Abstract

PT Citatah Tbk merupakan perusahaan dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi Marmer dan Granit. Proses produksi ketercapaian target didukung oleh mesin-mesin yang bekerja terus menerus sehingga menyebabkan mesin banyak yang mengalami kerusakan saat beroperasi. Berdasarkan data kerusakan pada periode tahun 2020 Mesin Egil merupakan salah satu mesin yang memiliki breakdown tertinggi sehingga penelitian ini terfokus pada komponen mesin Egil. Reliability Centered Maintenance dengan memadukan analisis kualitatif yang meliputi FMEA dan RCM Decision Worksheet digunakan untuk menentukan kegiatan interval perawatan agar keandalan mesin menjadi lebih baik. Berdasarkan pada Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), dan nilai RPN didapatkan komponen yang bersifat kritis pada mesin Egil adalah Meja Transfer dengan nilai RPN 128, Daimond Blade dengan nilai RPN 160, V-Belt dengan nilai RPN 120, dan Vacuum dengan nilai RPN 100. Dan kebijakan maintenance pada Biaya perawatan preventive lebih murah dan juga bisa meminimalisir kerusakan yang terjadi. Biaya scheduled restoration task oleh tim Electrical Repair pada komponen Meja Transfer selama 32 hari/tahun Rp. 7.665.600,00 , Diamond Blade selama 26 hari/tahun Rp. 6.505.600,00, dan biaya scheduled discard task oleh tim Mekanik Repair pada komponen V-Belt selama 29 hari/tahun Rp. 6.105.600,00, dan Vacuum rubber 22 hari/jam Rp. 6.905.600,00.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip 5S yang terdiri dari Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM pembuatan dipan bernama UKM Ladiva bertepatan di Jakarta. Kondisi area kerja stasiun pembungkusan dipan yang berantakan pada dimana bahan baku dan alat-alat yang digunakan tidak tersusun dan tidak tertata rapi serta mengakibatkan area kerja yang berantakan sehingga menghambat jalannya pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh para operator. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh penerapan metode 5S di stasiun kerja pembungkusan dan diharapakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di UKM Ladiva Bed.

Abstract

PT.XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang insulasi thermal. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah adanya ketidakseimbangan di lintasan produksi yang berakibat adanya kesenjangan yang sedikit jauh antara permintaan produk face lathe dan aktual produksi yang dihasilkan departemen Ring Production. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini perlu dilakukan penyeimbangan lintasan produksi dan perhitungan takt time. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan metode Line Balancing yaitu metode penugasan sejumlah pekerjaan yang saling berkaitan dalam satu lintasan produksi sehingga setiap stasiun kerja memiliki waktu yang tidak melebihi waktu siklus dari stasiun kerja tersebut. Metode Line Balancing yang digunakan adalah metode bobot posisi (Rangked Positional Weight) dan metode Killbridge-Wester. Dari perhitungan takt time dan kedua metode Line Balancing yang digunakan sebagai solusi penyimbangan lintasan, terjadi perbaikan performansi dengan nilai sama pada lintasan produksi. Hasil perhitungan takt time Untuk memenuhi permintaan dari pelanggan, berdasarkan data pemesanan pelanggan pada bulan September, Oktober, dan November 2019 dalam perhitungan takt time menunjukkan bahwa 1 unit produk harus di produksi dengan waktu 45,14 detikperproduk. Nilai efisiensi lintasan (line efficiency) meningkat menjadi 74,60 % dari 70,06 % pada kondisi awal. Nilai keseimbangan waktu senggang (balance delay) turun menjadi 25,39 % dari 29,94 % pada kondisi awal. Sehingga didapatkan jumlah stasiun kerja yang diusulkan sebanyak 2 stasiun kerja, berkurang satu stasiun kerja dari sebelumnya memiliki 3 stasiun kerja.

Abstract

In the weaving process, the re-positioning of the back rest roller is carried out in order to produce the right tension of the warp thread according to the fabric construction to be made and to open a clean warp mouth opening in order to produce a smooth feed post during the process. However, with the development of science, it is known that the appropriate rearrangement of different back rest roller will also affect the quality of the fabric produced. This research was conducted to see the quality of the fabric produced with different back rest roller heights on the Air Jet Loom weaving machine at PT Malakasari Textile Mills. So that it get the right height of the roller height for good quality fabric according to company needs. Observations and tests are carried out at the height of the roller rest height by adjusting different heights, there are at the heights of –1, +1, and +3 by manually raising and lowering the back rest roller so that different types of fabric samples with same construction are produced. Then the fabric sample produced is then tested on the tensile strength and stretching of the fabric towards the warp, the tear strength of the fabric towards the thickness of the fabric, and the air permeability of the fabric. Based on the results of research and statistical calculations using one-way ANOVA, it turns out that there are differences in the quality of all fabrics produced and it is found that at setting the rear height at position -1 produces the best quality fabric in terms of fabric strength. stretch of the fabric towards the warp, and the tear strength of the fabric towards the weft, with respective amounts of 310.94 N, 18.24%, and 6.30 N. However, setting the rear height at the +3 position is the most appropriate for the quality of the fabric includes the thickness of the fabric and the permeability of the fabric, with the respective sizes are 0.322 mm and 70.60 cm3/cm2/s. So it can be concluded that there are advantages and disadvantages of the various heights of the back rest rollers used for the quality of the fabric produced.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of product design, product quality, brand image and price on consumer satisfaction with dancow milk product in Medan city. This study used quantitative descriptive method and the sample used is100 consumer who consume dancow milk product in Medan city. The analysis method used is multiple linier regression. The results of data analysis show that partially and simultaneously the product design, product quality, brand image and price shows a positive coefficient number and has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient determination of 0,481 means that the variable product design, product quality, brand image and price has explain the effect on consumer satisfaction by 48,1% while the remaining 51,9 % is another independent vatriable not examined in this study.

