal. Hal ini mengakibatkan tingginya resiko kerugian materi dan non-materi yang diakibatkan oleh bencana alam. Meningkatnya jumlah pengguna smartphone di Indonesia merupakan salah satu potensi untuk meningkatkan penyampaian informasi terkait bencana. Agar penyampaian informasi dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, maka dikembangkan suatu sistem yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak terkait untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Teknologi internet, peta digital, smartphone dan online database digunakan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional sistem yang dikembangkan. Sistem dirancang dapat digunakan oleh petugas Badan Penanggunalan Bencana Nasional (BPDB) untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat ketika terjadi bencana. Masyarakat sebagai client, melalui smartphone akan menerima notifikasi ketika terjadi bencana. Hasil percobaan fungsional menunjukan, aplikasi yang dikembangkan telah dapat menghasilkan: informasi titik kumpul bagi masyarakat di sekitar lokasi bencana, informasi jalur evakuasi atau rute menuju titik kumpul serta panduan keselamatan ketika terjadi bencana.