Abstract

UKM Tahu Seroja merupakan industri yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan tahu dan bahan bakunya utamanya adalah kedelai. Dalam proses produksinya, terdapat permasalahan yang muncul pada UKM salah satunya adalah masih kurangnya penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan hal yang harus dipenuhi sebagai upaya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman dan sehat. Pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas lingkungan kerja yang tidak memenuhi standar yang dapat mengancam keselamatan kinerja karyawan yang nantinya akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi pabrik itu sendiri. Tujuan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada UKM dapat menunjang produktivitas perusahaan karena dapat meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Metode ini digunakan karena metode ini dapat mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko secara lebih komprehensif dengan mengevaluasi tingkat keparahan dan kemungkinan bahayanya. Hasil analisis bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di perusahaan untuk menilai kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan atau kerugian.

Abstract

KATIB.id is a business recording tools and management system application that is intended to make it easier for business people to manage and develop their business. Every month, users are required to pay a bill for the use of the application system. However, users often forget to pay if they are not reminded by the developer. There needs to be a notification containing the billing bill that is sent to regular users at the end of every month. The bill notification is currently still being delivered manually via private WhatsApp messages one by one so that this can make it possible for messages not to be spread optimally when the number of application users has been counted. The billing message should be able to spread automatically to each user without any worries caused by the limitations of the developer team. In overcoming these problems, a study was conducted on the WhatsApp Gateway which will be integrated with the automation system in the process. Where in this study the distribution of billing information can be sent through the WA Business application with a broadcast system to each user based on the telephone number recorded in the application. Through WhatsApp Business in delivery because the chat application is closer to customers and can view messages directly and at any time compared to the intensity of users in opening messages via Email. Therefore we need a method, one of which is the Turing Machine Model combined with REST API Technology.

Abstract

This research focuses on analysis of childpart button realese parking brake component in PT. XYZ. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality produced by the company and minimize the occurrence of disability in the childpart button realese into the assembly process. The method used is a descriptive method that’s is a research method by collecting data that describes systematically and accurately. Data collection techniques in this study use observation directly to PT. XYZ, with the help of statistic tool with visual check method and 4 QC tools in PT. XYZ. visual check method can help a QC Inspector to know the defects in childpart button realese component, after that assisted by 4 QC tools method consisting of histogram diagram, pareto diagram, P control map (P-Chart) and casual diagram. Observations during practical work at PT. XYZ, that the data type of incompatibility on the component childpart button realese with the total number of samples taken at the time of practice work as much as 3.950 pcs with 15 days of sampling data. Of the 3.950 pcs there are different types of damage, including scratch, spots, bubbles, and grafients and the highest of the four types of damage is the type of scratch damage with a percentage of 33,96%. therefore the anticipation so that the occurrence of defective products (not good) into the assembly procces, QC inspector provides a strict examination in the process and when the product is finished (finish good) lever assy parking brake.

Abstract

Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency is a regional agency organization that handles regional revenue affairs, especially in terms of taxation for motorized vehicles and regional levies in North Sumatra Province. UPT PPD Medan Selatan or better known as SAMSAT (One Roof Manunggal Administration System) is one of the Technical Implementing Units under the auspices of the North Sumatra Province BPPRD. In some parts of the work at UPT PPD Medan Selatan still need a letter as the medium, the letter that is often used is a type of certificate and this can be seen when handling vehicle mutations, the certificate is better known as a fiscal certificate. In the recording of fiscal certificates issued by UPT PPD Medan Selatan, they still record manually using the SAMSAT expedition book so that it is very ineffective and inefficient. Based on this phenomenon, the researchers designed a Fiscal Letter Archive Application using Java programming. The research method used is Applied research (applied research). The benefit of this research is to facilitate the filing of fiscal letters so that they are more efficient and effective.

Abstract

This research is focused on the Quality Control Cylinder Comp Analysis of motorcycles in maintaining product quality according to consumer needs and desires. The research was conducted at PT.X which is engaged in manufacturing, and distributor of X brand motorbikes. The problems that are in this study include; Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA). The purpose of this research is to ensure that all materials or suppliers comply with the specified standards before being used in the production process, assisting the quality control system during the production process to wait and problems that may arise during the production process, and ensure that the products to be sent are free from defects. before reaching the customer. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data collection uses interview techniques, so that information can be obtained according to the company. The results of research and data collection show that the quality control in maintaining the quality of the Comp Cylinder starting from Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) in accordance with the SOP and specifications of PT. X.
